Like all Starbucks this place was clean. Staff was great and friendly and efficient . Was early on a rainy day and I went in to get a vanilla ice coffee and a PSL and lemon cake and brownie.. All the bake goods were wonderful and tasted fresh and hit the spot.. Took a star off for the drinks. For starters I got 2 PSL.. Since one was made and the. They made a second one since the cashier had to redo my order since he didn't take off the free drink. So got 2 yeah.... But the vanilla ice coffee was never made so I stood there waiting.. They finally asked and it was made. Took it back to the hotel.. And it was an ice coffee but no vanilla. Sad.. read more

You get your drink fairly quickly, but it will only be half full. I don't know if Starbucks Corporate no longer does training, or if this location is trying to cut costs, but if I order a 12oz. Mocha, I get 6 oz. liquid and 4 inches of foam--same with the 16 oz. cup. It will only be half full after you wade through all the foam. It is consistent, so I think they must be training that way. I always saw trained Starbucks baristas in the early days using a big spoon to hold back foam when pouring the hot milk into a cup. $4.50 to $5.50 really is ridiculous for a cup of coffee... but for 6 to 8 oz of liquid, I especially feel ripped off! read more

My favorite location in this city. The customer service is like no other. The morning crew is phenomenal. The managers made the morning rush look like a breeze. All the baristas knew the regulars which makes the customer experience awesome especially on your way to work. Mobile app ordering was perfect at this location. 9/10 your order was ready and waiting once you arrive or just made as soon as you walk in the door. This location needs to get rid of 90% of the current staff and start over again. They are slow, unorganized and don't seem to care. Most don't even know typical coffee lingo. I asked for a tall red eye (small brewed coffee w/one shot of espresso) and one of the "baristas" looked at me crazy and said, "You want what? I dont think we have those." Going inside takes way longer than waiting in a 6-7 car line at the drive thru. It's mainly the morning and early afternoon crew. Come here all the time. Always great drink and some nice people usually. I walked in this morning. Rolled out of bed to get some coffee after a long night with my kids and early morning. The line was long as usual outside so I decided to come in with my crocs, sweats on and my hair not "to the staffs liking" I get my coffee and walk out as I'm walking out the dude in the back yells out by have a good day wash your hair and brush your hair do something" with all the girls laughing in the back. I ordered 1 grande mocha frappe. It was the worst one I have ever gotten. However, I returned to this specific location cause it was the best one I had ever had in the past. I think the main problem was they didn't blend it long enough. I'm not even sure they blended it at all. There was a big chunk if crushed ice in middle. The ice bits where a bit to big for my liking. It was really strong at first and then became like drinking watered down milk. read more

I have to return my drink more often than not. 8 dollar drink. Figure out your ratios for espresso shots. If my shots are spread across 40oz; you're doing it wrong. I'm only asking for twenty.. I can tell by the first sip if it's wrong. Tasting mostly sweet for a triple shot; that's a no go. It should be dark and dank. The staff are respectful enough about it. I just don't have any more time for rookie mistakes. This location is good if you just want something straight off the menu without any complicated modifications. Asking me how to make a drink is a deal breaker. Call Seattle and ask them how.. Visit the Copperas Cove location if you want consistent service and a solid drink. read more

This is the MOST patriotic Starbucks I have ever been to complete with Old Glory posted up and a lot of photos of men in uniform around the store. I suppose it's fitting since it's ON FORT HOOD STREET. I drive out of my way to come to this location because ALL of the baristas are incredibly friendly. They actually delivered things to me as I was seated, seemed genuine in their customer service, and serve up the usual fare with ease. The store itself has a below average amount of seats but I like the layout and there are enough plugs for folks who need to utilize technology. Plus the seating is conducive for business meetings or working on your laptop. read more

So far, all my orders have been totally right, and I always get my shit fast. The people are really nice, and it's always been a great experience for me. I literally had to have a venti iced while chocolate mocha non fat no whip (total basic white girl drink) everyday. Not only was this addiction quite embarrassing, it was hurting my bank account, lol. I've decided to take the time while I'm on my stress free European vacay to take time to encourage my neighbors to do as I have chosen, go to Starbucks in Harker Heights (my first option if I want to enjoy my coffee, but further from my home) or Trimmier Starbucks (they are working hard to get it right, but still not the closest to my home). Went there this morning. Great customer service from the drive thru lady on the speaker and the fine gentleman at the window. I'm a fan of their sugar cookies especially the snowman holiday one, was hoping they still had some at this location unfortunately not. But the lady gave me options so I tried the confetti cookie.
