I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks due to it being close to me. This Starbucks the employees are friendly and the store is always clean and organized. They have a lot of different options for drinks and i love that I can change my milk base since I don't drink regular milk. I typically like to utilize the app to order ahead and if I do this I may go through the drive thru if it isn't a long line. If the line is long I will go inside. My orders are typically ready by the time I get there. I love that Starbucks has now added to where you can schedule your pick up order. This option allows things go a lot better. If you don't have Starbucks app or you are not apart of their rewards program you are missing out. Why not be rewarded for your spending. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced. I walked in the store at 9:05, no line , I still waited several minutes to place my order. I ordered my black coffee. The manager put a cup under the machine and it made my coffee. I then waited 7 minutes, the manager forgot all about me and my coffee. She was talking with 4 other employees in a circle, behind the counter. I could not get their attention as I stood at the counter. Finally the one girl making drinks noticed me and gave me my coffee. And apologized for me having to wait so long, (as she rolled her eyes at the manager.) Of course, Starbucks is known for their coffee. But don't underestimate their tease. They're green tea is one of my favorites. I do get it without sugar and sometimes I get it with a splash of lemonade. Try one of their teas for something refreshing especially on a hot summer day. Don't forget you can always get an ice water free! A little hack. If I'm really thirsty on a summer day, I get my green tea with light ice and no water. I mix my cup of water with my green tea at home and get two nice size cups out of it. The service is quick, and the staff are friendly enough. I went to this starbucks this Sunday morning, and I have never been to this one. The customer service was subpar and my drink was made horribly. As i pulled off from the drive thru , i ended up hitting a reverse to confirm what i ordered was correct. The drink was a strawberry matcha and the WHOLE drink was foam... i barely got 3 sips before the drink was practically gone. You could tell the drink was done in a lazy manner. I feel bad writing this because my orders are almost always perfectly done, however, today the order already option was turned off- which is weird- but I went in and ordered my usual: Grande Hot Chocolate (4 mocha sauce, extra mocha drizzle) and a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Blended Beverage (5 mocha sauce, extra mocha drizzle, light whipped cream). Today I received the hot chocolate and it was good, but my Frap was not, it only had a single pump of mocha sauce and even after bringing it up the only difference was having two pumps of mocha sauce. The staff was short handed (only 3, usually 5-6) but didn't seem stressed just distracted (almost), building was calm. Yes, I am reviewing a Starbucks! The reason I have decided to review this particular Starbucks is because they have NEVER made me a bad drink. No burnt shots, no not following a recipe! This is rare! I've been to a lot of Starbucks and I've had a gotten a lot of subpar or just plain bad drinks. I go out of my way to go to this particular location because I know I will get a good drink. Everyone is friendly and some baristas chat at the window when there isn't a line, especially if I have my dog with me. The location is convenient once you remember it is right after the RR tracks if heading east. The parking and drive thru are pretty good. When I've gone in, it's always clean and the baristas are welcoming and willing to answer questions. Bottom line: if you want a good drink, go to this location. read more

So, I normally go to another Starbucks location...but I could see this location quickly becoming another fave! I mobile ordered when I was super close to this location. When I came in, my order was already waiting for me ... there was even a golden hue of light around it with inviting music playing... ok, so maybe that was the can light up above providing light to the whole area and the music may have been their tunes for all to hear ... but, still the truth remains that my order was ready and waiting on me in mere moments. Music is always a tad loud in my opinion at all Starbucks so don't plan on taking any phone calls here with any semblance of quiet in the background. At almost 80 years old, my beloved mother had never been in a Starbucks and she wanted to try it. We went inside to order so as not to slow down the drive thru. The person who took our order was a woman with short grey hair under her visor and the name tag "Jaye." She was impatient when we could not hear her over the ambient noise and through the protective plastic. When my mom struggled to say the order loud enough, Jaye actually ROLLED HER EYES at an elderly, first time guest. I stepped in and took over the order. The music was so loud, it was high energy pop/rap for the entire 1.5 hours I was there (and some of it was explicit). I'm in my early 30's, so that stuff isn't going to bother me very much. I'm giving 2 stars because the service was nice. But the typical coffee shop ambiance was was terrible, and I saw people start off sitting inside and then move outside so they could even have a conversation. I'm a creature of habit. This is my normal stop for Sunday morning coffee & a baked good on the way to church. However, today it was THE perfect spot to sit and get some work done and have breakfast while my car was down the street being serviced. I was greeted immediately upon entering which was awesome. The staff is very friendly even if I'm in the drive-thru. This building is new so it looks great. There's a long bench with tables along one wall. Each one has its own outlet for those of us who occasionally do remote work. I really appreciate that. All in all, a solid Starbucks experience, and one of my favorite locations! read more

Why Starbucks?!? I had high hopes for a productive work spot with a cup of coffee. The customer service was horrible. I ordered the veranda coffee, which they were out off, so I waited for a fresh roast. Well to my surprise they don't take your name for the orders. What can I say -- It's a Starbucks. However, I can honestly say that they have THE NICEST drive through staff person we have ever encountered. Hands down. We even made a point to contact the manager to compliment her. She's that nice. Docked a star because getting in and outta here is really hard most days. The parking lot is small and the drive thru can get crazy backed up making it even worse. Check the app on your phone for hours as it appears theirs differ from surrounding stores sometimes. I want to start with the fact that I'm so glad this Starbucks moved locations. They had been in a building two lots down from where this new location is, and it was so small and tight you could hardly get your car through the parking lot once you got your drink. It deterred me from going. So this new location has more parking and it's easier to get in and out of the lot, and makes it easier to get your drink. It's connected to a QDoba. The outside seating is nice. Inside I really like the big long seating stool area. Plus the drive through is always pretty fast efficient. The only reason I'm giving this new location a 2/5 is because of the service inside. I've been in here a handful of times and the baristas aren't very communicative. I had one who decided to clean the counter over greeting me to take my order. She made me wait for at least 3-5 minutes so she could complete her task. Another time while I was waiting on my drink to be done at the end of the counter, they weren't saying out loud who the drink was for, or what it is. So eventually I flagged a busy barista down and asked, and he just shrugged at me and walked off. The latest time I was in there getting coffee with a friend, and a worker loudly started cleaning the trash cans. I say loudly because she was practically throwing the lid around and as it slammed against the floor multiple times it made quite a ruckus. Plus she had everything so spread out, we could hardly walk. She had it spread out in front of the door. I thought that was a bit unnecessary. It didn't make for the best experience, honestly. My suggestion is if you're in a hurry, hit the drive through. If you're wanting a nice place to sit and chat with a friend or to do work, go elsewhere. read more

Two things that make this a 3-star starbucks: 1) The parking situation is a nightmare! 2) There are very few electrical outlets on the inside. This Starbucks is conveniently located on a corner and with a drive-thru! The service and its drinks are amazing. Although every branch follows a recipe, not each makes it correctly. This branch, however, does the recipes justice. Green tea frappucino is a must try! Seating indoors and outdoors are plentiful. Lastly, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Some cons are poor lighting for studying, max of 15 parking spaces with 1 handicap spot, tables and window sills are not the cleanest, and it's hard to miss this Starbucks as it doesn't stand out like most Starbucks do. This is now one of the worst Starbucks in the area. I don't know what happened during the last year, but the service and the quality of drinks has gone downhill. I have been in Starbucks in other states and even other countries, and the consistency always amazes me. Unfortunately, this 82nd/Craig location has been consistently terrible lately. I gave it another try today, however, and I guess I shouldn't be surprised: in addition to not being able to get a simple drink order entered in correctly, once "fixed," the drink itself was so bad I poured it out before I got in my car.
