I just got mouth surgery last week and I cannot drink out of a straw. I informed the barista on the camera of my situation and she knew exactly what I needed. She put my strawberry and crème frappe in a cup with a nitro lid so I wouldn't drink with a straw, she made my frappe less icy so it was easier for me to drink, and she warmed up my brownie so it was softener for me to eat. Coffee melt down! 3 people at the front end. 7 people waiting for their orders. Total confusion behind the counter. Perhaps a little caffeine is needed? New Starbucks management is aiming to get orders out in 4 minutes. It could start here. We waited 15-20 minutes for our beverages and pastries. Not good. Plus, the chairs in the place had some disgusting liquid on them that I had to wipe so I didn't sit in wetness. This place needs corporate to visit and whip it into shape. It's a hot mess. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks in the history of all Starbucks anywhere in the United States. The employees that work inside are extra extra slow ... slower than any Starbucks I've ever been to. There are a lot of staff around, lots of "business" and no actual results. The drive through is super duper long, typical lineup is 30 cars deep ! AND !!! God Forbid you park in this lot .... Some car who is going through the drive thru line is going to BLOCK your car as you try to get out and leave .... So you're STUCK. To the young girl with long brown hair who was the barista, you were terribly rude! To tell a customer "get the order right at the end" is just uncalled for especially when I ordered what I always order. This was yesterday, February 17, 2025 around 7:30 am. The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Maybe the drive thru is faster but the in store service was incredibly slow. Waited 35 minutes for a latte and they forgot to make my second drink. I just ended up leaving without getting my second drink. While I was waiting, I heard two people ask for a refund due to them waiting 25 minutes and their order wasn't ready yet. The employees all appeared to be working very rapidly so I'm not sure what the issue was. Management needs to hire more staff. read more

No espresso in caramel macchiato. Mobile drive thru pick up order of a standard caramel macchiato. No discernible espresso in the drink. Just foam and milk, maybe some vanilla with one faint line of caramel. I don't need baristas drawing smiley faces on my cup or writing cute messages, I need a properly prepared drink especially when it's just a standard order and not customized. Get your priorities straight, Starbucks. Not worth driving all the way back to complain and making myself late for work, I just won't return to this location. read more

Stopped in to get my "usual" drink while on vacation in The Villages. I showed the Barista what I wanted to drink, from previous orders, right from my phone. She rang it up correctly, I picked up my drink and left: I didn't realize until I had left that it had been made incorrectly! Instead of white chocolate mocha, they used regular chocolate mocha in my iced coffee. ICK! I'm sorry, to me it makes ALLL the difference in the world AND especially to my sensitive tummy! How hard is it to read the order on the screen AND ON THE CUP?!? I think someone was just a little toooo busy gossiping is what the problem was. Won't be back to this location EVER again. I ordered a tap size so not big I didn't expect it to take too long. However when I received it and Went to work. Where I opened the lid. It was half full. Worst starbucks I've ever been to! Don't waste your money. My family and I waited 35 min for our drinks and it wasn't even busy. ALL of our drinks were messed up. I ordered an iced decaf caramel macchiato, instead of putting decaf shots they just didn't put any! It was straight milk, ice and caramel. They didn't put any sweetener either. My sister ordered nonfat milk and got almond milk. My boyfriend ordered a half sweet white mocha and it tasted extra sweet! Then they charged our card twice!! Super frustrated. read more

One called "Violet drink" and other "Matcha Lemonade" I ordered the drinks the night before and they were perfect. Then ordered them again the next day and they were so gross it was very powdery and just over all gross. It was no big deal... so I simply asked them if they could remake it. Which the gentleman did, and once again it was still disgusting. So I pulled around to the drive thru and simply received a refund. The person that gave me my refund was no one other than the district managers and I calmly explained to her about the drink and how he should be trained and she was very rude and snobby telling me how the man that made my drinks was the best. Iced coffee with cream and sugar should be very easy to make. I have received so many without sugar (4 pumps classic in a grande). I don't understand. Just today I went in there and asked for an Grande Iced coffee with C&S, NO ice. They still put ice in it, so I had them remake it. In which the remake was a fail because they forgot the 4 pumps classic. It's so frustrating. I ended up waiting almost ten minutes for a coffee that still wasn't right and I couldn't wait any longer because I had to go to work. I don't know why its so hard?| I definitely am going to just make my coffee at home. They're liters of iced coffee are only $4 and some change at the grocery store. Awful customer service, the old woman who took my order was incredibly unfriendly. When I realized I had left my reusable cup in the car and wanted to grab it she was super rude and made a big deal about it to her co-workers. She also failed to tell me they had already labeled a plastic cup that they threw away, had I known they were just going to throw a plastic cup away I would not have made a big deal about grabbing the cup since the purpose of the cup is to save a plastic one. Convenient drive through, but the parking lot can be like navigating a bumper car ride at an amusement park. If you join the Starbucks Rewards program, you get a free item after you have reached 12 stars. Pretty good deal, which works out for the higher cost of the coffee. From the outdoor speaker, I ordered two drinks. When the barista read it back, it was incorrect. As the verbal exchange was very weak, I told her I'd order at the window. You could have knocked me over with a feather when I was chastised for my decision. "Shift supervisor, Brianna" appeared quite miffed that I had opted not to try to get my order right from the drive up, telling me the headset was old & sometimes they had to ask customers to repeat their orders as they were hard to understand. Am I wrong that her old headset isn't the fault of her customers & shouldn't concern us in any way? As a former manager of employees, had any of them treated one of our patients in the manner I was treated, her employment would have ended at that very moment.
