I get when you say no ice, they leave a bit of room on the top, but seriously more than half the cup?! What a rip off! Theyre always super slow- even when it's not busy at all. No matter how many people are back there, there is only one working and if anyone else is there they're talking to someone (usually a shopper they happen to know). I don't know what is wrong with this generation. You want to treat your jobs like you're in the halls of high school, instead of actually work and then demand CEO salaried jobs as soon as you graduate. Please, put done the kool aid. The last time I was in there, I was behind another woman. She completed her order and moved on to the pick up area. It was then I noticed a mess of a muffin (I cannot say if the lady ahead of me was responsible- but nevertheless it was there.) I kept my distance from the counter, while the one female began making the prior customer's drink. A male worker came up and proceeded to ask me if he can take my order, without acknowledging or even cleaning the muffin. I intentionally made eye contact, then looked at the muffin and went back and forth several times. He took my order, I moved to the pick up line- the observed him take the next two guest. 5 minutes later while I was walking out, the muffin mess was still there! It should be OBVIOUS to anyone that's ever had a job that you clean the areas that your customers will be exposed to. Directly or indirectly. This is gross! read more

The Yelp page for this Starbucks says "Free Wi-Fi". This is false. There is no free Wi-Fi here. I came here thinking I could grab a coffee and use my laptop in the seating area for a while. Nope. False advertising. Someone needs to update the Yelp page and correct this misinformation. I bought a grande coffee anyway for $2.55 and it came out of a dispenser,like what you might imagine in a donut or bagel shop. Never seen that happen in a Starbucks before. It wasn't any good in my opinion and I couldn't take more than a few sips. Too strong, too bitter, and leaves a bad after taste. The only positive thing I can say about this "Starbucks" was the woman behind the counter. She was very quick and polite. This is essentially a stripped down and saturated version of a Starbucks. I know it's a micro coffee shop inside a Safeway, but come on... this place needs help. read more

This sucks. Went to Starbucks here to get a drink around 5:30 PM and was told that it was closed! When you search it up it say it's open until 8 but I guess they close a good 2.5 hours early. Maybe they do close earlier and I just don't know but it is really an inconvenience to go thinking it's open but ultimately be closed. If they do close earlier I think they should fix their hours on their website. Was really disappointed to not get my birthday coffee since it was closed. Better luck next time I guess. read more

This place is a joke. They are ridiculously slow. They roll their eyes when you ask for something different and bitch about it behind the counter (I can hear you, by the way). They don't even make the "stock" drinks correctly. I ordered the new Pumpkin Cream cold brew. It is supposed to be a thick layer of pumpkin CREAM that floats on the top of the cold brew, but this gal must have made it with milk because it was gone quick. When I asked for my other drink's foam to be made with heavy cream she whined about how it was hard to get it out of the blender and that's why she doesn't like doing it. I can only imagine she uses milk in place of the cream on the Pumpkin Cream CB to make it "easier for her." Not worth the drive. I'd rather drive over the mountain to Santa Rosa then bother with this place again. read more

Worst starbucks ever. No one there seems to do a good job. Drinks are never consistant. I get the same drink everytime. It's the only drink I do get from starbucks yet everytime my drink taste different than b4. Several times the whipped cream they served was bad. Sour and lumpy. There is always a long wait weather they are bizzy or not. The employees think they are there for social hour instead of work. They are always goofing off. They consistantly change their hours of operation with no notice, so I never know if my drive to town was worth it or not until after I get there to find out they closed today 6 or 630 instead of 7 or 8 like norm. They are constantly outta stuff to make drinks. Who orders this and why don't they know how to do their jobs. Why wait till you out to get more. Suppose to reorder when low not out. Again no way of knowing this until after I driven to town and walked into store. What a let down and a waste of time and gas. read more

Sad to be writing this review but it's about time I leave one. The barista in here is rude. She always looks annoyed and always having a bad day! I say ALWAYS because I've been going here almost every day. This lady (old with gap in her teeth) always serves, in the cashier or if not, making the orders. Been so nice to her all the time even my kids are so polite towards her. Saying Hello, Please, Thank you, have a great day, BUT NOPE, she will stare at you with an annoyed expression like she wants you out of her sight in an instant. So much for great customer service. That needs to change because this is a small town, we get to see familiar faces all the time. Lady, if you get to read this, your attitude needs to change or you need to quit customer service. It's so rude when I ask for Whip Cream on my drink and they don't put it on there. I asked the Barista.... Are you going to put my whip cream on there. If I could give this place a zero I would! This is thee worst Starbucks in life!!! I've been there at least 3 times where I've had to wait at least 15/20 min standing in line. It's been awhile since I've been to this Starbucks but recently it's been short staffed and the girls back there argue with each other all the time it seems. I miss when I think her name was Tanaya worked there despite having a long line and all the grumpy customers Tanaya always had a smile on her face and made my drink every time I went excellently! She was amazing and fast too. Where did she go? I think she should come back and take care of the place like before. I don't know how this new manager is handling everything with all the girls arguing and stuff but Tanaya was a problem solver and I definitely would go back more often if she was back. Today at 5, the younger girl working was super rude and didn't seem to know how to make any of the drinks. She asked my husband again and again if he wanted no water in his americano, which if it had no water and just milk, would make it a Latte. I answered her question 2 or 3 times and she said "I was asking him." She forgot to put the syrup in his, and made my drink with whole milk even though I said almond milk and am allergic to dairy. Then told me I needed to tell them to put a "White Eye" on my coffee like I was ordering wrong! I have Never had this problem at Any other Starbucks!
