I only used the drive thru, noticed my favorite drink is no longer part of the menu. I ordered the new strawberry acaí refresher. I asked what size it was okay. The guy replied whatever I saw on the screen. Going to Starbucks is truly a treat for me, since I don't drink coffee. The menu is a bit confusing. I ordered an extra item at the window, the guy wasn't happy about it. Customer service skills are lacking and it shows. 5-17-24 Having moved to this area a month now this is my first time visiting this location. What prompted me today was that I had a pop up on my phone for a special half off drinks between noon and four on Friday. Unfortunately though you had to mark it off on your app. Yikes Starbucks you don't make your promotions easy. So I was surprised when she told me the price. I paid with my app not to inconvenience anyone but when it took awhile to make a basic cappuccino I actually should have just cancelled the order and gotten the sale price. Why have a sale if there was zero wait in the drive thru but the service is ridiculously slow. The drink was meh. I definitely will need to find a local coffee shop that makes a better cappuccino. read more

I don't understand what's difficult about pouring plain cold brew coffee into a plastic cup and putting a small amount of vanilla foam on top. I feel as if I'm drinking sugary milk. Service was slow, food was cold. All three biscuits I ordered had cold, hard cheese, and the sausage almost frozen. Absolutely inedible and I am NOT picky with food. The place wasn't clean. I waited at the mobile pickup area since they didn't have my bottled water in my mobile order on the counter. Nobody came to ask if I needed anything after standing there several minutes, so I went and got my own bottled water and left. Great customer service!!! Accidentally placed an order on my debit card instead of Starbucks card and an employee spent their time refunding and redoing our order to get the money back. I don't want to call attention to this, BUT, I drink a lot of coffee. I also drink a lot of Starbucks coffee. So when I find myself at a new location I get excited. I like to see what the Brand New location looks like. This location is new to the area. Right off of I-95, so convenient if your traveling North or South. We stopped here for a cold drink and a bathroom break. Restrooms were clean. My drink was great!!! My friends may think I'm over the top when I review a Starbucks... but clean restrooms and a consistent beverage are very important to me!!! This Starbucks used to be my least favorite but most convenient based off of location. The customer service used to be terrible and the treatment my mom and I would receive when visiting was definitely not 'STARBUCKS STYLE'. However, DEJA HAS MADE A TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE since she's joined this store. She remembers our drinks and customizes them to our liking. Although, she isn't always at the window, I can tell when she is working once I've received my drink :). It's very hard to come across great people, who know how to set aside their personal feelings, to satisfy their customers! She deserves more than 5 stars.. EVERYDAY. So this is the best drink that I have had in a long time. It seemed like a fairly new location, but they did my drink perfectly. It was sure a lot better than the one I got at the Starbucks in Orlando on Cimarron in Michigan, lol. It's so true every location makes your drink differently. That should not be the case. I'm not a Starbucks fan or anything like that I only get it when the wife goes. But I have had them enough to know now that it's a hit or miss. I have heard they have recipes and certain ways to do certain drinks. Well, they need to stick to that because they obviously don't. It should be consistent drinks but that's not the case. Won't ever stop at this Starbucks again. For $15 we received two very sad half filled iced lattes with 3-4 inches of empty space remaining in our cups. 2 bathrooms inside, but customers wait unnecessarily longer in line because only one is open to customers and it was absolutely disgusting. I guess it's okay to the employees since they don't have to use it. Food case was understandably empty due to shortages caused by hurricane Milton, but two muffins remained looking like they were thrown in there a while back. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered 3 drinks and it took 45 minutes before I actually received them. This was after being yelled at by the shift supervisor for asking the employee making drinks why I haven't received my drinks and why he had served multiple people before serving me and my family. I was waiting with my wife and 16 month old daughter. We were not offered any apology or refund. The shift supervisor felt it was professional to make a sarcastic remark to the other customers about me in front of me and my family. The Service here is poor I went through the drive through. Dealing with the workers was complicated as she said couldn't hear us properly but could see us try to order through the camera and just ignored it as if one person was trying to order her poor attitude about the situation made it difficult for us to communicate our order. Sign on door says walk-in is closed but drive thru is open. I walk to the drive thru. No other customers. I explained to worker that we are in a motorhome and won't fit in drive thru. He told me it was unsafe for me to be served there and I'd need to go to another location. I was safely standing in front of him with no other customers around and he refused service. It was our second Starbucks this morning. The one at Brunswick, HA was closed for business when we got there. Go WOKE- Go Broke. read more
