I had to come in because my home wifi was out. The store was clean and I was asked if I wanted my food on a reusable plate. Since I was not sure how long I was staying, I declined, but it was a nice touch. All the staff members are very helpful and nice. They periodically checked in on me to see if I needed anything. It was not the best place to take conference calls because of the noise, but that is not their fault. My egg bites were amazing as always and the potato chive bake was a nice addition. read more

I just got kicked out for asking for a water and sitting down when they said no, despite being a recurring customer. I'm not paying 8 whole dollars for something that tastes bad and that takes about 3 sips to finish. 1 sip = 2 dollars now I guess, good job Starbucks! Employees are always super nice here, and if you're a regular they'll learn your name :) The building is brand new and super clean. Only 3 cushiony chairs, but also have 4-4 seater tables and a long tall table to do work. They have a drive thru, but during rush hour it can get long. First I will say the staff here is very kind and efficient, however, the White Choc Mocha decaf I've gotten there for years was great until a few months ago. I travel all over the US pre-COVID, and this drink taste the same except on RARE occasions and SB is always willing to re-make it. I just don't know why this drink no longer taste the same at this location. I thought it was my taste buds the last 4x's, but I went to another SB in KC and the flavor I'm used to tasting was like old times...yum.
