I was recently in town for a work trip and knew I was going to have a crazy long day, so I ventured out for some caffeine with my coworker. We were about to stop at Starbucks when she pulled up the menu for The Well Coffeehouse and saw they had Matcha, which is what I was looking for. We quickly pivoted and headed that way. We knew we made the right choice when we walked in. We were greeted by the barista's and immediately fell in love with the ambience. This coffee shop does really cool work and supports great causes, and they have that well displayed around the shop. It is also decorated really nicely. I ordered a frozen Matcha lemonade and an iced vanilla Matcha latte. I am a little bummed. I didn't try a different flavor once I saw they had lavender blackberry. My latte was good, but I find that vanilla syrup in Matcha sometimes taste like marshmallow, and that's just not my favorite. However, the experience was still a 10 out of 10 and I would return if ever in town!
This place always has really fun seasonal options! This time I tried their elder and ivory drink, which was an elderflower and white chocolate latter. Elderflower is one of my favorite flavors, but I've never had it in a coffee drink before! It was a very yummy fruity and sweet combo. I got it half sweet, and that was perfect for me. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. This is a great place to study or work!
This is my favorite local coffee place!! I love that they have options for me as someone who is gluten free and dairy free! The blueberry and lemon muffin was yummy! I LOVE the coffee!! It has such great flavor. There is plenty of seating and I love their mission. Staff is always very friendly!!

Loved my visit to The Well Coffeehouse. I tried the Fygee Newton Latte and it was pretty good. The coffee had a robust and perfectly balanced mouthfeel without being overly sweet. Beyond the great coffee, I really appreciate their mission as a nonprofit focused on turning coffee into water. It's clear they care deeply about global impact while also serving their local community a genuinely great cup of coffee. A place that feels good to support
We visited The Well Coffeehouse as our new coffee spot for February, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with plenty of seating -- a perfect place to read a book or get some work done. The service was top notch. I don't remember the guy at the register's name, but he was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and helped us navigate the menu since it was our first visit. The coffee was amazing. I ordered the Fireside Latte (vanilla and cinnamon) -- not overly sweet and absolutely worth the trip to the north side. My wife got a caramel latte with almond milk and said it was delicious. Highly recommend if you're in the area -- we'll definitely be back!
Good coffee in Fishers, with a social responsibility angle. The food looked good for a snack or lunch, but we did not try that. They have some good varietals from Ethiopia and Central America on tap and in pour overs. Friendly staff. Quick service.
I don't over to this very often. I like the vibe here. The business is mission-based, which appeals to me. I have never researched what percentage of revenues are donated to providing clean water. They have 2 conference rooms that can be reserved. Limited menu with breakfast and lunch items. The bathroom was in need of attention on this busy Saturday afternoon visit. I'm not sure if that's a one-off or common. I let the counter know and I saw someone address the issue. That's a positive!
Pros: + Open at 6am through the week (7am Saturday and Sunday) + Fun seasonal coffee selections + Parking garage nearby if you cannot find street parking + Clean, plentiful seating + GF options Cons: - Super uncomfy wood tables and seating - Loud after 7am / maybe not the best place to work without headphones - Staff wasn't the friendliest we have encountered in our coffee quest As a table, we got all 4 seasonal offerings (Spicy Snowman, Saturday Morning Cartoons, Paddington Bear, Cozy Cottage) and they were tasty. Prices were pretty consistent with other local spots - about $7-$9 with tax and tip. 8oz single origin pour over was priced at $8. Got the hubs an americano and he raved about it (small was $4). I would like to try the frozen lattes and refresher options in warmer weather.

It's a great spot to grab a coffee/tea and relax, but it might not be the best choice for working for long periods of time. The space can get busy, and it's not as quiet as you'd want if you're trying to focus for an extended period. Also, the seating is limited in terms of outlets, so you'll need to be lucky enough to find a spot near one if you plan to charge your devices. Fun fact - every cup of coffee you order helps fund clean water wells and addresses safe water needs across the globe. It's nice to see how they use their profits to make a difference. The walls have photos of the communities your purchase could be helping, along with a map showing the areas that have benefited from their efforts. Love that! Parking: They don't have a lot, but there are a handful of spaces on the side or street parking is usually easy.
Really great spot for some light food and a coffee. Their coffee is good overall and their drinks are very consistent. Their chocolate croissant are some of the best in the area IMHO. If you come here to work, be cognizant of the time of day and else may be going on in the building. In the morning, it's crazy busy with people there and likely some sort of exercise class getting out which leads to long lines and it being loud. It's pretty tough to work from here if you have phone calls to take.. it gets loud quick as its concrete floors and nothing on the walls to catch sound. If you're just cranking out emails and other non call related work.. its great. they do have some rentable rooms you can utilize which are likely a bit more quiet.
Wish I lived closer! Had a great latte and still think about it months later... I remember that I had a John the Gardener: a lavender, basil, and strawberry latte. All I can say is wow.
What a great little breakfast spot! I came here for a quick breakfast with while in Fishers for a bachelorette party. On a Saturday morning it was busy - you can tell this is the place to be! Luckily it's spacious and the line to order moves pretty quick. I got one of the specialty drinks, the iced honeydukes latte, which is sweetened with hazelnut and brown sugar. This was so yummy, creamy, and not overly sweet. My friend got the meemaw which was also extremely delicious and is made with housemade butterscotch syrup. To eat I went with a bacon, egg. and cheese on an everything bagel. It hit the spot. No complaints here! read more

Lovely coffee shop in Fishers. The place was close to our hotel and local, so I was happy to try it vs. going to the nearby Starbucks. Super happy we did. It's obvious that these people really care about coffee and roast good beans. I got one of their summer specialty drink, Wake up San Francisco. It was a blackberry lavender Cuban. Never had a Cuban coffee drink before and honestly, I forgot what the barista told me it was, but it was pretty similar to a cortado in its milk vs. espresso ratio. The coffee was really good and I loved the combo of blackberry and lavender. It wasn't too sweet or overpowering. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. It may have been a little too loud for me to actually work at, but I was also there during peak hours. Also got a chocolate chip cookie for and was delighted to see that it was actually cookies in the back! Great value. read more
A coworker and I met up here to get some work done on a Wednesday morning and we were shook by how packed it was. We got lucky and happened to jump in line moments before the line was almost out the door. I went with their avocado toast and a seasonal lavender blackberry latte with oat milk. Both were delicious! The latte was recommended by one of their baristas and I'm so glad they told me about it. The avocado toast, while delicious, was a little difficult to eat since it's topped with arugula. I still ate every single bite. I will say that this spot wasn't the best environment to get work done. The wifi was really bad and I had to use my hotspot the entire time. It was also incredibly loud and I had to go outside to take a call. Not sure if it's because it was busy or the acoustics just amplified things or what. The restroom also didn't have any soap. On the plus side, there is a parking garage attached and it's free. Every member of their staff I came in contact with was fabulous as well. Overall, cool neighborhood coffee shop. I would return if I lived nearby. read more

My go-to coffee shop in the fishers area. Always consistent, great staff, and simply tastes amazing! They have seasonal drinks, but I especially love their iced lattes and Cuban. The cafe has plenty of room to sit, it's always clean, and well kept. read more
3 stars. Service was good this visit, but the food/drink left a lot to be desired. I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough, but it arrived on a multigrain, instead. I tried a chai latte and a Carmel Apple latte. The espresso latte was much better than the chai but neither were good enough to purchase again. The space is rather loud and not very conducive to working. Outlets are at a premium. read more
A gem in Fishers downtown which serves delicious coffee! I had my pet and the customer service was so accommodating in letting me ring my order and then served my coffee outside. I enjoyed my time outside and the customer flow was busy Saturday noon. Customers were gathered together for study groups, meetings, dates and just catch up and the whole vibe was vibrant and very interactive. Totally will check out the place again. There's street parking available and wasn't too hard to find. read more
I've been told this is a coffee person's coffee spot. Much more spacious inside than I assumed from the interior. There's a parking garage right by it, too. Interesting lattes and other drink options. Friendly service. Give it a shot. Or a doppio ;) read more
Cute place. I like the natural light from the windows and the well spaced tables so you can have a conversation without being squished next to people. There are a couple of private rooms too if you need to have a study session or meeting. I got a peppermint iced tea and a blueberry lemon scone. Both were quite good. read more
When the iced latte puts a smile on your face, you know it's good! I had the 16 oz white chocolate iced latte & it was absolutely delicious. For a busy Saturday morning, the atmosphere was comfortable & everyone was so kind. We hardly had to wait and I cannot wait to regularly visit. read more
Only location in Indiana, and a great spot for drinks and talking! Some coffee beans were over $30 for a 284g bag. But pour overs are only $5 (except one for $8). A rum espresso tonic is $5.75. Our barista was super nice and when she saw me filming her making the pour over, she explained the whole process well for me to document. All the tables were full on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone looked to be having a good time. We opted to sit outside, and the sun hit us perfectly right to keep us warm. All the drinks hit the right spot, atmosphere was great, and people were kind. All I ask for in a coffee shop! read more

Stopped by here while in the area for work. It was certainly busy on a Monday at 10 AM. Lots of people chatting, working on computers, and they also have 2 conference rooms to meet in. The staff was respectful and service was quick. They also have various merchandise for sale. I got the John the Gardener Latte, one of their spring seasonal drinks. It is fresh and light, just what I need on a weekday morning. I also got an everything bagel. It is lightly toasted but still soft, my favorite. read more
The Well is a solid place to meet friends, get some work done, or enjoy a good book! I love that they have quite a bit of seating, so you can usually find a place to sit. The only downside is that their chairs are a little uncomfy, so if you're going in for a long work sesh, be prepared! I love all of their coffee options. I usually just go with a vanilla latte, but my fiancée usually gets a Cuban. Both are great options. The actual flavor of the coffee is so good. The vibes are definitely on the moody coffee shop side, and the staff matches the energy well. You definitely feel calm and cool the whole time you're there. read more

Love, love, love The Well Coffeehouse! It is located in downtown Fishers and the parking is plentiful, whether in the parking garage or finding street parking. Inside the coffeehouse, you'll find multiple tables and a couple meeting rooms. Usually quite busy in the mornings, but getting drinks and food is fast and the employees are so kind! I recommend any of the breakfast food (breakfast sandwich for the win!) and the drinks are made right! I wasn't a huge fun of the matcha as it was a little gritty, but will keep coming back for the other drinks! read more
I ventured out to try this place and have to say pretty disappointed. I got the spicy snowman - iced with oat milk. That was pretty good. The rating mainly comes based on the food and atmosphere. I ordered the breakfast burrito and was very displeased. I'm a huge fan of breakfast burritos and while this one sounded good it lacked any flavor plus the sweet potatoes inside were cold.... My friend got the breakfast bowl and wasn't a fan either. (No picture of that though). Neither of us finished our food. Also there isn't much for comfortable seating. This place has potential but the food was lacking. If you live in the area and you want a coffee and quick place to chat then sure but not a place I'll venture out to, with living in Indy area. read more

I LOVE The Well! I love that they donate proceeds to charities globally. I enjoy the staff. Every drink I've had has been good. Every food item I've had has been good. Food is never good at coffee joints but this place is DELISH. They have great GF options as well. Even the drinks that sound weird you should try because I swear they're ALL good. For example, the Georgia On My Mind latte is a peach caramel flavor which sounds weird but IT'S AMAZING. *Noted* The chairs aren't the most comfy and it can get loud read more

My husband and I went here one morning for coffee and to do work. The space is fine but not very cozy. I hated that every time someone moved a chair on the floor it was SO loud. The table we initially sat at was wobbly so we had to move. The service wasn't very friendly but both of our drinks were good. I'd go back for the coffee but not the ambiance as it was also uncomfortably cold. read more

I am a HUGE cafe person. I love working in a bustling coffee shop with the beans grinding and people chatting in the background! I definitely felt *in my element* here. There are plenty of tables to sit and work and the WiFi is available to all guests. The WiFi was pretty slow for me but my husband didn't have any issues (and was sitting across from me). I ordered a hot matcha latte and it was delivered straight to my table. Unfortunately the drink did not taste like it had any sweetener, but the barista was super sweet about it and made me another with a few extra pumps of vanilla sweetener. There's street parking, a nearby parking garage, and a small lot across the street. read more
This is a great coffee shop that isn't well identified from the street but appears to be full of regulars. I can see why after having a cortado. It was excellent and my daughter loved her mango smoothie. The prices are fair and the service and quality are excellent. read more

Great local coffee shop My favorite is Chai Tea Latte hot , green tea matcha is great as well. several bakery items to pick from, muffins, scones, cookies. They also have a lunch menu. Great place to meet up. They also have two meeting rooms. Very friendly staff and located in the heart of Fishers close to shopping and of course the farmers market during season. read more

A good place to meet people or get a good coffee! The Cuban is my favorite as its a nice mix of bitter and sweet. I saw some gluten free muffins on the top shelf of their small counter display that looked good! It's cool that their profits go towards building wells with filtered water in developing countries, too. A nice caffeine stop in Fishers! read more
