She did switch it out for a caramel latte but that was also gross and I didn't drink any of it. My mom got a small caramel iced latte, not good either. Could barely taste the espresso or caramel, mostly just milk. My dad got a hot caramel latte, it was fine but same problems as the iced. We also got an apple fritter donut- it was fine but didn't taste like apple nor had any apple in it. Would never come here again and wouldn't recommend, save your money and go to Dunkin instead lol.
