I've been making this my Sunday ritual only because the baristas are really really nice. This place gets a lot of weirdos and homeless people coming in but they handle it very well in front of the customers. They know me by face now and recommend me to get a new Starbucks product that just went on sale so sometimes I get it. If my order is wrong they fix it with a smile and correct it quickly. This place is walking distance from my apt so I really like the people that work there and they usually are stocked up. Highly recommend!!! read more

Baristas didn't seem to know what they were doing. The reason for the 1 star: we are here with someone with a nut allergy. We ask about whether a certain drink contains any nut contents. We informed her that one of us had a nut allergy. We are informed by the barista, "I don't know. I have no way to know unless I googled it, but you have phones so you can do that." Really? You have no way to know if any of your drinks or food contain possibly deadly contents? read more

Worst Starbucks ever. When you enter, the employees ignore you and stand around talking. The ham & cheese croissants are cold when served. Poor service. They should fire the employees and hire a new team. None of the other Starbucks in Hollywood have these issues. Oh and when you try to speak to manager/someone in charge... you can't. read more

The people here are nice. The space is a little crowded and is pretty dark. The outside seating was in the glaring sun in the afternoon, and there's no escaping it. Pair that with being elevated right next to the parking lot and 50 feet from the busy roadway, and its not very relaxing. read more

Not sure if the guy at the cashier was even paying attention. But I told him I wanted a Green Tea Frap, TALL. I'm thinking he had already put in my order. Then a few seconds later he says, "Tall what?" But um excuse me, I just told you loud and clear what I wanted (maybe he was daydreaming, lol). Five stars because of employee friendliness and customer service. I have been here multiple times and never had to wait. I even ordered my regular hot coffee once with about 3/4 room for cream and the guy up front actually only charged me for the size lower since I really was only getting that amount of coffee anyways. Just went to have a nice coffe with sweets on a cold night and all the sweets were gone. It's 9:00 PM and the store is supposed to close at 10:00 but the employee put everything away and the worst part is that she continued cleaning while we were waiting. This Starbucks is always pretty busy even though it doesn't have a drive thru! Is a pretty small Starbucks. But the baristas are quick and get the drinks right!! Everyone was super friendly. I guess I forgot how a passion team lemonade extra sweet really tastes. Because 1 sip of this and I remember the first time I had it. This is the only place that makes it right. I instantly thought "oh yea this is how it is supposed to taste. Not like the sugar water I normally get from other Starbucks". They were very quick. The only thing I don't like is that the counter has soooo many gift cards, snacks, cups, cd's, that you have to kinda yell your order from a distance. Not a huge deal but it's just cluttered. This by far the slowest most understaffed Starbucks I've probably ever been to and I practically lived at multiple Starbucks for a brief time. The staff doesn't communicate and routinely forget about my order until I say something. It's happened at least 10 times in a few years and only yesterday did they offer me a free drink after completely forgetting my food and drink order. I normally never leave a review. Sometimes when a place is really good , i leave a comment to help them out. On vary ocation i leave a negative review. Course this is a regular old starbucks that has what u need. Im writting primarily about the staff that was working 12/18/18 at around 3 pm. Absolute 0 people skills. I asked a few questions about a drink that they normally have on the menu and no body knu wat it was. The issue was not that. The issue was the lecture i recivied as to why this drink "was a secret drink" and they make as a "special offer". Bullshit. Cuz ive had the java chip frapucio for ages and just order it from the menu. After they agreed to make it, i got a vibe that staff was far from amused that they had to go out of thier way to make something that has always been there. The cashier , and what i presume to be the maneger (short chubby looking female) has the most epic resting bitch face ive seen.
