The drinks taste great. The kids do a good job with taking the orders. My last 3 trips, my drinks have been watery. I love a frozen drink, but do not love a half frozen drink. What a better excuse than your girls treating you to an afternoon coffee run! It was me, my oldest, and her best friend. They were looking to try the Brunette Mocha they saw on TikTok, so cool mom took them. I'm not an iced coffee person, but they insisted, and I got a Funnel Cake Macchiato -- it was sooooo yummy! Not gonna lie, I might come back for another. We also tried the Brunette Mocha (their TikTok find), and the chocolaty flavor was on point. That one was a bit sweeter than I like, but definitely a tasty treat! And the Brewberry -- the strawberry and raspberry work great together. The drive-thru line wasn't crazy. The girl who took our order was super sweet and friendly! The drinks were made quickly, and I loved that they took the time to clean out the cups before handing them to us. I loved that detail! I have driven by this place several times and finally decided to give it a go. Man am I glad I did. So the line of cars always makes it look like the car wash on the first sunny day after storms. Do not let that scare you. The order takers come out to your car in the line. they take your order and when you get to the front of the line, it is ready to go. I ordered a Smooth 7 which has Irish Cream. the best thing I liked was I could declare level of sweetness. I went 1/2 sweet. The coffee was full bodied and worked well with the drink. I always hate when the flavorings completely drown out the coffee, these did not. The price was also not bad either. I think I have found my new favorite coffee shack. I'll be back... I always enjoy my energy drinks here and the baristas are so knowledgeable about the menu it makes it really fun to try new drinks every weekend! however, occasionally we get a disgruntled employee, who really brings the vibe down when waiting for drinks. Whether it be a miscommunication with coworkers or just genuine mistakes any time there seems to be an internal issue between the team it's carried itself out to the customer and some of the conversations being had while in customer presence are not always friendly or appropriate. i like my drinks, just wish for better service at this location. read more

Dear 7 Brew; thank you for adding another corporate coffee drive thru to our caffeine desert here in the neighborhood. It's so reassuring that I don't have to drive 1 block for SBucks, 2 blocks for Scooters, 5 blocks to Dunkin or just cross the street to QT for my coffee fix. With all sarcasm aside, my 7 Brew experience on opening day was positive. The wait time was minimal - especially when compared to my Dutch Brothers experience last week. The drive thru assistant that was working my lane was friendly and actually chatted for a bit while still maintaining efficiency. Ralphie loves good customer service! My large "Smooth 7" a white chocolate & Irish Cream breve was huge and priced appropriately for the size. Since I can't support an independent coffee shop in the neighborhood, 7 Brew will probably be my espresso go-to when I need something "right now" or on the way to work. read more

This is the newest 7 Brew in the Metro. This one is right near my office. It was busy and efficient. What I like about 7Brew is the size of their beverages. My go to is a large Iced Latte with an extra shot of espresso made with Oat Milk, and sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon flavor. This 7 Brew has 3 lanes, and two were in use and in both lines there 3 cars ahead of me and one behind me. The baristas were busy and so were the order takers. Always friendly and efficient. I tried their cold brew with a peppermint, cold foam. It was actually just cold foam with peppermint sprinkles on top. I would say that seven brew coffee is priced better than the other competition in the area. I felt that I got what I paid for as far as the size of the drink and I was not overcharged. Looking to spend a 7 Brew gift card received for Christmas we decided to make the drive to the closest location which isn't close. No one's fault, it's just another cruise @ 14 miles. We found the drive-thru experience unique and fun. The person taking orders was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. There were two additional people outside that chatted with us while the drinks were made and brought out. Again, friendly, helpful, and pleasant service. My wife had a hot cinnamon roll breve and thoroughly enjoyed it. I explained I was a Starbucks junkie and my preferences were quickly and easily integrated into a hot SF vanilla latte. It was good though next time I'll order it extra sweet. Both drinks were large (20 oz) and pricing was less than what I would expect to pay at the competition. Deficits include the online menu which has to be downloaded and I found a tad difficult to navigate. Soy milk is not an option nor is ristretto espresso. Lastly, there is no menu board which would be quite helpful as would an app. Neither drink was hot. More like warm. If I find myself in close proximity I would not hesitate to stop at or recommend a 7 Brew. There are definitely upsides. read more

While we were in Kansas City for some R&R, we stopped by the 7Brew there and met the staff, while we picked up a couple of drinks to take back to our hotel room for the evening. We decided we would test them out with my husband's standard of sweet tea, extra sweet, and one of my creations, which was a 7Fizz with mango/cupcake/white chocolate and cherry. I call it my mango cup cake with frosting and a cherry on top. They got the husband's tea made correctly, and my drink was made correctly as well. But when we were describing it to the staffer, I said with a cherry on top at the end, and she said," I am sorry we don't have cherries." I told her, " No, it means cherry syrup included in the fizz." Then she had the ah moment and realized what we were saying. We all git a good giggle out of it. The location took us a bit to find, as it was getting dark, but we made it to 7Brew and back to the hotel in the dark. read more

I normally have a really great experience and great drinks but every so often I get a not so wonderful one, today was not one of them my mom and I went through the drive through and ordered 5 drinks totaling just over 41 dollars after tip 50 which is whatever. the first girl was super sweet and had gorgeous nails (we love this girl I've seen her a couple of times she's great) then we pulled into lane two and that girl was very short and acted bothered to literally hand us our drinks one of our drinks came out messed up out the gate no problem it had a couple of modifications they got it fixed we drove off. my mom and I had realized that our drinks were wrong we came back around because they weren't good and we paid a decent amount of money, again pretty girl was super sweet and asked us to swap them out at lane two and again the girl had a bad attitude didn't say a single word did the whole eye roll bit then ran off the the brew station and with my window still open she loudly made a couple of rude comments about us asking to get our drinks remade. homegirl needs to get a grip you're in food service you can't give horrible service and wrong orders twice. read more

First off the staff at 7 brew coffee was amazing and so incredibly nice. I went during the free coffee time and ordered a blonde. The worker asked if he could customize it, so I said yes. It came out with cold foam and pumpkin flavoring it was so good but man it was very very sweet. Overall I would definitely give this place a try the atmosphere is so fun as there is music playing while you're in the drive thru. It's a must try if you are a coffee lover! read more
