    Coffee for team.

I have visited this location a few times recently and the actual baristas are ok but the product has been sub par. They do not know how to make a dirty chai even after u tell them how u want it. It's still watery. Today I ordered 2 coffee travelers. The cashier stated it would take a bit. Order was taken at 12:23pm and I did not receive it til 12:52pm. I have gone to other locations plus Dunkin Donuts and ordered the same item and out in less time. It wasn't until I told the "supervisor" the guy preparing my order needed help plus I gotta go to work that he got sum assistance. Really? She didn't see he was moving too slow?? Good Lordt. Last time going here. I should have refrained from leaving $2 tip.

VENTI.....VIDI.....VICI (I CAME, I SAW, I BOUGHT A COFFEE) It's yet another excuse to let S-Bux in your life, but at least their breakfast items are tasty. Although not the closest location to my work, I've stopped at this Starbucks on Mannheim enough times to acquire a Dukedom and appreciate the friendly staff here. The drive-thru can get busy during morning hours; I've had faster service at the counter. Their sous vide egg bites are damn good, especially the ones with bacon & gruyere (2 for $4). I've also tried a breakfast sandwich made with shoulder bacon ($3.75), unfortunately the bread seemed microwaved with a fake rubbery egg. A ham & cheese croissant ($3.25) is always reliable. Staff is usually nice. On my first visit, they totally forgot about the white peach tea I'd ordered.....and wound up giving me an extra chocolate croissant. A happy mistake, or intentional gesture of kindness? The world may never know, but I appreciated the bonus treat. Now that I've checked off a review for this place, I probably won't return since there's roughly 647 Starbucks within walking distance of where I live, and their sh*t is invariably expensive.

I'm really happy the customer service at this location has IMPROVED BY A LOT! Seeing my former students working here makes my heart so happy. The baristas are friendly and I can definitely see they are trying to be more hipster like in the city. It's pretty adorable. It's nice going to a place where they remember you, maybe not be name but by drink and will ask how your day is going. I recently was injured so for the moment I'm on crutches- Tammy saw me and immediately ran to open the door. I thought that was super sweet!! She even went the extra mile and grabbed my macchiato and walked me to my car!! How fantastic was that?! Thank you Franklin Park location- you have improved and have fantastic baristas that actually care about their customers. Thank you Tammy for lending me a hand!

First time here around 9:45pm, staff was super nice. Got my usual very berry hibiscus refresher tea! Only 70 calories for a grande;) ..I was in and out at the drive thru in literally 5 minutes. Love the location right on the corner of Mannheim and Grand.

Was really dirty and run down. I think they need to invest in new furniture and paint the place.

The ambience is unmatched--cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Please pass along a huge thank you and some well-deserved recognition--she truly made an impact. And one last thing... BRING BACK THE EQUINOX!! Pretty please

They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

I swear it took the owner 15 - 20 minutes to make both the empanadas and horchata. The empanadas were frozen, not fresh, and placed in an air fryer. The drink made had tons of ice and just as much cinnamon. Personally, there was no balance. I did not enjoy it. The empanada choices: are spinach & artichoke, chicken, and vegetarian. The best was the vegetarian, then the chicken followed by the spinach and artichoke. In my honest opinion, for an $11.50 meal, you would have been better off grabbing a $3 bag of tostinos pizza rolls and coke from the dollar tree and being more filled and satisfied. I was not impressed and I honestly believe that the space has so much more potential to draw in a larger crowd if the food choices were improved.
