Stopped in on a busy Friday afternoon and had to wait in a line almost going back to the entrance. I really enjoyed the festive holiday decor on display. The line moved surprisingly fast and I was able to browse the assortment of coffee and gift items available while waiting. Very inviting selection of local goods available along with the coffee beans. I saw several people pick up items for purchase while waiting. Even saw a fun coffee advent calendar on display which would make a great gift. The cafe area had a decent amount of seating. The menu was quite large and had a nice selection of coffee, smoothies, and iced drinks. I liked the large amount of flavor options available to add to your drink. I ordered an iced matcha with gingerbread flavor. It was delicious! Cost me a little over $7 with tax. I am happy to have a local coffee option to choose from when shopping at Pittsford Plaza. I will definitely be back.

I came here with some friends for a quick caffeine jolt. I ordered a dirty chai latte, and it was delicious. It was made quickly, and it was made well. The workers I interacted with were nice as well. I will surely be back for more of my caffeine needs.

My boyfriend and I grew up in the Victor / Farmington area and therefore grew up with delicious Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters. We've lived in New England the last 8-10 years and ever time we'd come back we'd hit up FLCR multiples times to get our fix. We also used to order our whole coffee beans to be shipped to us in Maine. FLCR does not mess around and it the best! Now we're back living in the Henrietta area and swing over to the Pittsford location quite often. Everything from their beans to their beverages are to die for. We both love a Frosted Carmella with a shot of espresso. They have delicious cookies, great cafe feel, and so many options! You can't go wrong visiting Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters!

They're always amazing here! We make our trek and look forward to trying new flavors each time, with White Russian being our family's go to. The customer service is always phenomenal and for those not comfortable going into the store, they were very good once they first reopened, about having your delivery ready for pick up.

Whenever I even think I am going Pittsford Plaza I plan a stop into my favorite coffee shop. I love everything about it! From the cute ceramic mugs available for purchase, huge variety of local beans, Nitro cold brew, Cold brew cans and sugar free options... I'm impressed. The cold brew cans are available in 4 packs which I suggest you pick up. My go-to drinks are the Nitro Cold brew or the Hot/Iced Caramello with skim milk made sugar free (you almost wouldn't even know it). Staff is always so helpful and the shop is so clean. Currently in pandemic times, 5 are allowed in the store at each time, social distancing and safety are a priority, which is great. On the 9th of every month their pounds of beans are only $9. Pre-ordering coffee beans is available for easy pick-up, just check out their social media and web-site for details. Some of their coffees are available in K-Cups as well. FLCR makes supporting local easy and enjoyable - Stop in!

RC and his crew try to help you with your needs promptly and politely. Their $9.99/Lb on the 9th of the month sale is a perennial favorite. I have a couple of friends out of town that really like good dark roasts - I mentioned Finger Lakes and the sale to them - I ship them 4-5 Lbs shipments on a fairly regular basis. I email RC the orders about a week or so before the 9th so he has ample time to make sure he has the beans coming in to cover the orders. They are always bagged and labeled for me when I get there so I can pay, then go to a table to pack them and drop them off at the post office on the way to work. Jamaican me Crazy is their big coffee. I enjoy it as well as their Organic French Roast and Organic Bolivian. They have many organic and non-organic coffees to choose from. They always have a variety of coffees brewed to choose a mug from. They also have assorted biscotti, scone, muffins, breads, etc. to complement the brew of your choice. In addition to the 9th of the month sale, Chai is on sale on Thursdays, and I think they have double points Tuesdays on cups of coffee. They have frequent flier points in three categories - brewed coffee, specialty drinks, and ground/whole bean coffee. Buy 10 in any one category and get one free. If you're at that end of Pittsford Plaza and walk anywhere near their door, the aroma wafts through even the closed door and draws you in.

Jamaican Me Crazy is my go-to coffee! I really hope Wegmans starts stocking it, as it tends to get pricey at the small shops that sell it.

Staff were pretty quick to clean up tables so there was always somewhere to sit down. The Iced Mango Matcha Latte was my favorite, where you can taste a sweet matcha flavor with a hint of mango. There is almost completely instantly a line and I felt lucky to find a table. It's simply so popular, I don't know if it's large enough. The tables are close so if you're trying to have a private conversation-you won't get it here. There is a variety of seating options. Comfy conversation chairs, a booth banquette with chairs on the other side, chairs and tables, and a bar top along the windows with outside eating for warm sunny days. The cups are a rich brown color with gold probably Arabic writing. The dessert case is filled with sumptuous fruit shaped mousse desserts. The coffee itself is beyond compare. There are boxed games. Things are delivered to your table on wooden trays. It's so elegant. I cannot say enough nice things. The staff is so friendly. I had a Nutella latte and a raspberry dessert. I asked which dessert was best, the lady at the register said the mango. Mango is not my thing but she said next best is raspberry. It's the perfect size. A hard crisp shell, creamy mousse and a perfect raspberry center. I also got a pistachio latte. Both were excellent.

The strawberry bliss cooler is my go-to since it's similar to a Starbucks strawberry açaí refresher, but the ingredients are simpler and the caffeine comes from green tea! I love to get a strawberry bliss cooler and an egg sandwich for brunch. My favorite egg sandwich was the Lilly, but since that has been discontinued, I build a similar sandwich with BYO.

I also ordered the baklava, and a little cup of the Turkish coffee (whoa!!). The Borek , I didn't look that big in the case spoiler alert, it was.... The dough was wonderfully flaky , and the filling was amazingly savory. I liked the spinach, and I'm not sure what type of cheese it was. But it played with the spinach perfectly it reminded me very much of a spanakopita, which I also love. The baklava was also excellent. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, and the honey, and the nuts inside were just fantastic. It is one of the better baklava that I have ever had. Now let's talk about the Turkish coffee. I've had Lebanese coffee, and I loved, and Ithought was strong.... the Turkish coffee makes Lebanese coffee taste like decaf that you would get from a cheap corner diner. With just a little bit of milk and sugar, it was perfect it was rich, and it was strong! At this point, I could probably make it to six hours to my destination without a car :). All of this great food, and I was only roughly out the door 20 bucks. For such high-quality food, it was worth it. I hope I'm back in Rochester again, because I would easily stop here again.

The Turkish coffee arrived in the most adorable cup, strong and velvety with that classic, unapologetic depth, paired with a soft, rose-kissed Turkish delight that made the whole thing feel like a ritual rather than just a caffeine stop. I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare. The first thing I noticed is how healthy and vibrant the plants look and to me that was the winning point. This is a great cozy spot for folks who don't enjoy social interactions and high energy vibes. It's more for the slow in the moment experience to sip and relax.
