Before they built the new location next to Publix this was one of my favorite stores. They have a very rude team member working inside with light brunette hair and eyebrows . I visited to pick up a DoorDash order and the brunette gentleman was an a hole for no reason. If you're working in customer service you should be able to answer questions a million times without a chip on your shoulder. I've already cut back spending at this location because the last time I was a customer my drink was incorrect (pumpkin syrup instead of vanilla). This last visit just sealed the deal. read more

1st visit to this establishment and great experience. My Hunny and I stopped here for caffeinated fun. I ordered a Black Tea Lemonade, and my Hunny ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. We were both pleased. I would definitely stop in again when nearby. read more

Stopped here on the beginning of my road trip to the 757. Experience was okay. It's still kinda early and the baristas all seemed like they were still half asleep. The barista who took my order was nice enough to make sure she got my drink right and repeated it several times to ensure clarity. The wait was a little long but considering this is a drive thru location and they were working on mobile orders, I can give them a slight pass. In addition to my morning ritual coffee, I also got the Bacon and Gruyere SV Egg Bites that I am now low key addicted too . They were extra hot and extra good, I think they have the method down for heating these things up since when I got them they were bacon side down. Which was a first fir me. This extra step made the bacon extra crispy just they way I like it!!! So I wasn't as mad that they were nelly up when I received them. Store was clean hosting plenty of indoor seating s d a spacious outdoor seating area when weather permits. I'll keep this location on my radar when I'm heading down 95S since it is right off the exit too! read more

I don't come here often, just once in a blue moon to treat myself before work or after. I used to love their java chips drinks but now it's just too sweet. I love their green teas and matcha Not a fan of there food menu or other sweet drinks I do like their ice caramel macchiatos with a shot of expresso. In a busy shopping center and even busier location. Made a pit stop across the road & unfortunately there are no crosswalks nearby...but we survived. Beautiful inside but immediately I could tell they could afford more space. The cashier was swift with taking orders and it didn't take long to receive them. Though, I could tell it was taking longer for someone with a bigger order to include the drive thru line. There were four of us so we had to awkwardly stand around until a table was available. There's 3-4 small tables, 3-4 hightop tables, and one big wooden community table. Being the handsy talkers we are, accidentally knocked over a hot drink. Weirdly enough, there's absolutely no napkins available. We asked for assistance and an employee came out and cleaned with some rags. She was really laid back and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed the job. Also was very kind of the staff to remake her drink (free of charge) though it wasn't their fault. My warmed banana walnut bread and caramel frappe were perfection. Quickest I've ever ate my goodies from there, I'm sure. There's also outside seating available which I'm certain is beautiful once the weather gets warm. read more

Dysfunctional, poor quality drinks and slow, unfriendly service. The employees working here acted as if my patronage was an inconvenience to them. We stopped here around 2pm on a Saturday while traveling. I went inside to order and wasn't even acknowledged while standing right in front of the register. 30 seconds later someone took my order and I waited another 10 minutes for my drink. There was only myself and another patron in the store, they do have a drive thru. Finally my drinks and cookie were ready and my drink was absolutely horrible. My go to drink is a strawberry acai refresher with light ice and no berries. The employee poured approx 2 inches of strawberry acai and then filled the rest of the trenta cup with water. I saw her make the drink and knew it was going to be wAtered down. I sipped the drink and told her it was extremely light. She told me I asked for it to be made with water and not lemonade. I then told her it literally tasted like slightly flavored water and that 80% of the drink was indeed water. She took the drink back, poured out a bit and put more strawberry acai. It still tasted extremely light but I had no patience to argue with her any longer.. would not recommend this location - go to another! read more

I order a large cold brew, they didn't fill it up to the top but charged me for a large and then gave me a hard time when I asked them to put some ice in. The lady told me they don't do cold brew's that size which is not true because I buy it all the time at different locations. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Venti Iced Green Tea with 2 pumps of cane syrup. I order this all the time. Like a lot. I get my drink and it's a green tea lemonade, I tell the girl at the counter and she apologizes and hands me a new drink and shuts the window. I have to drive around and park to go back inside because what she handed me was iced black tea with no sugar at all. She argues with me that what I have is green tea with sugar. It was absolutely not. So she took my cup out 2 pumps of sugar in it and handed it back to me, smirked, and turn around. At this point I was so mad I just left. Always happy to see Starbucks on the way home from traveling trips to & from DC, so this one, I hadn't tried out yet. It's pretty convenient to get to off I-95S & it has a drive-thru. So happy! Quick in & out & the barista was very friendly. She actually hipped me to a "secret" beverage of salted caramel mocha year round (just use the brown raw sugar & table salt). I visit this Starbucks often and most of the staff is very kind and happy to answer any of my questions. Wait times vary depending on how busy they are (which happens everywhere) but they are quick and handle the fast pace very well. The inside was recently remodeled and has a nice modern feel. The drive-thru is open 24 hours, which is a huge plus. Sometimes the customers are very rude, but the staff handles it well. I look forward to my next visit. read more

Have to say every-time I have ordered from here, I have always had great service. I really like the iced green tea and with the rewards app, I found out that I receive free refills on the ice tea as long as I'm a gold member, I receive the refill on the same day. Last time we went in, my daughter was hungry and picked up a Turkey Sandwich with pesto, they heated it up for her and she really enjoyed it. Over all great experience. read more

This is my stop thru location every time I drive on 95 south. Its usually a pleasant experience. Yesterday not so much. Drive thru was rushed and unpleasant. Mind you it was only 2 cars in the drive thru. They did not have any of the drinks I requested, so I picked the familiar machiatto. I asked for extra sweet. Or extra caramel. Coffee tasted like gasoline! Through the whole cup away. Waste of $5. Hopefully next time will be better. Never had a bad experience before. read more

Ordered online to pick up in store because the drive thru is ALWAYS. Incredibly long! When I arrived the store was closed leaving only the drive thru with no way to cancel the order already paid for. 20 minutes and counting to get my order. If it was made when I ordered it will be cold. read more

She refused, stating that he could give me coin rolls for change or I could use another form of payment. This Starbucks is challenged in customer service anyway but this was just ridiculous. The drinks are just okay compared to other locations, but the servers are friendly and the interior is great. I'd give them three-and-a-half stars if it could. The customer service here is top-notch. They've never messed up a custom order, and they're always very friendly. It's why I still go to this location despite their sad drinks. The service makes it worth it. The interior is also one of the best I've encountered in a Starbucks. It actually has enough room to handle the number of people that come in. There are two problems, but I'll get to that. The drink quality here is very inconstant and tastes watered-down more often than not. One day, a perfect drink. The next, muddy-tasting from an unclean espresso machine, but the perfect amount of flavorings in a specialty drink. Day after, good espresso in the same drink, but very little flavor. Their fraps are consistently watery, too. That dragged their rating from 4 to 3 for me. They're also incredibly slow, even when there's almost no one inside and I'm the only person in the drive-thru or visa versa. I wouldn't mind if the drinks came out flawless, but they don't. One last, small thing. Every time I go there, there's at least one huge pack of teenagers hanging around in the parking lot. It wouldn't be a complaint if they weren't so being obnoxious (not being goofy teenagers, but being obnoxious) and would stay out of the road. Why they congregate at this location, I don't know, but it's irritating when you're trying to pull out and have to wait for a pack of wildebeests yelling crude jokes to cross the parking lot at negative speeds. Everytime I go to this Starbucks they assume every customer is barista lingo savvy and that's not the case. If you're not then they give a little attitude, hrmpf and then treat you like a child. So, I definitely like this Starbucks location... There's nothing wrong with it but there's also nothing that stands out or gives me "warm and fuzzies" to draw me in, over any other location. If I check-in here it's either because (A) I'm on the way to class or (B) I'm shopping in the area. I stopped here when traveling along I-95 and needing a coffee fix. I tried to order ahead. Although I was nearby, the app would not allow me to select this site; it offered me the opportunity to place an order for a site 12 miles away. Standing inside the store, the app still didn't offer the site as a choice. As I ordered my drink, I asked why the site was not available to order ahead. The staff was basically clueless; they tried to explain how the app worked like I never had used it before. They didn't seem too concerned about investigating why the site didn't appear in the order ahead section of the app. Otherwise, this location was a typical Starbucks. read more

Standard stand-alone Starbucks -- with friendly staff and a drive-thru window, which is a nice plus on a road trip when you just need the caffeine, but not another spell of time out of the vehicle. That said -- they got the order wrong (assumed folks wanted sugar in the beverages... which no one did) and we didn't realize it til we had pulled away and we're back on the road. The drive-thru wasn't crowded, but moved slowly. Still worth the wait to not unload again, but mental note -- check order before pulling away. read more
