No big deal but I really have the app and usually I use my benefits of my points and usually the cup will be for free but next thing you know it, they charge me for a cup all of a sudden like, what kind of logical sense is that if y'all pass me the cup only once in a while a lifetime and start over charging and as well for two cousin came in one time start overcharging them for readily a bottle of water highly best not recommended. Trust me as I say that.

I have ordered the salmon burger deluxe numerous times it also comes with fries, onion rings or sweet potato fries. It is a great size and the burger is always soft, moist and tasty. I usually add cheese if you do not specifically tell them what kind they give you American but they do offer a few other choices. I've also ordered chicken fingers and fries and for the cost it's a great amount of food. The children's portions seem to be the same as the adults honestly not a bad thing at all I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt and they put onions and peppers inside which is not the way my mother prefers it so she wouldn't order it again. Every time I I call to place an order they are very nice take the order well and I haven't had an issues. They always ask if you would like to add a drink before they hang up which to me is great customer service!

The last time I was there, I ordered an onion bagel and pointed to the one I wanted because it was so huge and they pick a different one instead, it felt almost deliberate. Because again, the person taking the order is not preparing your food for you. So requests get ignored. I also asked for them to toast and butter the bagel and neither were done. 1 time I got a whole pack of bacon on my BLT, chopped up tomato's with extra mayo like I enjoy, the next time I get 2 slivers of bacon and a whole entire tomato. It's never consistent and nobody cares. I watched the same girl who has a bad attitude get berated by one of the owners because she doesn't know that there is a difference between half and half and milk and she's charging for the more expensive. I'd say it's steadily improved over the years i've been going there. They've gotten more efficient and the line moves a lot faster than it did when i first started coming many years ago. Also the Fish and Akee patties are my 2 favorite. I really like the tasty healthy options and i end up passing them a lot on my way to brooklyn or queens since they are right by where the cross island, belt and souther state parkways all intersect. Definitely have to check it out. The ambiance is very peaceful although its mostly a take out spot there are a couple chairs and 1 table for the few times i've had to sit for a sec to send and email while waiting for my smoothie. All around i really rate this place highly and look forward to continuing to be a customer for years to come. Oh and they also have seamoss gel for your smoothies at home.

We were each holding drinks that we had just purchased from the neighboring store and planned to buy cookies to pair with them for the drive back. We weren't drinking them inside, weren't planning to eat inside, and the store doesn't even have seating or a dining area. Before we could even order, an employee stopped us and said, "No outside food allowed." I explained that they were just drinks we were holding and that we weren't consuming them. His response? "It's a kosher rule." I asked, "So how are we supposed to buy cookies then?" He simply shrugged. That was it. No attempt to explain, no alternative, no customer service whatsoever. I've never experienced being turned away from a grab-and-go cookie shop simply because I was holding a drink purchased next door. If this is truly store policy, it's incredibly unfriendly and makes no sense from a customer's perspective. If it was a kosher policy, a respectful explanation would have gone a long way instead of a dismissive shrug. Needless to say, we left without buying anything. They lost a sale and, more importantly, a potential repeat customer. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.
