Then as we were putting our coats on and cleaning up our table to leave, he turned the lights off on us and left us in the dark, even though there were still employees there behind the counter working. When we said, 'We're putting our coats on, you don't have to turn the lights off on us, that's really uncalled for,' he responded curtly with, 'I already told you to leave,' followed by a cold look. He treated us in about the most unfriendly, unprofessional, harsh way you could treat polite customers who frequent here. There is a right way and a wrong way to go about letting customers know the establishment is closed and they would like you to leave. Especially after we spent $18 on 3 drinks (one was a small toddler drink). This was the very wrong, rude, unprofessional way to go about it. He was very cold and short in the manner he spoke to us and treated us, even in looks he was giving us. It was like he was taking his bad day out on us or something. If you're going to work in customer service, especially at a manager level, this is completely unacceptable, inappropriate, unprofessional behavior and a very rude way to treat loyal customers. We will never come back here because of his behavior, and we'll find another place to meet and have coffee with our friends. There are plenty of coffee shops where managers don't treat their customers this poorly.

I was a barista for 13 years, I have a lot of experience with coffee and even when making an espresso drink- you do not hand out hot coffee in an iced cup. I just asked for a cup of ice to pour it over, done being here. Tastes like trash, no flavor at all. Even my 11 year old son said "that looks nothing like what you order mom" I coulda bought a glass Starbucks drink in the gas station and poured it over ice and it would taste better then what I just got served. Not only do they always have some amazing seasonal drinks that they rotate out, but their normal drinks are also amazing! They roast their own coffee in house, sometimes you can see them roasting in the window as you grab your drink. Every single person that works in here is sweet as can be, but Theo has to be one of my favorites! He is always in such a positive mood if I come by in the mornings and it always puts a smile on my face when hes in the window. The owners are also extremely kind, and I always enjoy their happy vibes when I come by before work. My favorite drinks have to be their seasonal christmas cookie latte, the orange cardamom latte, and the Fresh Thai Tea with some espresso added!
