When entering, there was plenty of tables and counter seating for its customers and the interior was well-lit with natural lighting coming from the windows. I placed an order for 2 drinks, but when I got to the pick-up window, one barista was making 1 drink and the other drink was actually sitting near another barista. When the 2nd drink was made and the barista called out my name, I would hope that the other barista (with the finished) drink would notice that it was the same person, same order, and that my drink was also ready. I actually had to approach that other barista to ask if that prepared drink was mine. Very interesting... and the second barista was not friendly at all. The parking lot for this Starbucks (or this plaza, in general) is very interesting. There are a few parking spots directly in front of the door, and then there are quite busy traffic lanes to cross before there's more parking in the lot. It is situated right next to a very busy Chick-Fil-A as well. Overall, the drinks tasted great. I would come back if I am in the area. read more

It's giving "campfire" the way a candle named Bonfire Nights smells like vanilla. You had me at S'mores. You lost me somewhere between the marshmallow dreams and the first sip. The cold brew itself? Solid. The foam? Fluffy. The chocolate? Doing the heavy lifting. But where was the graham cracker? Where was the campfire? Where was the tiny woodland creature handing me a toasted marshmallow on a stick? This tastes less like "Let's make s'mores." ...and more like "Someone described s'mores over the phone." First - a question: So one thing I don't understand is why if I order a drink at the drive through it's available immediately but if I order it thru the app, I need to wait 5-11 minutes- am not notified that my drink is ready so by the time those 11 minutes have passed, my drink is getting watered down. That's just a general Starbucks question and I've asked other customers and they all said they've wondered the same thing. I mean, are we allowed to order a drink for immediate pickup? Now, the review. The girl who gave me my app order tonight, Saturday June 6, was incredibly rude & management should reconsider her scheduling- perhaps she was tired? Perhaps she's not properly trained? Maybe she needs to be reintroduced to basic physics when handing off an unbalanced drink carrier DOWN to a car. Maybe she should be taught that's it's rude to try to impatiently hand off bags of food while the driver / CUSTOMER is still trying to balance the drinks she was just given- and maybe acknowledge the social cue when the driver starts cussing cuz the drinks are spilling. And be taught not to get snarky or respond with an attitude when the CUSTOMER asks for napkins to clean up the spilled drink the server is pretending not to notice. The napkins that should have been included with the order in the first place but were not. This is why I'm so glad that tipping is optional on the app cuz I think this unprofessional phony owes me money for the amount of drink that spilled. And this is also why I'm angry that I didn't catch this unprofessional child's name before I drove away. Starbucks is not franchised so I know it won't matter much to this female's boss. This combination drive-thru/cafe is kind of hard to park at and could be difficult to manueuver just driving into the driveway. I felt the inside was rather tight and looking older than others I've been to. Service is average speed and nice cashiers. I passed to the drive-through at 2:30 pm I got a strawberry açai blended and when I asked the lady she gave me a strawberry açai regular and I asked her she could remake again and I believe she gave me the same one and was all watery. I don't believe they give me that drink and then I got a small strawberry açai and where where's the strawberries and they forgot my lemonade. I asked for lemonade. This Starbucks is fairly new and moves surprisingly fast. It is located in a very congested parking lot and the entrance to the drive thru can be tricky, so can finding a parking spot. I've been inside and through the drive thru several times and have always had a good experience. I'm an "order ahead" type of person, so I usually just pop in and grab my drink and then can sit outside in their little patio. Overall a decent Starbucks location. read more

I haven't received any cute notes or anything on my matcha drinks, but I love it when they get my name right. The drink usually does come out exactly how I want it to/expect it to taste. I used to despise Starbucks, since it does come off a little snobby sometimes. But, I think it's still the coffee standard, and I'd rather come here than Dunkin' or Dutch Bros. not only because it's the closest, but because of the quality and speed. It makes you feel nostalgic whenever I step into a Starbucks cafe because it reminds me of childhood. Anyway, I'm happy to drink my matchas here. I absolutely LOVE this location. Whenever I see Alora or JBelle I know the service will be great and the crew will be in a good mood. I have 2 locations that are closer to me but I always go out of my way to go to this location. My drink is always perfect and when I walk in my mobile order is normally waiting for me. I have never been inside this location but I have had a great experience the two times I have been in the drive thru. This isn't the Starbucks closest to my house so I tend to only come to this location when I also want breakfast from Chick-fil-a. The lines from this drive thru & Chick Fila can make it difficult to get through the shopping center. This location is next door to Panera and a Pick up Stix. While there's plenty of nearby parking, the car traffic can be busy as you cross the parking lot from your car to the store. The inside isn't the largest Starbucks you'll find, but they do have inside and outside seating. The queue to place your order is small, and so is the pick up area. So why 4 stars? I'm a fan of the "London Fog" beverage: which is Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and milk. If you get it hot, you're guaranteed Earl Grey. However, I noticed if you want it iced, some Starbucks cheat and use the black tea. Yes, Earl Grey is a black tea but it has bergamot oil, where as regular black tea doesn't. When I placed my Iced London Fog order, the barista here actually asked if I wanted Earl Grey or black tea. I was actually shocked because I thought all London Fogs were Earls. No wonder some of my other teas at other locations tasted flat. I told her Earl, and she said it'll be 5 minutes longer. No problem, I replied. Cold brew doesnt taste very good here. Last time i ordered the cold brew cascara half sweet and it tasted oddly burnt or like what I would imagine a cigarette butt to taste like.
