I come to this Starbucks location often. This location is always busy between 8-9:30 ish due to its proximity to many corporate buildings. Sometimes the parking lot can be tricky because it's very busy, but there's always an option to park further away. The weekends are always crazy because of the breakfast restaurant next door. I would definitely recommend placing a mobile order when possible if you aren't looking to sit and hang out. There are a decent amount of tables inside, and a nice sized patio if you do want to sit and hang out. The staff here is always great! read more

When you pay an extra $1.25 for cold foam, you expect it to be done properly. Unfortunately, the consistency seems to vary every time, so you never know what you're going to get. I ordered two of the same drinks, one with protein cold foam and one regular, and only one of them came out with the proper cold foam consistency. The other was bubbly and didn't have any real foam on top. When it comes out like that, it should really be remade, and they know that, so I don't understand why it's still served that way. read more

Close to home and always down to come here, this Starbucks location is just a few minutes from me and is very reliable when it comes to making drinks. I was craving a peppermint mocha since it's holiday season time and was in the mood for a treat. I decided to go inside to order since I didn't see anyone in line. I was greeted upon entering and the cashier took my drink order. While waiting, I noticed the music was very upbeat and it made me feel like staying a bit longer so I can finish listening. I stop into this Starbucks every now and then for a quick liquid pick-me-up! The Baristas have always provided me great customer service and the store is for the most part very clean. There is a drive thru service but I never use it because it always seems faster to just walk in and place my order. I tend to get priority service standing near the counter verses sitting in my vehicle. Normally, I order an Americano because they make it hot and fresh but today, I decided on the special walnut blend because that sounded tasty. Although the coffee was good it was not quite as hot as I was expecting. I ended up asking the Barista to add in some Pikes Peak to bump my coffee up a few degrees which it did. The coffee temperature was a minor issue however, the biggest problem I have with most Starbucks stores along with this one is the available space to season our coffee. A line was actually formed at the seasoning station causing a disturbance to other patrons sitting nearby. To add to the aggravation, the only creamer available was half and half and it was empty by the time I got to it. I am not sure why Starbucks has these measly little condiment areas when they do so much business in coffee. Look at how Wawa, Race Track or Circle K does it; four people and sometime more can simultaneously dress their coffee at any one of their stores yet at almost all Starbucks are still living in the dark ages. I appreciate the customer service and cleanliness at this particular store but would like to see Starbucks step it up with their condiment station, especially since we are paying premium dollar. I think if Starbucks incorporated some of their competitor's ideas they would definitely gain more of my business. Although I will continue to stop by this store on occasion, there is a good chance I will pass it up for another local favorite. I usually have a much better experience with one of the larger Gas station/Convenience store chains because the coffee is fresh and there is a vast variety of condiments to choose from at no added cost. read more

Service - 4 Stars Quality - 5 Stars Wait Time - 3 Stars Cleanliness - 5 Stars Accessibility - 4 Stars Rating - 4.2 Stars 1st Visit (late afternoon walk in) 4.6 Stars I had a great experience at this location - absolutely no complaints with this store or the staff, they earned the stars honestly and I will be a frequent visitor when in the area. 2nd Visit (early morning drive thru) 3.8 Stars Somewhat slow at the drive-thru. staff seemed a little groggy but managed to get it done - note if you are going to work or staff the early morning shift you need to be a morning person so wake up and put a smile on I suggest drinking the product you're selling. Corporate (You're losing me) Corporate Starbucks Continues to Disappoint - my latest disappointment comes from the new reusable Holiday Cup Give Away (buy a holiday drink and get a free reusable cup) oh by the way they spent a fortunate advertising this promotion, and then purposely created a shortage of the free reusable cups to have customers flock to every location only to find they purposefully short shipped the free cups - I've had a few employees at different locations tell me it was a scam from the start but the increase in business and sales has been incredible seems they pulled a Popeye's Chicken Sandwich type stunt - who will be next? read more

We came here at lunch time to get a coffee. The Starbucks is really nice right off I-4 and International parkway. However it is in a small shopping plaza with limited parking. But on the flip side it has a drive-thru. Large seating area with a view of the park. I like the Starbucks because after you drink your coffee you can go for a nice walk in the park that is right next to it. The Starbucks also has a drive-thru. It is very busy in the mornings but goes quickly they have plenty of stuff to keep it moving. Today they offered a specialty Christmas coffee okay it's not Christmas but we were going to try it but they were out of it Poo! is Starbucks also gives you free coffee grounds for your garden I thought that was a very nice touch. read more

The staff always seems super personal and empathetic about your day (because apparently that is important to me in my barista ‍). And they always thank me for bringing my reusable cup. This location is only good for black coffee, it's the only drink they make consistent. You ask for anything beyond that and more often than not it's wrong. I've made several attempts with several different drink orders to no avail. And when you tell them it's wrong you get a rude response and a half remedy. For the cost, this location isn't worth the hassle. Summary - A caffeine withdrawal headache is less painful than dealing with the staff when fixing a drink they inevitably did wrong. read more

So this is another location that is shorting the espresso based drinks. I can only say that I believe it's a company wide directive. I paid almost $4 for a tall americano which was so watered down it basically tastes like hot water. Starbucks has raised their prices several times over the last 2 years and now they are cheaping out on product. When I ordered I said make sure there's 2 shots in the drink and the cashier had to punch in add shot. Even after that the drink was still very watery. I stopped going to this Starbucks for like a month or so because there's only one person there who takes the time to make my coffee right. I also work in the coffee business and know my coffee order is not difficult. I don't really enjoy visiting this store in particular now because the other employees make me feel like my order is too high maintenance but I absolutely love Raquel. The location here is perfect, I just wish it was a larger establishment only because the closest one from here is the one in Lake Mary. Can make a great spot for a meeting. People mainly visit here because they work in the area. It's well hidden from the freeways and you need to purposely plan a visit here. As far as customer service goes, they are okay. I was disappointed when I placed my order on my app and then arrived for pick up. In the middle of the day, they were all out of lunch items and said they can only offer me a breakfast menu item to take place of my turkey sandwich. I always go to Starbucks and had no problem with my customer service today as the girl at the drive-thru was super nice and I know my problem is not the store's fault as I'm pretty sure their food comes in frozen. I ordered a spinach and feta wrap and am actually shocked at how different it is compared to the menu picture. My "wrap" was flat, barely filled, and honestly just wasn't worth the money. Terrible customer service. Earlier this morning I was advised they no longer make Strawberry and cream frappuccino . And they ran out of ingredients to make there signature peppermint holiday mocha. After I called to speak with manager i was only able to speak with assistant manager. And he clearly stated all information advised was untrue. And he will speak with staff. However, this is not my first time dealing with an inexperienced lack of training employee. I believe all managers need to be on the floor assisting and teaching. Had a meeting up in Lake Mary so stopped to grab a snack and some coffee. Went in at 8:30 and they were already out of the egg sous vide. The attendant said they run out quick in the morning - maybe they should have more stock if you run out by 8:30am. I order my coffee and that was fine. The employee at the register did not smile and did not seem to want to interact with anyone. My co-worked asked for a drink they also did not have and asked what was close that not sweet. The drink she got was way too sweet and she had to wait for another option (one I had to suggest) was made. Very slow mobile order today (over 15 minutes), no toilet paper in the bathroom and dirty overall. This isn't representative of Starbucks but it is of this location. If this were my first bad experience here I wouldn't be giving it 2 stars. The staff is overwhelmed and management appears to be absent almost every time I'm here. Been to this Starbucks several times... Rating is based on other Starbucks only... (pretty sure most people have been in at least one). This is a high volume Starbucks. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness. Wait times in the morning range from 3 to 22 minutes. The longest I waited the drive thru had 20+ cars in it and no close parking. For the Heathrow areas it is not very clean. Every table was dirty on different levels. Not expected at a Starbucks. I will end with it is Starbucks and I love the coffee, just not my favorite to visit. read more
