Great coffee, we enjoyed the specials they had- Carmel apple crumble and a raspberry dirty chia. The coffee they use is strong and flavorful, something I prefer in place of sugar packed lates. We also had a muffin and danish, both warmed up and delicious. The women running this coffee shop are warm, kind, and pleasant to chat with while you wait in their cozy shop. It's quiet in there on a slow day, but I could easily see how full of life and energetic it would be on a busy Saturday morning. 10/10 recommend trying them out! read more

Always a hit or miss which how it taste! It can't ever taste the same... I've been going everyday for the past 2 weeks and today I got the same thing I always get and lo and behold it tasted different from what I normally get. It was a nasty different! I got in car, drove away and opened my lid to take a sip (it's a HOT Mexican mocha) well, it hit my nose and smelled so bad! It also had a taste to it! Idk if they're not cleaning and washing their dishes/machines right but I won't be going back! I'm so turned off and it was a $8 drink! No thank you! Ordered a cappuccino in a mug. The girl accidentally made it in a cup. She then poured the cup into the mug spilling it on the counter and mug. Made little effort to clean it off. I haven't had this poor of an espresso drink since I really can't remember. I should have know better after the first sip, but then I had an unfortunate second sip and it was a confirming NO! It was weak and bad tasting. My husband pointed out our first indication of a possible bad cappuccino was the offer of a 12 or 16 oz. cap. By definition, 12oz is no longer in the cappuccino category for 2 shots. This is not craft coffee. Then there was the copious amount of airy foam. Not even close to a nice tight and smooth foam. Forget a fancy espresso machine ....it doesn't help this place at all. I never recommend Starbucks, however you would be better off having them make a cappuccino for you than here. read more

We stopped at the Grind Roasters on the way out of Hilton Head and I think it might be the best coffee I have ever had! My boyfriend ordered a Mocha Latte with Oat Milk, and I ordered a Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk. How can coffee be so good?! Creamy, fresh, hot, delicious. The flavor of this espresso was impeccable, we brought a bag home with us! Can we also talk about how friendly the woman was that was working - to everyone! I asked her name, and now I forget sadly! Not only this, her playlist was the best! Lots of Mumford & Sons, one of my favorites. The coffee shop is so cozy, it's almost like you are in your own living room. We had stopped at a coffee shop the day prior and loved it as well, it was amazing. They were closed so we stumbled across this spot on Monday morning and so glad we did! The young lady who served us, I believe was the owner, but not sure. She was pleasant and warm, she treated us as if we were locals as well. Living here in Bluffton, I've been going to Corner Perk for a bit now and decided to try out another place. Corner perk has really fallen short lately on their coffee, so I felt it was time for a change. Corner perk has the benefit of a decent menu selection, with plenty of food options, as well as a great location/environment, but falls short on coffee. Here, Milk was frothed perfectly, and poured with care into an art. The coffee flavor was not too prevalent, but it also wasn't unpleasant. Seeing as this place is still fairly new from what I gather, I suspect if this continues to grow, and the environment improves and there is more selection, I'd give this a 5 star rating (and would update this review). Additional note, the barista offered a taste of the cold brew to help me decide on the drink to get, which was thoughtful. read more

Unfortunately I never got to taste their coffee. O received a bag of ground coffee as a gift . We can only use whole beans so took it back to exchange the next day after receiving it but they would not do it. What would you not want to put your coffee in the hands of someone who wants to use it? Clearly they need help with customer service. read more
