The quality of beverages, cleanliness, and customer service at this Starbucks are great and what you would expect. However, you do not want to pick here for a place to work. - There are only a few outlets here. Although there are several small tables with two chairs apiece against the longest wall, none of those have electrical outlets for charging your laptop. The small seating area with larger chairs has outlets, but there are no tables on which to work. - There are floor to ceiling windows on the longest wall and the sun directly beams (brightly) in most of the day. This is not normally an issue at Starbucks because there are usually blinds that can be lowered to make it less bright. However, this Starbucks does not have blinds for any of the windows. - The acoustics at this Starbucks are are such that noise magnifies and echoes more than in most coffee shops. Clanking, blender noise, and dialogue between baristas is heard by everyone, even through ear buds. - The sectioned-off room (which takes up at least a third of the floor space) can be occupied by reservation only. So even if it's empty, customers may not use that quieter area and table (or presumably electrical outlets) without reserving it at least 48-hours in advance. - This Starbucks has been packed both times we have been here. The first time we thought was a fluke and that it was just oddly busy during the evening. But today when we gave it another chance, it was the same way throughout the day. Each time a table with an outlet opened, someone was ready to pounce on the spot. The amount of seating and electrical outlets are insufficient for this high of volume location. Issues at this Starbucks could possibly be improved if this store expanded and took over the empty space next door to provide more seating and areas further from the front counter. read more

While I was patiently waiting in front of the register for the barista to greet me and take my order, a girl walked up from behind me and proceeded to order with the barista who had just arrived as if I wasn't right there. Rightfully, the barista turned to me to take my order. Thinking this was a teaching moment, I spoke to the girl in a level voice and asked her if she saw me waiting in line, and advised her to wait for her turn. I placed my order for a cappuccino, and then sat down so the girl could place her order. All well and good. Until the barista, who was the same gender and ethnicity as the girl, proceeded to make the girl's order and deliver it to her first, and offer her words of comfort. So much for the teaching moment. I would give 5 stars because I love Starbucks and most of the crew were great. They were really swamped and backed up with orders. It was a 35 minute wait for anything. I was okay with it. I was going to be there for a minute. My problem isn't the wait, it's how some of the staff handled it. I won't go into that. I want to highlight Ashton. Finally got a chance to try it today after watching it build over the past couple of months. I was so excited considering that this would be the only Starbucks in my area, and I was so tired of driving 20 minutes for it down in Eagles Landing lol. First of all, great location!! It's on a busy street and is visual for all the different visitors of Tara Blvd. Beautiful setup; it is so modern and simplistic. Service was awesome!! I felt very welcomed and every small interaction had its own sweet gestures. It was packed when we came in, but they managed to clear it out FAST! With a smile on their face. And my drink tasted like it was made with love!! Props to them for that. I'll definitely be back. read more

I always have to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive-through there in store isn't even open. Which I understand because the current situation with COVID-19 but you can't even pre-order and come pick it up so you don't have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through. This morning I went and ordered my coffee and my breakfast sandwich my breakfast sandwich is freezing cold even though I asked for it to be warmed up my coffee did not have almond milk in it did not have sweetener in it and the coffee taste like it was from four days ago. On top of that I was told that my total was only six dollars and change and when I go to the window it miraculously turned eight dollars and change. This Starbucks is not worth your time! read more

2nd time complaining reviewing but not the first experiencing a service failure. I come into your location on a regular basis (regular enough to be recognized). I've only complained once regarding what I saw as a service failure. Today I've been at your location since about 1100 am or so. I ordered a venti Americano. At 1:46pm I ordered a refill. It is now 2:47 pm and I still have yet to receive my refill and watched no less than 15 people who have come after me receive their drinks/orders. It is not super busy and the drink I ordered is rather simple. I have not brought it to anyone's attention because I wanted to see exactly how long it takes for someone to notice me not receiving my drink. My wife is sitting here infuriated because she too has experienced service failures and has begun to think this is personal. I get that you guys have a lot going on and mistakes happen. However, having been a restaurant manager with TGI Fridays, Applebee's, and owning my own place, this would be unacceptable after the first occurrence. I am seriously thinking of no longer frequenting your location. At times the attitudes and service failures make it not worth it. At one point we couldn't wait for this location to open because it's close to home and the first few weeks we felt so comfortable. That has faded quickly. I'm not sure what I even want anymore, but I did want to bring this to your attention. This is unacceptable..Starbucks is such an expensive coffee shop for they to be messing with people's coffee. And this is not the 1st time that it happened. So today July 14 I order an tall White Chocolate Mocha through the app. I get there and a rude attendant handles me my coffee with an attitude because I asked for a coffee stop. I get to my car and get ready to go by my day. And when I try my coffee it tasted awful!! It was an off taste like nothing I had tasted before. Definitely not the White Chocolate Mocha I order for sure! So I had to go back and complain about it. The attendant was rude ( again) and asking me what was so wrong with my coffee!! So when she asked me if I wanted them to remake it for me I was done with it and I said no and requested a refund. She agreed to refund, but when she did it she did it to the Starbucks card ( which was not the original method of payment) and when I told her she told me that is nothing she could do about it. I felt really disappointed with her customer service! All this made me late for work and most definitely I will limite my Starbucks visit and probably stop going to this store at all! However after i got my drink and arrived at my workplace I realized she didnt use my star but charged me. Why cant she do the job right???? I usually don't complain but this is the slowest Starbucks ever. I never waited 26 minutes in line before. Don't come here in the mornings you will be late for work or where ever your headed. The drive-thru cashiers don't pay close enough attention to the orders while they're taking them. A third of the time, they don't get my order correct. Generally, the customer service skills of the entire staff are up to Starbucks' standards... But 1/3 of the staff needs to be thrown away completely. They're bringing down the brand. read more

I understand how COVID has a lot of businesses working in very different ways. This particular Starbucks is usually busy and in lieu of the drive through I decided to use their alleged mobile pickup parking spots after already paying and confirming my order. I waited for 15 min after that I gave them a call. When I asked about their mobile pickup they said they weren't using it. My problem is if you're busy then give patrons the option of mobile pickup or at least open the store to customers who have proper PPE. There are different solutions to different problems and this Starbucks only has one solution. read more
