We went here for a family outing after getting chipotle; my husband is obsessed with this place because of their customer service. We ordered gelato--chocolate, pistachio and mango and all were very good. We also ordered the pistachio muffin and cheese danish. The muffin was delicious with a crunchy muffin top which I like and a nice nutty flavor. The cheese danish was mid. The food looked premade and not too great but my husband loves any breakfast burrito he can get his hands on. All in all, the service was great, it was clean and gelato was great! read more

I was super excited to see that there was deal in a new spot at my location. The team is welcoming, their still some kinks that has to be smooth in their system. Such as their discount buttons. Gingerbread chai was a nice selection medium is $8 The owner was friendly enough to give me a discount from his pocket. Which I was cool with since I was using my son's gift card. (Which I gave him the buck for the discount) Return right back for my sons hot cocoa a medium is $4. No discount since it didn't work. And they wouldn't charge for a small and give a medium to accommodate the military discount. We still enjoyed our sweet treat. We still love minuti. Just can't make this a daily thing. I had such an amazing experience here. It was my first time visiting a Minuti coffee shop and I was thoroughly impressed with my latte and the service that I received. First of all...I was given my latte and was told to "Have a blessed day ma'am!" And that alone will make me come back again. When I walked in, there was a family having coffee and one other visitor working on her laptop. Even though the location is a bit small, it was quaint and clean. Our 1st time at a Minuti Coffee and it was close to being our last! The ambiance was really welcoming however shorty after that as we walked thru to the counter the signage on the tables were offensive to me and set a poor representation of the company. Very off-putting, very unwelcoming. At the counter I asked the girl to explain some of the pastry's. She stood at the register, didn't even look at the pastry in question, I had to describe it to her then in a tiny voice (MAYBE a mouse could be on her same frequency) told me what it was. Had to have her repeat it several times. My husband was standing in between us and had to be the "middleman interpreter". So, so frustrating! Are you TRYING to kill the business! So many new coffee shops opening up on HWY 6 in the Copperfield area, 3 in less than a month...but what's tried and true is still the best for my taste buds! So glad that Minuti Coffee opened in this area! The closest is either Katy area or Vintage Park area so opening here definitely helps when I have that craving for some great coffee...one of the best dirty chai latte's I've ever had! The staff here is pretty consistent in making the drinks. I've been frequenting this location for the last few months and never been disappointed. I highly recommend the caramel macchiato and Ice-o Moka. Their coffee is very aromatic and packed with caffeine to keep you running. read more

Best coffee experience I have EVER had! The gentleman helping me and my husband asked questions that guided us to find our own unique drink choices. I am a big local patriot and consider Minuti as one. I never fail with Minuti whenever I visit one. I was a bit edacious of just about anything. I pulled over to one this at Hwy6 N. Staff is friendly and seems to know his products. So i asked if he can make me a flat bread of chicken salad panini. He said ofc! Food came to me 2 tiny sliced of cold chicken with tomato and lettuce on the other and just tomato and lettuce on the other. Flat bread is cold so is the chicken. So, a bit crestfallen there. To my dismay I returned the whole plate unsatiated. Anyhow, I am not into others pleasing me, but I am a customer offer me to make a real panini. I am not Italian but I pretty much know my food. He offered to warm my food. Nooooo, not the lettuce. And nooo, I want a chicken salad, not a lil 2 piece of cold chicken. Minuti, please train these two kids how to make paninis at least. I had a wonderful experience at Minuti Coffee this morning. Josiah took my order. He was amazing - so thoughtful, cheerful, respectful, and attentive to detail. I ordered a hot mocha. I don't typically add whip cream to a mocha, but Josiah recommended an espresso-infused whip cream and it was a delightful addition. The drink itself was delicious and the service was incredibly quick. I had to take the drink to-go, but, while it was being made, I had a chance to observe the interior of the establishment. Went there one evening for coffee and gelato after dinner and a bunch of kids was working with no management did NOT know what the hell they were doing. It took 10 minutes to get my coffee out and end up giving my coffee to somebody else. The guy didn't even have the decency to say it's not mine and drank it and still waited on his coffee because I could hear his conversation with his wife about my coffee he got. The only reason is these kids working there did not get names for the order nor give out numbers. Then the kids precedes to scoop up my gelato and leave on the counter while my coffee is being made and letting it melt. I go up to them and ask for my gelato at least and they looked at me like I was insane..... this establishment is run by employees with no training. I think I'm better off making my own coffee at home than to go there, overall a horrible experience and will not go back. read more

Today is Mother's Day and my son brought me to this location for coffee. Upon arrival, we were the only customers in the shop. I ordered their signature chocolate coffee and a blueberry scone. My son placed his order and we went and sat outside. During our wait two other couples arrived and enter the coffee shop. They placed their order and joined us on the patio. Still waiting on our order, I was notified that they had ran out of scones, so would I like another pastry. I said I'll take a blueberry muffin instead. The barista goes back in and begins bringing out the other customers orders.... Low and behold... both couples have blueberry scones!!! I'm like what the hell is going on here? My son goes back inside to find out what has happened and they are making excuses about how they miscounted the number of scones. People.... You don't run a business this way! They give us out money back and we leave, but go figure! read more
