I got the crème brûlée and Ferrero rocher crème puff and the little bao that had vanilla cream and a blueberry compote inside. My favorite was the Ube cheesecake. It was a uniquely different flavor I wasnt expecting. Not too sweet either. The bischoff caramel crepe was not a fan favorite. I dont know what I was expecting but that wasn't it. It was soggy and not pleasing to my palate or my husband's. The strawberry shortcake was okay. I dont eat a lot of strawberry shortcake so I'm not sure what I was expecting. This shortcake seemed like it had more whipped cream than anything and maybe that's how they are supposed to be....but Im not sure. The vanilla bean cheesecake was also very good. I will be going back for another slice. Not too sweet, not dry. Nice and creamy. The service was good.

Always great vibes and excellent coffee! I visit here whenever I'm nearby because their caffe latte…read moreor cappuccino is among the best in town!!! They have never let me down. The flavor of the coffee, the crema of the espresso shots, and the perfect foam of the milk--I can never complain about this place. I don't add sugar or syrup so I can taste the coffee, and it's that good!! They create beautiful latte art, and I always enjoy watching it. The food is also incredibly good, and you can't go wrong with anything. Their baked goodies are made fresh daily, and everything I've tried has been delicious. If you want to have lunch, the club wrap is so good--you must try it. The staff is always friendly and the owners are lovely people.

The shop is spacious with high ceilings, offering a comfortable mix of seating: tables for solo study or group meetups, barstools along the wall, and cozy couches for those just looking to relax and reflect. Having visited before, I'm happy to share they've remained consistent -- clean, inviting, and always backed by friendly, attentive service. Selection: Apple Cinnamon Chai Dirty (12oz, Hot with Oat Milk) -- a beautifully balanced drink where warm cinnamon and crisp apple flavors mingle with spiced chai and a smooth espresso shot. The oat milk rounds it all out for a cozy, fall-worthy cup. Though their limited store hours may be a small drawback, it's quickly overshadowed by their strong focus on quality -- in both their coffee and food offerings -- and their genuine connection with the community. A solid staple in the JAX coffee scene. MUST-TRY & REPEAT!!! .5 of 5 (4.5 of 5)

We were immediately impressed when we went in; lots of dark wood and a long bar with shelves and shelves of spirits. There were mostly bourbons and whiskeys. They even had a rolling ladder so bartenders could reach top-shelf bottles. We had about a 10 minute wait for a table on a Saturday for lunch. The time went by quickly and we were seated at a small wooden table. Our server, Erin, approached us quickly and took our drink orders. I ordered a Blue Moon and my husband had the WC Old-Fashioned. It was made with Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon and he said it was quite good. ($13). For food; I had the Rooster Royale which was a fried chicken sandwich with pickles and hot honey BBQ sauce. It was $16.50, and one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had! Even the bun was delicious! I'd planned on only eating half; but I ended up eating it all because it was so good. I also had the homemade chips which were yummy too. My husband had the Reuben which was $19. He said it was really tasty and full of meat. He commented that it didn't get "mushy" or fall apart. He had the crispy potatoes as his side and he raved about those too. We really enjoyed our meal at Whiskey Cake and would definitely return. The only drawback I can think of is that they don't seem to have very many healthy lo-cal options.

First I have to commend Christina, who was our server. A table of eight, she managed us with such grace, professionalism, and outstanding service! With a constant smile on her face, she asked us open questions and was very attentive. Not once did I have to ask for an iced tea refill because she was staying on top of it! The menu, though short with options did have a creative variety. We all tried the cinnamon roll, which I have to say was beyond, and I do mean beyond outstanding. In fact, it was the best cinnamon roll I have ever had with the toasted pecans and the sauce. WOW!! I ended up with the pancakes and eggs, and the eggs were cooked perfectly! The pancakes were were thick and had good flavor. It was a little overcooked for what I prefer, but overall, it was very good. Looking at the other options of what friends were having the food looked amazing. I am not a bacon eater, but one of our table mates had a bacon dish that she said was phenomenal. I will definitely be back

The parking right in front isn't the best but there is ample parking in the shops surrounding the business. The environment was lowkey with several patrons on laptops or catching up with friends. I had no idea what I wanted but definitely wanted to try their drinks and a biscuit. I ended up having them customize an iced caramel latte and ordering a cheddar and cheese biscuit. Everything tasted amazingggg. The biscuit was fresh and I didn't feel heavy after eating it. The latte had the perfect amount of sweetness. Both items complemented each other well and the pricing was very fair. They do sell their own coffee and it seemed like everyone had a cup. I think one of the better things about it is the drive-thru for people who don't want to get out the car. I am confident enough to use the drive-thru now that I have a go-to order. I rate this place a 10/10 and I will definitely be back to try some of the pastries and different coffee flavors.
