Needed tea before we hit the road, ordered online and it was ready when I arrived! Small parking lot but they keep the crowd moving.

Our first experience at this location was disappointing. The employee taking our order seemed to have difficulty remembering the drinks we had just requested, and despite repeating our order multiple times, two of the drinks were still made incorrectly. We chose not to complain at the time and wanted to be understanding. The following day, we ordered an iced Americano with cream, but it looked more like a cup of milk with very little coffee and almost no ice. It appeared lukewarm and was unfortunately not drinkable, so I had to throw it away. We also ordered a black cold brew that tasted extremely watered down and contained very little ice. The other drinks we purchased had similar issues--they were lukewarm, diluted, and not what we expected. Over the course of two visits, we spent approximately $90, only to end up discarding most of the drinks because they were undrinkable. It was a very disappointing experience, and we hope these issues can be addressed so future customers have a better experience. read more

Ordered 2 large lattes online. The app is super easy to use and convenient. The parking lot is pretty small and shares with another business. I went early in the morning so it wasn't as bad but with the wrap around drive thru it's still pretty tight. I went in and got my lattes which were ready and waiting. The barista was very pleasant and the coffees were delicious. The inside is always clean and welcoming. Just over $13 for 2 grandes OUCH! I will return after I save up a bit. I don't usually go to this Starbucks because it is a little hard to get in and out of, but this morning the line was empty, and I thought I would give it a shot. It sits off the side of the road in a very busy part of the East side. It's a nice building was built a few years back, but it seems to be kept very clean. I got a very friendly greeting at the speaker and she moved me through quickly at the window. She was also very welcoming. Asked how I was doing this morning and wasn't in a rush to get me out but understood that she didn't wanna waste my time. I just got a drink today. A grande hot vanilla latte. It was very hot, but good. Pretty typical for both Starbucks around here. Again when I left the window, the gentleman that gave me the drink said have a nice day had a smile on his face. The past two times I have been here after using this as my main location for almost a year have been extremely poor in quality and customer service. Today took the cake, as I was waiting for my order to be made I watched one of their baristas not follow the instructions on the cup (as simple as no whip) so I asked them to remove it. They didn't have to remake the whole drink. But after removing it, they proceeded to use whole milk (i ordered oat milk) and tried to say something but they just dumped the whole thing and ran off. No apology, no thanks for waiting, or anything. The issue the first time was mainly just a long wait plus they lost my drink. Not giving one star because usually this place has been great. But the last two drinks have been extremely poor in quality and borderline undrinkable. read more

I ordered a trenta strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice and no strawberry inclusions and I received a trenta cup with the drink only halfway full and with strawberry inclusions . I asked why it was only half full and they said it was because I ordered no ice. I asked them to remake the drink anyway because there was strawberries it it and make the drink with ice also, and they remade the drink how I would like it which is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1. Pretty good location of Starbucks off of Shadeland. The drive thru is pretty easy to get in and out of it if there is limited traffic in area. The staff are friendly and helpful. So today I showed up with my younger sister in the drive thru because it is their birthday. They are twins, and you would think this would be a pretty simple concept for someone to understand and grasp, but right from the start the lady taking the order would not believe them. She told them they can't use two birthday code in one order, so my sister responds and told her that's fine then, we can do two orders. This is the point when I realize it is not even going to be worth trying to order a drink for myself, because she is already so grouchy about two birthday drinks. She very clearly thinks they are lying about their birthdays, which is just such an unhappy and weird thing for someone to do. So they finally try to order and my sister just gets a cold brew with a flavor shot, to which the barista tells her they don't have the BUTTONS to order that. (Like why is this lady even allowed to speak to customers at this point???) so she tells them she'll have to do something "weird" to order it. We were thinking that was super strange since that's literally never happened and she always gets the same drinks but okay... So then she is told to pull up and she will give a total... Well there shouldn't be a total since they are both using their birthday codes and I decided to just wait and go to another coffee shop. She scans twin #1's barcode and then tells her twin #2's barcode isn't working, that there is nothing on there. We were literally looking at it with the free birthday drink so I'm not sure how that could even be possible. Then she gives them twin #1 a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRINK! Not even close to what she ordered that apparently "didn't have a button." Then as we left we look again at the apps to see what she is talking about and all she did was redeem 200 points from the twin #1's phone and didn't even bother to check twin #2's phone because she didn't have points for her to take like that. So definitely get your coffee anywhere else. This location is a mess and the baristas are incredibly rude and will assume you're lying when it's your birthday. DEFINITELY don't go on your birthday though because this barista will go out of her way to make sure and try to ruin your day. read more

I do not recommend this Starbucks, unless you are visiting in the late morning or early afternoon. The drive thru only comfortably holds a queue of 2-3 cars, and then you are blocking the road around the shop. Service is slow, and the baristas are not as friendly. The attrition here seems high for baristas; maybe it is a rotational Starbucks for training baristas in the area? If you sit inside, it is quite small, but clean. I say here in the winter once, and because of the two entrances, and the small size, I froze my rear off with the cold wind blowing in every time the doors were opened. read more
