The girls in the morning are so rude I stopped going to this location around October-November 2022 because of the customer service! The last time I was there The barista with long black hair she had it in a high pony took back my drink which they can't do after I told her it was wrong I was shocked even her coworker told her infront of me that she couldn't do that ! Disclosure - I'm a Starbucks addict. So when we stopped by after a long day to grab a quick cup o Joe I was little disappointed by the barista's 'tude. I was interested in the chocolate latte and asked a simple question- is the chocolate dark chocolate or milk. As a lactose intolerant person, I can usually find workarounds but she seemed a little annoyed at the thought that someone might have certain allergies they would need to accommodate. In the end a simple soy latte was on the order and we were on our merry way. Been there twice and each time the baristas were great and more helpful than most! Great mix of couches, small tables, and one big family-style dining table inside. Outside, they have an area sectioned off from the parking lot with a privacy fence type of thing, roof, and ceiling fans. Looove! Great place to hang out. Happy, Happy, Happy. If I was a coffee drinker I would make sure that I visited this place regularly. I was stuck in this coffee shop when a freak flash flood storm came by while I was in the T-Mobile store close by. Since my girlfriend enjoys coffee (and the building has somewhat of an awning) we braved the storm so we could get something to drink and snack till the storm surge passed. I LOVE THE STAFF HERE. They turned a inconvenient situation into a very enjoyable experience. The staff was having fun with each other and included us after the greeting. Haley was so hyped about the Sour Cream and Chile chips that we couldn't help but try them out ourselves. I don't even remember what drinks we ordered (I probably got a tea), but in the small time that we were there they have changed whatever preconceived idea I had of Starbucks employees. I was in desperate need of caffeine on my way to work so I pulled into the drive-thru around 8am. I was approximately the fourth car from the speaker. I ordered two different drinks, one for the drive and one for when I was at work. Both drinks were perfectly prepared. We have visited a LOT of Starbucks, and the great thing about them is their consistency. The baristas are super nice, and the drinks are always prepared the same way. Until we stopped by this Starbucks. Stopped by yesterday and gave our order. Cashier forgot to label the cup and submit it to the barista. Waited, and waited. My wife finally asked where her drink was, and they grudgingly prepared her drink and gave it to her. No apology for the wait or for their mistake. Tried again today. Wife ordered a grande Latte Macchiatto with almond milk. Barista asked her what that was (it's the name of the drink listed on the menu board behind her). Barista handed her something in a small espresso cup. Wife says that is not what we ordered. Barista looks ticked off, throws the drink in the sink, and begins preparing the drink with dairy. Wife says I ordered that with almond milk. Again throws the drink in the sink and finally gets it right. Wife also ordered a vanilla latte. Got to the car and realized it had no vanilla. Gave up and are thankful that there is a Starbucks on every corner, and we don't have to go back to this one! read more

I went through the drive through and ordered a venti iced coffee. I swear they got weird turtle sloth humans working in there. I sat in the drive through for (no joke because I timed it) 43 minutes! I swear that spot must be a worm whole that sucks you into the abysmal space time continuum of perpetual suffering. The worst part is that the drive through is like the mob. Once you are in you never get out. I mean if I had my tattoo artist Jerry in the car with me I could have had a a full tattoo of Beyoncé's face on my chest by the time I got my coffee. I graduated from college faster than I got my coffee. Seriously how hard is it to pour black coffee over ice? Disappointing. However, if you ever really need a break from work... I stop at this particular Starbucks several times a week. I always get a chai tea latte. Not sure what is going on at this store, but getting a chai latte that actually tastes like a chai latte is next to impossible. This morning for example, I order, get my drink, and it tastes like hot milk. I go inside and ask for it to be redone, second one is worse than the first. I don't know if they don't care or if they don't know how to make a chai latte, but I am done paying for hot milk. Going to see if the store on Central can do any better. It looked like only 3 people were working but then I saw two other people coming from the back so apparently team work isn't a thing in this place. B/c I only saw one person making the drinks. Parking is a little bit of a pain here; particularly when the drive thru line gets as long as it would normally get in the mornings. There can be people waiting to turn in from the access road and one or two blocking the slightly easier to find parking line facing the road. Inside is nice, what you would expect from a more homey Starbucks. There is some high back booths, that are slightly uncomfortable if your there for awhile in my opinion but more comfortable than the high top chairs Or regular restaurant chairs of which there are a plenty. There 4 comfy looking chairs 2 & 2 that face their respective two comfy couches, the rest as stated before are the high top table chairs or the regular table & chairs. Staff is nice; I'm newer to the app pay in advance, even when using the app I always used the pay myself because for some reason the app always read the one by the mall being closer to me when I leave home until I'm right on top of this location & I may as well wait to order the 30 seconds it takes me to walk in. At the other location I used it, closer to the mall, they didn't announce my drink being ready so it sat up there kind of tucked in a corner at the bar I couldn't see it so it unnoticed for about 5 mins while they started cleaning till I asked & they showed me where they sat it. Here they actually announced it as they set it out which even though it was morning was pretty quick. I got my usually favorite today, even though I've been trying to spread my wings. I think here before I remembered why I had been trying other because the location I get my usually is in Euless cause the other locations like this one have been skimpy on the extras. I.e not as many chocolate chips as I remember them putting in years ago. Anyway an ok experience for what I expect from a Starbucks. A way to kill time in between things you need to do ... Where you have too much time to really warant sitting at mcd's with only a drink & no playing kids, but not enough to go all the way home or wander target/Walmart/etc with out buying something. read more

The worse Starbucks I have ever been to. I'm an avid Starbucks customer I love going and being part of the Starbucks communities all over Texas. My problem with this Starbucks is that they constantly and I mean constantly screw up simple drinks. Most commonly I order Iced Coffee with Classic Syrup and 50/50. Out of my last 10 visits maybe 1 drink was right. Tonight was the worse. Usually they forget The 50/50 The Classic Or both Tonight though I can't even explain what happened. I received 2 drink both the same simple ice coffees with classic and 50/50 but my drinks tasted like fruit drinks. The drinks looked like coffee but had an after taste of berry flavor. I don't know what is wrong with this Starbucks but I hope the management figures it out soon before I decide to never come back. read more

In terms of customer service, my experience has been 5 Star all the way. (Mariah is / has always been super sweet!!) Even the last time I stopped in & my order tasted wrong; they very kindly made me a new drink without issue. More often than not, I order via mobile app & prior to 6 AM so it's not usually busy. Any time after 7 AM, I suggest going inside. It may look crazy but there's usually not a line and it's much faster than the drive through. One of my favorite things I love about this particular location is that they take an extra step when you order food - they use the order sticker to attach cutlery to the food bag / container. It's such a simple thing but I have yet to have another location do this. I frequently travel for work so I've been to my fair share of Starbucks and since I've forgotten to grab them from time to time, it's a nice touch. & Much better than the alternative of placing utensils inside the bag - even though they're in their own plastic covering, the idea of multiple individuals touching those then that touching my food kind of freaks me out. read more

I absolutely love Starbucks. My normal location is at Fielder and Randol Mill in Arlington. They are superb! However, this location off Airport Freeway is on my way to church. Today was my third visit, and I've received the same slow, rude, apathetic attitudes and service each time I've visited. I had hoped this was an anomaly. But every time I visit, I'm treated the same way. So, I guess I'll just skip Starbucks on my way to church. The one positive is that the drink quality is good. read more

This is a brand new location. Everything is very nice and top notch inside of the store. Walking in is a great experience. The coffee smell is powerful, but not too powerful. All of the employees are very sweet and very quick at the jobs. The location is very good, and will be even better once the construction on 183 is done. Now you can skip trying to make the Starbucks near Boomerjacks, where once you get your coffee you have to follow the frontage road for like 2 miles before you can get back on the highway.
