Heard great things about this coffee shop, so I had to give them a try. On top of the coffee being good, I heard their beignets tasted just like you were in New Orleans. Well..in my personal opinion, they weren't lying. Now do the beignets taste exactly the same? Of course not, but they were absolutely delicious. I hated I didn't eat one of them right away and let it sit while I ran my mouth in conversation, because once it sat for a while, it didn't taste all that great. That's what I get for wanting a good thing to last just a little bit longer! All in all, I had no regrets visiting this place. Plenty of seating (although a few of the tables needed to be wiped down), excellent service, and nicely decorated. I'll for sure be paying them another visit! read more

This is a nice coffee shop in the Katy area with friendly staff and a local feel. Most of their coffees are too sweet for my taste, yet I do enjoy their drip coffee. There's plenty of indoor seating, and I've yet to see this place full. This New Orleans chain has a fun pastry list and appears to have a dedicated following. This location offers a great experience, deserving of a five-star rating. As of this review, I've been a few times and I look forward to returning. read more

It's always a great morning when I can visit PJs. Even though it makes me fight the traffic to work. It is definitely worth it. PJs always has a friendly vibe, but this location is one of the best. The white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle will be your best friend. It's like a warm hug wrapped with your favorite blanket lol. And the beignets here are as close to home as I can get, they are warm and fluffy. Love it. And it's Mardi Gras... aka KING CAKE time! read more

This PJs is closer to my house. I've only been here once, but I went in order to get beignets and café au lait. They are located on the grand Parkway feeder Road and sits back off the street. You have to look for it or you may miss it. The service in the food were very good. Reminds me of New Orleans where I'm from if I ever need to get that New Orleans fix. A great place to get coffee and a snack. I love the spinach croissant; I've yet to find a place that makes a better one than PJ's. Just tried this lovely new coffee shop with two close friends. The ambiance was modern, warm and open. The menu was reasonably priced and extensive with a wonderful assortment of both sweet and savory breakfast items. It was so hard to choose that we all ordered one of each. My egg bites were yummy and the freshly made beignets were hot and delicious. So was my latte. We agreed this is our new place. The helpful and friendly staff added extra sunshine to our experience. First time in a PJs. I have to say it is outstanding coffee. I usually go to a cafe to get some productive work done. I've always been productive in cafes since grad school. But now I really pay attention to the coffee. PJs has one of the best tasting coffees. Im not into lattes and stuff that have alot of calories. I just need a pure good drip coffee and sometimes without any sugar so I can taste the coffee. Definitely no creamer. The coffee here is very bold and rich tasting. I really like it! The place is very spacious and they have high tables which I love because I like to stand sometimes. Wifi is good and there are plenty of outlets, unlike some other cafes in town. Service is awesome. The cashier was very friendly and the place is very clean. Doug, the owner, introduced himself. He really cares about service. He opened just in Dec 2022. They have sandwiches and pastries but I havent had the food yet. They have King Cake of course. Give it a try if you haven't tried it yet! I will be back for sure. read more

PJ's Coffee is new to the area, and my first experience was great! I used the drive thru which is always a nice convenience at any place. I ordered one of their featured Spring menu coffee drinks, the Iced Strawberry Rose Latte (White Chocolate Strawberry w/ Oat Milk), and it was so delicious! Finally went by this morning to try out Pj's coffee and so glad i did it was delicious. I got a white chocolate latte medium size unfortunately they were out of beignets for the morning so ill have to try and get some next time if they still have some but opted for their biscuit breakfast sandwich and omg was it amazing, im not sure if they make the breakfast fresh, but that was one of the most softest/freshest biscuits ive had especially at a coffee shop if it was microwaved it definitely fooled me cuz it didnt taste microwaved in the least! Their coffee has a distinct flavor to it which i can't quite put my finger on it but its tastes different but tasty different. Can't wait to try other flavors. When i got to the window the young man handed me my drinks and i realized i forgot to tell him i wanted my coffee hot not cold and he immediately said oh thats no problem ill fix you a hot cup right now you just hold on to the cold one for later, and i was shocked absolutely great customer service and i thanked him as well didn't mean for him to go thru the trouble. All in all they will get my business over and over. I was a bit sad that when i pulled up there wasn't a line of cars waiting or parked in the parking lot because they definitely deserve the business, yall need to run not walk on over! read more

Haven lived in NOLA for many years and absolutely loving me some beignets from Cafe du Monde or Morning Call, I was anxious (based on reviews) to try PJ's. First the beignets are not the same but still very good in their own way. NOLA style are more airy and lean towards donut consistency whereas PJs were more layer and a bit denser. Regardless, with amount of powered sugar (making me look like Al Pacino in Scarface) they were very good. The coffee is S Louisiana style and the cafe au lait was very good. A bit disappointed in the hot chocolate, it did not taste homemade and was a bit watery but the whipped cream helped. In all, worth a stop! read more

Was excited to try this place so close to our home. Stopped on in at 6 am for a coffee and a bite to eat. We stood at the register for 8 minutes. Or even greeted when we walked in. The 2 employees never looked at us with no eye contact after about 5 minutes goes by a employee came to the register didn't say anything kept his head down and played with the tablet. We just stood there waiting to get greeted or asked what we would like but Nothing. Just dead silence. So we all stood there about 3 minutes in silence and we the customer finally asked if we could order he said yes nothing else. Didn't greet us or ask how we were or what we wanted. We just left without even getting our coffee that we were excited to try. Frustrating. No customer service at all. read more
