I had to come in because my home wifi was out. The store was clean and I was asked if I wanted my food on a reusable plate. Since I was not sure how long I was staying, I declined, but it was a nice touch. All the staff members are very helpful and nice. They periodically checked in on me to see if I needed anything. I just got kicked out for asking for a water and sitting down when they said no, despite being a recurring customer. I'm not paying 8 whole dollars for something that tastes bad and that takes about 3 sips to finish. 1 sip = 2 dollars now I guess, good job Starbucks! Employees are always super nice here, and if you're a regular they'll learn your name :) The building is brand new and super clean. Only 3 cushiony chairs, but also have 4-4 seater tables and a long tall table to do work. They have a drive thru, but during rush hour it can get long. First I will say the staff here is very kind and efficient, however, the White Choc Mocha decaf I've gotten there for years was great until a few months ago. I travel all over the US pre-COVID, and this drink taste the same except on RARE occasions and SB is always willing to re-make it. I just don't know why this drink no longer taste the same at this location. I thought it was my taste buds the last 4x's, but I went to another SB in KC and the flavor I'm used to tasting was like old times...yum.
