I always buy at this store, I've never had any problems until today. My husband ordered a small Americano and a large Medicine Ball. The person at the window didn't understand anything we were ordering. He said "aaaa" every time we spoke to him, he gave us a large Americano and a medium Medicine Ball, no flavor at all. Whether you do the drive-thru, place a mobile order for pick-up, or go inside and order then and there, bring your patience with you. I think this is the only Starbucks for the next mile or so because the traffic is insane. If you opt for the drive-thru, expect to spend a good fifteen minutes (if you're lucky) and also expect to have the line loop all the way outside to Pines Blvd. It NEVER fails. The staff has to have their wits' end about them because no matter what they're calm and polite, it's just they happen to be slow as molasses. Well, I'm sure there are plenty of folks who don't make Starbucks their first choice, but it is mine and this location happens to be right up there for me. Aside from the complimentary wi-fi and quiet/calm work environment, this location also has some necessities for the worker bee on the move. This location opens at 5:30am and closes relatively late at 9pm. Their cafe is again open to the public with ample seating and if you're in a rush, the drive-thru runs efficiently an swiftly. I'll also add I've never had a bad customer service experience and have seen them entertain making their number of TIkTok drinks with a smile. Let's face it, this is Starbucks. You pretty much know what you're getting and unless you're sitting in the cafe you are not there for very long. My only issue ever experienced at this location is a drink being prepared with too much cream on a few occasions. Fortunately, I've been able to have them rectify the issue immediately and be on my way. read more

I have given this Starbucks many tried. This was my final attempt. This location seems always to be understaffed. The drive thru is a nightmare, always a long line and long wait. The way the drive thru is set, its very tight for cars to get around or back up. Today I opted togo inside rather than wait in the long drive thru line. No line inside! I ordered a coffee frappachino with nonfat milk. Easy request right? Apparently not. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review. I watched the barista make the drink, the portions were all off. Half of the mixture was still left in the container after he poured by cup. It tastes like he skipped on the coffee, its cold sweet milk. But the milk even tastes off. Tangy almost? While I was in there the customer rep that closest to me offered me some samples that they were giving out that day. And I just love samples!! Now for second visit, I did the same thing. It is a Starbucks with a drive thru. Im pretty sure you can picture it already. The thing about this Starbucks is that the drive thru is not laid out well at all. The line very often times back up and goes out of the parking lot and down the street. The inside is nice and roomy, the staff is friendly and efficient, but the drive thru lines are horrible. Maybe it is just in a busy spot. When I come here, I usually park in the lot outside of their little parking area behind the building. It is easier to get in and out from here. I walk in and get in line for my coffee or sandwich. I usually only come to this location if I am looking to sit down and work for a while, or meet up with people. Starbucks is great for that, especially as a gold member. LIFEHACK: If you are gold and are drinking a basic coffee, you get free refills. Since I am an iced coffee man for the most part, I can sit there for a few hours, have a few coffees, enjoy the wifi, leather chairs, and AC while getting my work done. So back to it, I usually order, then find a chair near an outlet to set up camp. This location has a good amount of big chairs, so there is usually one available. They have little tables by the chairs to put your drink or device on while you are working on a laptop, which comes in handy. When my drink is called, I go get it and continue on with my day. It is nice to know that most locations will have a similar setup so that there is always a feeling of having a mobile office nearby with some nice coffee perks. If a nice Starbucks with a friendly staff and good sized seating area is your jam, check this one out. Try to avoid the drive thru though unless you want to be backed up to Pines Blvd. read more

Very long drive-thru lines and drinks are never made properly... -- To start on a good note, the atmosphere in this Starbucks is very nice. It's very dim inside at all times of the day because there aren't many windows. There's a good amount of seating and a long table if you happen to come with a study group. For the most part I've never had trouble finding an outlet which is always a check mark in my book. However, with the good comes the bad. The drive-thru line is always so long. Be prepared for a 10-15 minute wait in the line. Then when you get to the window, there's a good chance your drink won't even be ready. Once your drink is ready, it probably won't be made right either. Every single time I come to this Starbucks, and I mean every single time, something is wrong with my drink. I go to other Starbucks and order the same thing and it's always 10X better. They are VERY skimpy with their milk/cream. You can just tell by the color of your drink that there is never enough. I don't understand why. Today, however, I drove off and there wasn't even a pump of syrup in my drink! I read the label and it states "cinnamon dolce" but none was put in my drink. This Starbucks is always a disappointment. I'm hoping one day they train their staff better on how to make drinks because they need the assistance. read more

I like the staff (especially the baristas); they are super nice people, but I've been incorrectly charged (only noticing the next day when checking my Starbucks app) and have had hella hot tea spilled on my hand when the cashier couldn't bother to hand the cup over properly. The best items to get are the prepackaged sandwiches and pastries that are then warmed up, not the coffee or the tea, which is disturbing when you stop to think about it. It's usually loud inside because people are yell-talking to be heard over the ever-going blender and the music that is pumped through the speakers that hang in every corner of the store. If you plan to study, bring earplugs. The main reason I come here is for the same-visit free refills on brewed beverages while in house for Rewards members, but I feel like that's going to disappear soon considering that Starbucks has been whittling away at their Rewards program every passing year.
