I ordered a simple iced chai latte, no extra syrup or items, 2 others in line. The barista forgot that I had ordered and made me wait 25 minutes, until he noticed. Once he had realized he made my drink but it was not good, It tasted like pure syrup and not a traditional chai. I ended up through it out. The other barista was sneezing and coughing and wiping his nose on his shirt so I won't be going here again. read more

This Starbucks is located inside the Target in Greenland. I sometimes stop here for my Starbucks fix while I'm shopping at Target. This location offers the full menu of hot drinks, lattes, espressos, cappucinos, macchiatos, iced drinks, and frappuccinos. A limited selection of cold bottled drinks, sweets & baked goods are offered here, and there are no sandwiches, salads, or hot foods at this location. Ground coffee and cups/mugs sold here too. The staff here is well trained and the service is efficient even sometimes with one barista working solo in the evening. There is ample seating here too and free Target wifi too! Then the girls were worried more about scheduling and talking with a friend shopping than making our coffee. They finally just slide the coffees under glass no thank you or sorry for wait. I was treated so rudely when I went through the drive-through at this place. The woman acted like I had just interrupted her and was so obviously put out and bothered that I never went back again. I was the only customer in sight by the way. Another time I went there on January 2 and I remember the day because I had a gift card that expired the day before on New Year's Day and they would not honor it just one day later. I will add I've been to other locations and the service has been fine but I've never understood what the big deal is about this place. Coffee is just OK food is average so I don't get it. read more

These guys get it right. I ordered my wife's usual which is her usual unusual drink. I apologized since I've never been to this Starbucks before. They went above and beyond. I'm only writing this because this particular location has been a consistent disappointment to me.. and I am a fan of Starbucks! I also understand the significance of good training so this is aimed more at whoever trained this poor barista than the barista herself. I ordered a mocha latte yesterday and when I heard the young girl ask her (supervisor?) in front of me whether there should be espresso in the drink, I probably should have perked up a bit more. To set the scene, I had ordered two drinks, the mocha was to be delivered to my husband. I had my busy one year old with me and was really relying on the usual consistency of the company that day as my attention span was already low (as I imagine any mom having completed the dash through Target during the holiday season can attest to). The cup felt very light upon receipt, but I didn't check it (and I should have!). When I dropped the coffee off to my husband at work, I casually mentioned that it felt rather light. He popped the lid and We're almost certain the barista did not add foam?? Or milk? A major component of the drink was definitely missing as we have both had this drink an embarrassing number of times. I get that this seems super minor, but when you pay $5+ for a latte, you have at least minimal expectations. I will ALWAYS check my drinks now... or take the drive to an actual Sbux location where I'm certain the quality will be better. Ok Im not sure who the kid was that was working the drink bar at this Starbucks but he made 6 drinks that were ordered after mine while looking me dead in my soul the entire time, and couldn't be bothered to even start thinking about making mine until I'd been there the better part of 15 minutes. Cmon man. It's Starbucks. I've worked at a coffee shop before. Should take you like 45 seconds to make a drink dude. Not sure how someone can be this incompetent. I love this Starbucks so much. I order my usual and no matter which barista, they always get it right! It's in such a convenient place I mean: It's Target! It has plenty of seats to sit at and very good food and drinks. I definitely rate this Starbucks 5/5 stars. read more

I am very disappointed in the service of this Starbucks today. Normally there is great service and the order is accurate, but my experience today was absolutely unacceptable. I waited for 10 minutes at the front of the line to order. I finally ordered 2 cake pops, one pink one, and one of the " mummy" cake pops. The barista clearly repeated it back to me. It took much longer than it should to get the cake pops as they were right next to her. When she gave me the bag, I check and there were 2 chocolate cake pops! I am not a fan of chocolate cake and asked for the correct order. She gave me a pink cake pop and proceeded to tell me that they were out of "mummy" cake pops. It would have been nice to know that when I ordered. It would also be nice if they took it off of the display. I clearly stated that I am not a fan of chocolate cake, and she told me that all the cake pops were the same cake, just different coatings. Fast forward a couple minutes, I bite into the chocolate cake pop, and it was chocolate cake! I am extremely disappointed that I was lied to repeatedly at this location. read more

They always make my drink perfect and if I have a problem with the coffee ( doesn't taste right etc ) they never question me and remake it right away! They really do care about the people they're serving and are great at suggesting something new read more
