This coffee spot is so cute and quaint. They have a multitude of flavors of coffee to buy either in pods or beans. They have a wall of mugs for gifting and the icing on the cake is that the staff there are so friendly and conversational. I love going in to buy items from them. read more

Came here today for a cool treat. The black and white Frappuccino was delicious. The owner of this shop is phenomenal. I think her service and friendliness is stellar. The shop is always clean. Service is fast. I prefer this coffee to Starbucks and wish there were more locations. It's a great ball break. read more

As soon as I walked in, the lady walks from behind the register and asked if I needed help. I politely nodded and replied no. Instead of walking away to give me space to shop, she stood less than 5 feet from stand me and stared. After making eye contact with her to let her know I was uncomfortable with her stalking me, she then pretended to organize items on a shelf next to me. As I walked to the register to PAY for my items, she is directly behind me. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have taken by business elsewhere. This was the worst experience ever. I will never return or recommend this shop. read more

A coffee place in the mall that isn't part of a large corporation is always the place for me. The staff member that took my order was pleasant and prompt. The prices were fair and they had cookies that for super cheap. My order of a frappalatte (super fun to say) was well made and super yummy. Neatly displayed around the store and the small seating area in the back were mugs and other coffee and tea related items. I would give them no stars. I'm so angry right now! I normally go here cause I love their coffee, when I went today with my wife. They gave us a frozen caramel frappe and a hot coffee. The frozen caramel frappe taste like ice and the hot coffee taste like milk not even coffee. We barely even touched the drinks. We didn't want our money back, we wanted just to see if they could just remake it. They literally told us NO, they couldn't give us our money back nor remake the drink because of "COVID" like you didn't have to take the drinks back, I could of throw it out right there in your face I literally left the drink at the counter and left. She literally told me oh it's because the lady's new, we'll if she was new why didn't you fix the fuck up she did. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK read more

Okay, I'm a diehard Starbucks snob but I must say this place offers some good coffees and teas. It's in the PH mall and pretty much has no competition since the Starbucks that was here closed down! It's a chain place but this is the only one I've ever been to. It's small and has two tables to sit down and relax. I usually order and sit down for a while to chat away and sip on my coffee. The staff here is so nice and take your orders quick. Sometimes there small lines but I've never waited more than a couple minutes. They offers lots of little muffins, biscottis and scones out on display and a few more chilled ones in a small freezers. I like getting on of their mini muffins at the resiter, their only .25-.50c! They offer a good variety of Numi teas for sale as well as other flowering brands. They have speciality coffees for sale too-try the Coconut one! The baristas prepare a variety of teas, coffees and speciality drinks. My favorite is the Cafe Diablo which is better than any drink you'll get a Starbucks. The prices here are also a but cheaper than other coffee places. So if your strolling inside the mall, come here and grad some Joe! read more

Hmmm. Ok I love Starbucks and I'm a fufu full of sugar don't wanna taste coffee type drinker. I was at the mall and passed by this place. One of my friends a week ago raved about this place. I was in the mood and decided to try it. I asked the staff member about the white chocolate mocha and she said it was good. I ordered it and she wasn't lying!! She made it perfectly!! I came here for a fruit smoothie and all I got was a crushed ice syrup drink. No fresh fruit was used at all to make the smoothie, just a container of sweet flavoring and ice. Very disappointed. read more
