This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. In addition, they have an assortment of breakfast sandwiches. We didn't try the breakfast sandwiches, but they looked good on the menu and in the past We just got regular coffee and lattes. They were very good. The service was just OK. Our coffee was delivered promptly, but the server was not overly friendly. We ask for a refill on the plain drip coffee. We were told it would be two dollars for a refill. We ask for the latte to be reheated since we had sat there for sometime during our meeting. We were told they do not have a microwave. There are a lot of repeat loyal customers since this place markets themselves for business meetings. They may want to consider changing their model for their repeat customers. Perhaps by using their rewards program to recognize customers by offering a less expensive, or even free, refill on plain coffee. This will make them more competitive with other coffee shops. It will also encourage the meeting environment that they are trying to establish. We will return again for a business meeting. We are hoping they become more customer focused for their repeat visitors.

She said she had to drink it quickly, before it got any colder, and couldn't wait for me to take my picture. We come here quite often. This is the first time we have been served a drink that was not to temperature. We did notice a lot of new faces for the wait staff. It was also much slower than normal to obtain our beverage. Both these factors may have caused the drink to not be up to par with regards to temperature. We will not let this experience taint us from returning. My favorite espresso drink is their Latte Meil because they add bee pollen to it and that bee pollen just kicks everything up a few notches. If you are a fan of chocolate croissants I highly recommend trying one (if there are any left). Cone+Crumb provides their baked goods and I can't say enough wonderful things about them as well. If you are looking for more savory food, I recommend the Sarah Lee Special which is a fantastic avocado toast on bread from Amelia's. As you can tell this is a great local spot to support because not only are you supporting them, but you are supporting other Indy local small businesses as well! Was super excited bc it sounded amazing with the flavoring and the chocolate drizzle. Ultimately was upset because the boy at the bar ended up putting all the flavoring directly into the expression rather than the milk causing me to loose the flavor, also he put what I believe to be the chocolate drizzle into it and stirred it as well. If that's how they make it that if fine but should consider adjusting the description, that's technically not a drizzle. Then I saw him mixing the expresso into the milk, ultimately leaving me sad and disappointed that I was no longer getting my layered drink but instead leaving with a plain latte. I don't know if he was new but yeah, macchiatos aren't mixed. The team however seemed to work very well together, they had a nice flow and moved quickly on the busy Saturday.

I wonder if more of the profit is from these non dairy milk surcharges or the coffee itself. I would say the latte was one of the better ones. It was smooth and not too sweet. Sometimes they're too sweet. The service was good, and it wasn't particularly busy so the coffee came out in like 5 minutes. There are small pastries to try and other specialty drinks. I would consider trying this again given the taste quality of the latte. The medium size was also sufficient. Not too small. 8/10
