I just had surgery and accidentally ordered my drink for in store pick up. It's hard to get in and out of my car so when I went to the speaker I asked if I could come through the drive thru. The barista was super nice and accommodating. The drive thru went fast and once I got up to the window the barista named Holly and I hit it off while I waited on my drink. She was so nice & super funny. The type of person you would want to always take your order! She handed me my drink and I was gone.y drink was amazing & made perfect ! It's pumpkin season! Hooray! It's the end of summer, and I think the worst of the heat is finally behind us. Naturally I want a warm, soothing beverage before my doctors appointment so here I am. This particular location is small and has a somewhat inconvenient drive through but today it's moving quick! The young worker outside takes my order on her iPad as soon as I pull up and the line steadily moves forward. For less than $10, I got my nice warm beverage and pumpkin cream cheese muffin perfectly warmed and ready for my consumption! Starbucks never fails with these perfect muffins! Friendly staff here. Hard working baristas. Absolutely needed that Mocha Frappe today. Calories are overrated. I do wish Starbucks would, bring out new blends that don't have that burnt aftertaste. Seriously the acidic level is too much. Maybe someone at corporate is working on this. The cool drinks are delicious. This is a busy location. I tend to like quieter ones. It's not the fault of the place, it's just that this is the main drag of Hampton. Still a fairly comfortable table was found. A clean location too. Line went pretty quickly on a Monday morning. I opted for the lavender oatmeal chill after seeing it in an ad for it on Instagram. This is a nice, newer Starbucks location with a drive through window located across from the convention center. Decor is modern and there's plenty of comfy seating options indoors plus a patio outdoors. Service was fast and friendly and restrooms are clean. Quality is up to Starbucks usual standards. The only downside is a tight parking area directly beside the restaurant. There's additional parking further back in the shopping plaza but then you have to cut across traffic on foot. Overall a good representative of the Starbucks brand. read more

I love the convenience of the drive thru at this location. I needed a medicine ball today because my throat has been hurting and I was in and out of the line quickly. For such a weird location, I have to give it to the staff, they keep the lines moving quickly both inside and through the drive thru. I've been here a few times where people have paid it forward and paid for the person behind them and have had a barista up size my drink free of charge just to be friendly. This Starbucks is shiney and new and has a beautiful interior, plenty of tables to sit in small groups, great sound system, and friendly staff members. However, I guess the new Starbucks business model is to have less comfy chairs so customers won't be able to stay for extended periods of time. Not great for older adults to sit and socialize. Geared more for younger people who prefer to sit at tables and use laptops. Outside is modern looking and reflects the new business model for Starbucks. I'm happy with the service and quality, but not a fan of the change in business model. Additionally, this location is not the easiest to get into and park. Small parking lot right off of busy Mercury Blvd. High score is for the staff and service not the way the store is set up. read more

The location is alright and if you're not used to the parking, drive thru can be tricky during busy hours. But why do their prices fluctuate day by day? I go in for the same order almost every day, and the price will change +/- $1.00 at least. I went to this location because of convenience but if I have to wonder how much I'll be paying for a cup of coffee, I'll just go to the other one where their prices are more consistent. read more

First, I am a very loyal Starbucks customer and was very excited for the new store opening. The store is beautiful, but the staff needs some training. As Howard Schultz once said "when it comes to the brand, everything matters" -- and everything is not where it needs to be at this new store. Between my husband and I we have visited several times and I think there has been a problem every time. For example, one visit I mobile ordered a cinnamon shortbread latte; they made a Frappuccino. I went to the register, explained the problem, and they remade it. Next try was something cold with lots of whipped cream, but it wasn't the latte I ordered. The barista just couldn't understand that I wanted a HOT drink. Third try I got the latte. No one seemed too concerned about the problem - or that I waited about 15 minutes for the 2nd drink - that wasn't right. I'm sure they'll get the kinks worked out, but in the meantime check your orders to make sure you got what you asked for. And Starbucks -- training, training, training!!! read more

I got the new pumpkin cream cold brew the other day. In my opinion it needs a little more pumpkin flavor. The first time I got one I could barely taste any pumpkin the second time was better but still not as much as I would like. I would probably ask for a double pump of pumpkin next time. I also don't like how cold brews are served with the cream floating on the top. I know that's how it's meant to come, but I think it's just a pain to mix it in. I also now I probably could tell them to mix it for me. So I wouldn't take any points off for that. It's just something I don't like about an otherwise very good drink. read more
