They always have my order right and move the line pretty fast. The line is usually long in the mornings between 7-9am. The only thing i dot like is where the store is located. the line can sometimes interfere with traffic in the plaza. I come here often as it's very close to my house but this is just the worst Starbucks! Idk what the problem is but they have new staff all the time and none of them can make a coffee. I ordered a latte, light milk, extra ice with cold foam. Keep in mind cold foam is 2$ extra. Where is the cold foam? And it's so milky! It tastes gross. Well even though this was a nice small Starbucks near the middle school where my daughter was playing in a school basketball game, I did not have the best experience. I waited in line to order and when I got to the front I ordered a hot dark roast coffee. For some reason this seem to be difficult to make an after 10 minutes, I finally got the coffee and it tasted rather awful. I said something and the manager immediately made it right. He made a new coffee for me. And he gave me a real card to use on my next visit. I said I don't live in the area so he gave me a physical card and that was very very nice of him. I hadn't been in this store in a while -- maybe six months? I went in this morning and was surprised to find no sweeteners out on the counter, no cream, no milk, etc. I had to ask the barista to add those items. Is that normal? I asked her and she said it's been that way since pre-covid. I'm not a big Starbucks fan but I've been to 20 of them around the country and haven't seen this set-up since the height of covid. This Starbucks has been very hit or miss with their coffee and service recently. Last week I went in, ordered at the counter, and stood at the pick up waiting. After a few minutes I realized that the baristas seemed to be cleaning up but no one was making coffee. I waited a little longer until it was obvious that no one was working on my order. So I brought it to the nearest baristas attention, she apologized, stopped what she was doing to make it which I appreciated but still I'm not sure how it was over looked. My next visit I placed a mobil order when I went to pick it up it wasnt ready but it tasted like bliss in a cup so I didn't mind waiting. This is a pleasant little store, staffed by pleasant people. The lady who served us was about the happiest senior I have ever met. The coffee was good in that very Starbucks way. It's Goldilocks coffee; never brilliant, never poor...but nearly always, just right. I also ordered a slice of lemon pound cake. Normally this is a hit and miss affair. Staff is great-- always friendly and professional. Coffee is standard Starbucks experience. However, between 4-5 pm on school days there is a major super spreader event going on outside on the patio (the only place open to sit during the pandemic understandably). Dozens and dozens of unmasked middle schoolers descend upon the patio and hang out until their parents pick them up. I feel awful for the staff. This is a we'll run, albeit small Starbucks the outside seating is OK but WiFi is a little weak. The staff is above average, fast and friendly. I enjoy kicking back for a few but it does not lend itself to working or Camping which is a good thing since it is always easy to get a table or seat. I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years. I've been getting more and more disappointed by the lack of training that the new staff and employees have. I tend to order my drinks on the mobile app. When ordering my drinks on the app, I make sure to specify how I want my drink to be made. At this specific starbucks, the employees must not know how to read ingredients considering they constantly make my drink wrong, day after day. What is the point of ordering a mobile order, expecting it to be ready, when I have to wait for my drink every day because they can't make it correct the first time. Even though now most restaurants are now allowing customers inside, Starbucks still is not. They want you to order your coffee and wait for it out on the sidewalk. No one goes to Starbucks for the quality of the coffee. The only reason Starbucks still exists is it generally has a nice atmosphere to sit in while you're waiting. This location seems a little small and loud on the inside but there is plenty of outdoor seating - picnic tables with umbrellas and lounge couches with the older set sitting there in the morning, usually a dog or two. The service and food/drink quality have been fine but I have frequented the other Starbucks in town more often - this is just one that I walk by often. read more

Love love love this Starbucks ! The employees are over the top nice! They are like family. And the people in this area also tend to be super nice and friendly. Very kid friendly starbucks. I was there with my 6 month old and had a blast hanging out. Would have gave it 5 stars, BUT the inly down side is that this starbucks doesn't have a drive through :( Sad face. This is an awesome Starbucks! The staff are so friendly and recognize you and remember what you usually order. There is beautiful seating outside with a view of palm trees, the distant forest, and Caribbean architecture. I love to sit out there. The people who come are upmarket. The best thing is that smoking is now not allowed outside and I LOVE THAT! This makes me choose this coffee shop over all others because you can enjoy the outdoors without getting lung cancer! Great place with nice, comfy outdoor seating options. The staff is all really nice, except one guy who frankly should be fired unless he can learn to literally hide his contempt for customers. I had two unpleasant experiences of rudeness with him, and also witnessed a guy almost come to blows because the staffer was so rude. But the rest of the staff is lovely. read more
