But the moment I spotted the 32 oz coffee bucket...I was sold. I've been searching for a coffee shop that serves coffee buckets, so this instantly became a must-order. Not only was the bucket such a fun experience, but the coffee itself was perfectly balanced despite the larger size. Plus, I was thrilled to take the bucket home--I already know I'll be reusing it! This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! In addition, they have an assortment of breakfast sandwiches. We didn't try the breakfast sandwiches, but they looked good on the menu and in the past We just got regular coffee and lattes. They were very good. The service was just OK. Our coffee was delivered promptly, but the server was not overly friendly. We ask for a refill on the plain drip coffee. We were told it would be two dollars for a refill. We ask for the latte to be reheated since we had sat there for sometime during our meeting. We were told they do not have a microwave. There are a lot of repeat loyal customers since this place markets themselves for business meetings. They may want to consider changing their model for their repeat customers. Perhaps by using their rewards program to recognize customers by offering a less expensive, or even free, refill on plain coffee. This will make them more competitive with other coffee shops. It will also encourage the meeting environment that they are trying to establish. We will return again for a business meeting. We are hoping they become more customer focused for their repeat visitors.

As you can tell this is a great local spot to support because not only are you supporting them, but you are supporting other Indy local small businesses as well! Ultimately was upset because the boy at the bar ended up putting all the flavoring directly into the expression rather than the milk causing me to loose the flavor, also he put what I believe to be the chocolate drizzle into it and stirred it as well. If that's how they make it that if fine but should consider adjusting the description, that's technically not a drizzle. Then I saw him mixing the expresso into the milk, ultimately leaving me sad and disappointed that I was no longer getting my layered drink but instead leaving with a plain latte. I don't know if he was new but yeah, macchiatos aren't mixed. The team however seemed to work very well together, they had a nice flow and moved quickly on the busy Saturday.
