Service was terrible!!!! I ordered an ice latte and received a hot coffee in my personal cup. I literally burned my throat drinking it through a straw and the worst part, the young lady laughed as if it were a joke...laughed so hard she was unable to take the next order...like are you serious right now!! I am an avid coffee drinker and always at a Starbucks location, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. And on top of that after they remade it the drink was worse..she didn't even make it correctly, very bitter and disgusting. There's nothing bitter about a cinnamon dolce latte. read more

I really like this location! It's weirdly not that busy between 8-9AM and I can roll right up and park and grab my to-go order. And then it seems to fill up later in the day and I have to park all the way down the lot. I've never sat down and had my drink inside as I'm always picking up on the way to work but my drink is always ready on time and staff is friendly and says "hello." Went to this Starbucks for a BOGO free offer! The app didn't work so the young lady at the counter helped me out! She was so nice and patient, she had a loooong day with the app not working, but was still very sweet. I got the pumpkin spice cold brew which was delicious!! Review is based on drive-thru only. The baristas are always super friendly and they always get my order right. The line can be a little long in the morning but everyone's getting their coffee on their way to work so I get it. I don't get Starbucks unless I have a giftcard. No matter the time of day I come to this location there is always a super long wait! It seems they have to brew the coffee fresh for each customer. Lol. After about a 20 minute wait, the host was apologetic for the wait and took my order. My Pumpkin Spice Latte was hot, flavorful and delicious. Starbucks is my go to place for coffee, but I was very disappointed when I stopped here this evening. I ordered on the app just a few minutes ahead. Of arriving. I asked about my order five minutes after the app said it would be ready, and the barista asked what my name was. My order was ready in another 5 or 6 minutes (not really sure because she didn't call out my name when it was ready). We ordered d a tall and a grande cappuccino. The barista said she put the grande in a venti cup because they were out of grande cups. As a caffeine-addicted adult that desires a moderately quiet space to work, I would have to give high props to this Starbucks location! Both times I have visited the site, I have been greeted with smiles and an error-free order. The ambience is well suited for working in terms of noise and there is plenty of seating, including a bar-style row of chairs by a window. The only downside is that parking in front of the shop is a bit limited but there is plenty of parking in the immediate area. I'll have an order of the swift kick in the ass. I rarely find myself at a Starbucks unless I'm traveling and without local options. This location offers a drive thru and your standard Starbucks menu. The only reason I would hold off on the fifth star is because I find it slightly pretentious when the staff corrects me for saying "small" rather than "tall" every time. I know, I know, it's all a part of their branding but please don't act like a dummy for saying "small". Oprah Chai all the way. Much lower on the calorie count than your average chai. Went here just before closing and were happy to find it still serving. Ordered a nitro and frap and two water because we'd just changed a flat. They forgot the waters and didn't mix the drinks. I like my coffee like I like my baristas: tall, dark and one shot of sweetness. This team of coffee always perky, helpful and beyond friendly! Never a long wait in the drive-thru or inside. When I ask questions about drinks, they give me a pleasant, helpful answers. What more could a coffee girl want? Holy comfy seats batman! I've stopped by this Bucks a few times this past wk to mooch off of their free wifi and I want to rest in their comfy seats for the rest of my life! There's nothing bad I can say about Starbucks. It's amazing that a coffee shop can lure little old me, non-coffee drinker, into their world! I mostly drink their caramel apple spice in the colder months and their green teas all year round. Their pastries and treats are tasty too and I don't mind grabbing a muffin or scone to complement my tasty drink. I've been a Gold Level member for about four years now. I downloaded their app and I can pay with my smartphone. Rewards, freebies and locations can be found on the app. I have had pretty consistent service no matter what location I've gone to. Baristas are always upbeat and happy. Maybe they are all hyped up on espressos and cappuccinos. If you go early, you can expect a line. This is a starbucks; it's very similar to other Starbuckes and in fact I love Starbucks. They deliver top quality products and services, treat their employees well, give back to the community, and work toward a sustainable environment. This particular starbucks, however, recently underwent a renovation and I have to say, I'm not a fan. The stark white and dark browns are harsh on the eyes and that combined with the new angular furniture no longer feels warm and cozy. Worse still is the parking situation and by that I mean there are often no spots left because there aren't many in the first place. Major oversight in design here. read more
