Nice spacious Starbucks. The windows are very large so this store gets a lot of natural light when it's sunny out. It's nice to hang out and sit for a bit if you have the time. I ordered a decaf coffee and it came out pretty quickly. My cashier was very cordial as well. The WiFi seems to work fine too if you need to use it! There is a bathroom here but you will need to grab a code from the front. read more

Five stars because they're open at 4:30 am. Yes, that's insanely early but I do tend to wake up that early and I'm looking for coffee plus a place to sit with my laptop. On top of their super convenient hours, they don't mind people sitting here for a while with laptops. And I was here for a couple of hours until a #LocalCoffee shop opened. The location is convenient on a busy corner and I had no problem backing the Sprinter van into a parking space. Clean, relatively quiet (chairs scrape on the tile floor!) and my tall blonde roast was as I ordered it. I'd hang out here again if I can't find a #LocalCoffee shop open. Came through drive thru for my PSL. Drive thru went fast. Staff was friendly and got my order right although I asked for extra hot and it wasn't anymore hot than it typically is. This location always seems to run out of key ingredients...and when they do have it, they will mess up the order and be a little patronizing when you notice it. For example, you can see from my picture what I ordered and how I ordered it, then how I received it. I held it up to my lamp for better viewing. I made sure to include the label as well. When I said "I'm sorry - but I asked for light ice" , it was replied to me "oh, that's not light enough for you?" Not wanting confrontation or further discussion, I said "ok, it's fine" (though it's not fine - this is definitely not 'light ice'). I love the service here I work at Walmart and always come to get a drink and sometimes food specifically a ham and Swiss croissant or plain bagel with butter. Would suggest the pad use drink blended or the mocha cookie crumble with white mocha instead of regular mocha lol sorry baristas I know is complicated but is always good. After the car infront of received their order we pulled up to the window where the friendly barista greeted us, verified I had placed the mobile order for Nancee and then handed out our two drinks. I have been to several Starbucks over the years. Cannot even count how many. This location took the crown. By far the best Starbucks I have been to. What makes this above the rest. Two words; Customer Service. I met a friend who was in town from Israel who I have known since Kindergarten. We have not seen each other in 20+ years. We met at Starbucks and we were so excited to see each other. The staff noticed it was something special. We told them our story and they were very surprised and happy we were at their location. As they rang up our order, they charged us more then what they should and said we are so sorry. I said it's ok. They then apologized and paid for our drinks. I said it's fine, but, they insisted. We received our drinks and my friend and I talked for almost two hours. As we were leaving, we asked the staff if they could take our picture. They obliged and as we were leaving, they all waved to us goodbye and thanked us for coming in. It was a really nice time at Starbucks catching up with a dear friend. I ordered a drink, trying so hard to hear the response of the worker through the speaker, I then ordered a cake pop.... I politely asked "can you please speak up or turn up the volume?" And the worker responded back (VERY LOUDLY) with "WE HAVE ONE MORE CAKE POP AND IT COULD BE YOURS FOR $2.99!" It was extremely rude and sarcastic. I love this location! There is always a smiling face with the busy busy baristas. This location no matter how busy they are, and believe you me they are ALWAYS BUSY, clean. My order is never wrong and consistently great. Understand when visiting this store they are servicing a high level of tourism so patience is a necessity. read more

I would've given the Starbucks location a five originally because it's the closest Starbucks location to me that is not inside of a target and of course sometimes you really want to take advantage of the drive-thru option. However, this location is a madhouse in the mornings and especially the weekends so I don't generally go here. I give this four stars because from the amount of times I have visited this location, the employees have always been very kind and professional. There was even one time where I placed a mobile pick up order but accidentally got the location wrong and when I got there one of the employees who I actually think may have been part of the management team was so kind enough to inform me that I got the wrong location and even explained it to me that on the weekend they don't offer mobile pick up because it just gets too crazy. Without even asking for proof of my mobile order which I had the receipt readily available on my phone in my hand, he simply asked me what I ordered and made it for me. Honestly if this was built at a better location, i'd easily give it a five stars. We all know that Starbucks regardless of where you go it's going to be a madhouse but where they decided to build this particular Starbucks honestly was a terrible idea. I think in my opinion, it's really more so because of how they have the parking and drive through surrounding the building and it's also right near a major road and literally next to a Walmart and if we are honest with each other we know how ridiculous Walmart is. read more

While our coffee was okay, unfortunately the bacon Gouda sandwich was not. I've had this sandwich before in the past and it may be a change to the way Starbucks is making it over all but the egg in my sandwich was powdery and chalky. I'm guessing they may have used dehydrated egg to make the egg portion but unfortunately it did not resemble real egg what so ever. Our cappuccinos came out tasting okay, but not as great as our local Starbucks. Service was very fast and friendly though! read more

This location is a very busy Starbucks. The service was excellent and friendly but there isn't enough staff to meet demand. Wi-Fi never works for some reason which was the main reason I stopped in. I have used Starbucks for many years, and I have never seen one this dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The floors were full of debris, the counters were very spotted and had debris, and even the bathroom was grubby. It was like a dive. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee, and when I was reaching for it, the girl grabbed it back and wanted to know if I was really June. That has never happened to me at a Starbucks or anywhere ever before. I think the health department should pay them a visit.
