She then came over and said I already told you, we don't change out money. You can't put your hand in there. I can't change out the money and you can't either. Also I'm pretty sure they don't watch that outdoor tip jar all day long, and I know I am seeing people changing out money in the indoor jars. She is not somebody that should be in customer service at all. She's definitely in the wrong business!
