This location gets really busy but the drive-through is fast and when curbside is turned on the employees are really nice and bring out your coffee every single time. I really like a lot of the coffees they sell here. One of my favorite is the nitro cold brew with vanilla cream. That is very tasty and full of caffeine it will definitely wake you up if you need a boost. You cannot go wrong with the cappuccinos. You cannot go wrong with anything here. All the coffees are pretty good. I really like coming here. They have really good food as well. Even when the curbside is turned off the employees here so nice if you call them they will bring it out. Starbucks, in general, has some of the best coffee in this space along with breakfast, bakery items, lunch and a variety of different food options to pair with your coffee. If you're looking for some select merchandise, this store has got you covered in that aspect. There is a regular introduction of limited-time drinks to keep you enticed along with rotational seasonal drinks (pumpkin spice latte, anyone?). I've always done mobile orders and picked up in store (since I don't have the time to wait in the drive thru) and my orders are always ready when I visit the store. This store, in particular, is clean and has plenty of people working in the morning shifts (since that is the most critical and traffic driven time of the day). There is ample parking space but the drive thru gets filled up with cars rather quickly and the wait times can be longer during peak hours. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks and some dairy free options. If you're not a fan of the choices, you could mix and match and produce your own concoction. My experiences, so far, have been positive and the drinks that I order are spot on. The downside of Starbucks is the prices. These are expensive coffees and cannot be had everyday of the week, unfortunately. They do, however, have a robust loyalty program with offers every week for bonus stars opportunity. You can redeem your stars either via app, in store or in drive thru, for free drinks, food or merchandise based on the amount of stars you have. They have redeemable star tiers for you to checkout. Starbucks is well known for it's quality and exceptional service, be it in stores or via drive thru. They have an assortment of options to choose from, be it drinks, food or merchandise. What a shame that this Starbucks was probably told by management to over charge customers. Now with this being said, I have been about 3 times and yet to get a receipt, this was the first time asking 3 or 4 times and when given the receipt it was reprinted, I would guess since he tossed the first one! I ordered the following: 4 Venti's 1 strawberry Açaí refresher with Lemonade 2 venti waters with one scoop of dehydrated strawberry fruit 1 venti water (plain) My total:$15.97 I was charged for the two venti waters with one scoop of dehydrated strawberry $3.75 for the water, he rang it up as $3.75 for Venti Custom Iced Tea! I was just curious why I didn't get so much this time, and if I could get a substitution for my drink or refund. My favorite Starbucks location to go to in the area. Conveniently located on Champions Forest and 1960. They recently remodeled the inside of this store, so it's much nicer and there's more seating than before. Decent sized patio outside. I mostly go inside, but every now and then, I'll do the drive-thru. Drive-thru is a hit or miss. I've been to faster locations, and this location can be fairly quick or sometimes slow. Service was good. Guy at the drive tru was funny and you can tell he likes his job. Super disappointed when I got home and put a straw in my drink to find this huge ball of ice in it. I get it's a frap but it's already a small size and this piece of ice was definitely occupying half the space in there. This location has been my go-to for the last 4 years. For about 3 years, it was great. Order in the app at home, arrive, pick up, no issues. For the last year or so, the wait time has been garbage -- at ANY time of day. I've gone 3 times this week -- 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 8 pm, and have waited 20+ minutes each time. I've spoken to the manager, who said it's a staffing issue, and it looks like they're still hiring, but to me, that's no excuse -- it functioned just fine for years. What changed? Used to frequent this location on the daily but recently about 2-3 months ago I stopped going because they started having super slow service. Towards the end of those couple of times my drinks were not made properly & they didn't taste right. I decided to go get a matcha latte today & went through drive thru which took about 20-30 mins to get through about 2-3 cars in front of me. Only to find my lumpy drink made wrong, they used heavy cream instead of almond milk. I have intolerances to dairy so I had to go back and have my drink remade. Very inconvenient and annoying but anyways, I think I'll stick to making coffee at home now. I frequent this location because of the ample space for working remotely. There is free WiFi and most tables have an electrical outlet nearby. In the even a table isn't tidy, the staff will pleasantly clean it up (my experience) A couple of tips: 1. Of you haven't downloaded the Starbucks app...PLEASE do so! You quickly earn rewards redeemable for beverages or food. You will also receive notifications about special promos such as BOGO free/half price or happy hour specials. 2. If you're working or hanging out...they have free refills available HOWEVER, there are stipulations. You must use your Starbucks Reward card (to validate that you made a purchase that day) and you must order either a coffee (cold brewed or hot) as well as tea (hot or iced). The free refills does not include specialty drinks (frappe', latte's etc.)...BUT if you order a specialty drink and then decide you want one of the above mentioned beverage...you can do so with no add'l charge...it's considered a refill. So whether hanging out, studying, or working remotely this is a comfortable place to meet. read more

And if that's not bad enough they wait until you order the items and then go to get them, only to tell you they're out. This is not a one time review this is based on many disappointing trips. Ive been ordering a simple grande latte and they've been very consistent.
