Lucky's Donuts just secured a permanent spot in my mall rotation. They're inside Lynnhaven Mall, right where the old Starbucks kiosk used to be and I actually love that it's now a local spot instead. I always prefer to support local anyway. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even with a steady crowd, and my order did not miss. The watermelon lemonade refresher was sweet, cold, and ridiculously refreshing. And that Oreo overload cake donut was everything. I absolutely should have gotten two. Ordering is also really easy with their online QR code system, which is clutch when the mall gets crowded. Pro tip use it to skip the line when things get busy. One small thing to note there usually seem to be only one or two people working the kiosk at a time, so you may have to remind them of your order if things get hectic. That said, they are brand new, still finding their rhythm, and they deserve grace because the quality and attitude are already there. Fresh donuts, friendly vibes, simple ordering, and a great drink lineup. Lucky's understood the assignment and I will absolutely be back.

Small vanilla latte

Over 8 bucks for a small vanilla latte is a bit crazy for me. I did need almond milk so that was an upcharge. If it were a bit bigger that would make more sense. I will say that the workers were wonderful. They were outgoing and chatted with us. All I can review is the coffee because we decided not to try the pastries. I don't think we will revisit though because the price is just not right for us.

The coffee was good and the staff were pleasant. However, the donuts were very dry and inedible.

Really appreciated when I walked in being greeted right away. My scary looks didn't detour the great customer service! (Pjs, fuzzy slippers and still unbrushed hair) I was asked if I've been before and when I said NO! The young lady went on to explain how it works. They were quick, efficient, clean while boxing up all my choices. I did the Dozen since it's not just for me I needed to make sure to get something for everyone's taste. I was most excited about the Samoa! Turns out- that's not even my favorite. Too much chocolate for my liking. But the cherry pie one - amazing. Hours are what you expect for a donut shop- 7am-1 during the week 8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday. I've seen reviews talk about how they "aren't warm like Duck Donut" or "big for the price" etc - They aren't Duck Donuts. And.. mine were not COLD but not WARM - toss em in micro for 5 seconds ! For the price- it's a steal. 2 bite donut is perfect ! Especially if you're wanting to try multiple flavors. 1000% recommend this cute spot.

The line was long, but after the first bite, it was easy to understand why. We tried the Cinnamon Sugar and the Blueberry doughnuts. Both were fresh, light, and delicious, but the blueberry was the clear favorite. It was packed with flavor and easily one of the best doughnuts we've had. The doughnuts were generously sized, making them perfect for sharing. We paired them with our Pinup Coffees and enjoyed them inside the brewery's air-conditioned taproom--a welcome escape from the summer heat. One of the fun things about Klassic Doughnuts is that their wagon is always on the move, popping up at different locations throughout the area. If you happen to see them nearby, don't let the line discourage you. Some things are worth waiting for, and these doughnuts are definitely one of them.

I tried the Classic, Raspberry and cinnamon sugar. My favorite is definitely the Classic. It was so fresh and sweet. It hits that sweet tooth you have. The raspberry was good! I wasn't expecting it to be that good. It was raspberry with a hint of lime. Delicious and not overally sweet. The cinnamon sugar tasted just like a churro but better.

It is fully shaded which was nice considering we had some young kids with us. Service staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I'd encourage them to be more targeted when describing some recommendations on the menu, she simply listed about the entire menu she asked "what are some of your favorites". Drinks were delivered very fast by the bartender. 2nd rounds were offered prior to the drinks being empty which shows good serving habits. The serving portions were very plentiful and played very well on the brunch theme! Burger was cooked medium well but still very juicy with a delicious mayo based sauce. The chicken and biscuit was juicy and the biscuit was flaky and delicious. It would have served the dish well TJ have a little more syrup. I also loved the unique hash tots. I was simply visiting from out of state so I won't return, but I'd encourage you to! They are also included on Resy so be sure to book there or use a Resy credit if you have it!

Food came out very quick and they easily added things to my order. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Personally I definitely recommend adding an extra egg, jalapeños and cheese. The pancakes were solid too, albeit a bit pricy. The restaurant had great vibes and intentional design. Indoor does have limited seated but there is plenty of outdoor in the front and back. Well worth a visit!

The inside isn't super large so the line was almost out the door. While I waited, it gave me time to look over all the pastries. Angie's is a Filipino bakery known for its authentic, fresh-baked goods. They offer pandesal (bread rolls), cheese rolls, pecan tarts and an array of different breads and pastries. I decided on the Ube Ensaymada and the Ham & Cheese Bread along with an Ube Latte. I thoroughly enjoyed the Ube Latte, it was made perfectly and wasn't very sweet. The Ube Ensaymada was coated in sugar and had the most amazing, Ube filling, it was absolutely delicious. The Ham & Cheese Bread was also pretty tasty. While there…read moreis no shortage of great filipino food in NYC, this place does something quite special which is hard to find - merging authentic filipino flavors in a well-crafted, delicious and new way. Everything I've had here is delicious, but here are some of my favorites: UBE BLONDIES *** Probably one of their most signature items that stays on the menu season to season, this crumbly, satisfyingly dense, soft baked good with that nice punch of ube flavor will really have you coming back for more. The frosting glaze is just perfect, adding that sweetness that carries the ube flavor really nicely. The texture is just soooo satisfying, you can just tell when you cut your fork through it that it has this airy, yet dense and crumbly texture. TURON FRITTER Kind of like an apple fritter, but oh so crumbly, delicious, bright, and soft on the inside. Also had their brown sugar boba pudding cup when it came out, and it was really good; the tapioca actually blended quite nicely and was chewy and fresh, which means you're not stuck chewing it forever. Definitely on the sweeter side, but brown sugar items tend to be that way.
