This is a clean, bright, and quick turnaround Starbucks location! The drive thru moved super fast on our recent visit last weekend, and my blonde roast was the typical brew you'd get at any other location. This is the Starbucks located right next to the Chipotle and Dibellas on Jefferson rd, so you can expect high volume pretty much all throughout the day. Service is super sweet and baristas here are crazy friendly. We've moved on from pumpkin to to salted caramels and peppermint mocha, and from classic cups to this year's holiday offering. While supporting local is my typical jam, there's not a ton of (read: any) local coffee shops in the vicinity, so this works in a pinch when you're out doing some holiday shopping. I've been to this Starbucks a few times and it's usually ok. Not so much today. Placed an order at 2:04 for 2 drinks for drive thru. It was blocked off so parked and went in. Only one barista trying to fill orders. Complete chaos. I just wanted a refund knowing full well this was going to take WAY longer than I had for a 3 pm meeting. I was actually getting drinks for a patient at WCC. Told me I had to call corporate office. Got a glimpse of the manager, a complete misfit. This Starbucks needed to close for the day as they were so inept I'm not sure anyone had their order for at least 30 to 60 min. I returned to my car after 2:30 with no order and proceeded to dispute my cc charge. I honestly couldn't care less but to take my order without some clue as to the time it might take, that's unacceptable. Then to have the hassle to call corporate and spend another 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, that's not ok. read more

Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' locations since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five things that are important to me. Im a traveler temporarily in the area. I place my order 10-15 minutes prior to me getting to the location. My order is almost never ready when I get there. They are always about to start the order. It's a simple order which includes hot coffee, cold brew at times, and a brownie. I have to avoid stopping there because I'm always waiting for them to "start" my order and it puts me behind schedule. read more

This is an enjoyable Starbucks to sit, meet, and especially to study and work. The wifi works great. The large windows let lots of light in and the temperature isn't freezing. The staff are friendly and attentive. I've seen many guests, and occasionally a staff member, use sign language for the hearing impaired. read more

This will always be the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I came in to try the new pineapple passion fruit drink and didn't want the inclusions. The barista said they understood why I didnt want them, and offered to let me try them on the side just to get a taste. This starbucks always impresses me and they make the drinks perfectly. Management should be very proud of their partners! The wait time is never bad, which is impressive because of how busy they usually are. They work very hard here and it's amazing. read more

Staff is always friendly and seems to always go above and beyond. Always extra napkins, straws etc. Parking can be hit or miss since there are so many restaurants nearby. I've been frequenting this Starbucks drive-thru for a long time on my way to work in the mornings. I would say 2-3 times a week. I always order the same exact thing. Grande Black Eye, just black. In plain English, that translates to a medium-sized cup of normal drip coffee with a double shot of espresso, void of cream and/or sugar. My order is extremely simple and basic compared to what most people are ordering. So simple to the point that I feel I have to order it in the drive-thru as opposed to inside at the counter because inside, my order always gets lost in the shuffle as no sticker even prints for such a basic item. They have actually told me this before. It's either I order it and the person at the register must make it themselves or I'm standing there watching and waiting as people with far more complex orders come and go even though I've been waiting longer. I am never rude or impatient either. I know they're expected to multitask and keep moving. I am fed up with my order never containing the double shot as I request upon ordering. They have no problem charging me the price of the coffee containing the double shot but then 9 times out of 10 fail to even put it in. I know this to be true because the coffee comes out WAY too fast for it to contain the espresso. The espresso always adds a super bold taste and I can always tell when it's missing and today, it's missing lol. The espresso may not take a long time, but it does take some time to make then add to the coffee. Today was especially annoying because not only was my plain black coffee missing the espresso shots once again, they also gave me the wrong size. I got a tall (small) instead of the grande (medium) that I ordered. I guess this Starbucks performs better when faced with more of a challenge or something. read more

Like most white twenty-something girls, I've been to a lot of Starbucks in my day. However, this Starbucks was definitely one of the nicer ones. I came on a Sunday morning, so it really wasn't slow. The building and interior are nice and pretty, there's relaxing music playing (that's easy to tune out if you don't want to listen). Service was almost instant. All I ordered was a bacon Gouda and it wasn't even a full two minutes before the nice woman got it for me and toasted it up. It's the same as it tastes anywhere, but when you're quite hungry, a Starbucks sandwich can taste like a meal at a 5-Star restaurant. So if you like Starbucks and want to make sure you go to a good one- go here. read more

Every time I come through the drive thru, I am greeted by a genuine hello and when I roll around the get my coffee, just smiles and the most lovely customer service I've been around. It's the simple things I'm telling you that can completely turn your day around and the people here are just the sweetest. The service is fast and efficient and the new space is clean and conducive to studying or meeting up with a friend. Like any other Starbucks chain. Staff is friendly and polite. The place was very clean and organized. Every napkin holder filled, straws, ect. The wait time for my frap was about 3 minutes, not long of a wait if you ask me. The location is also perfect seen how its right next to chipotle. Grab lunch then a coffee right next door! read more

My husband and I visited the Starbucks at Market Square Plaza for the first time today (Oct 12 around 11 am) and thought it was one of the best run Starbucks around. There were four very professional, friendly and EFFICIENT staff behind the counter. Also, the cafe itself was neat and clean. Other Starbucks should take note. I go to this Starbucks almost daily. I order a Trenta Black Ice Tea with heavy cream, no sweetener, and no water. Each time, it's a different price! So, the other day I asked for a receipt. The next day I went and it was a much higher price. I asked the girl why it was higher than the day before and she said some people charge for heavy cream - she happened to be one of those MORONS! When confronted, she fixed the deliberate screw up! Keep in mind that I never once asked for EXTRA heavy cream! WTF!
