Folks, on the plus side one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had in over 30 yrs in Lake County! The staff are courteous, professional and polite. A couple of disappointments, the portion size was a bit small...reasonably priced... I would be willing to pay more for a bigger burrito. I realize our show up time was at a busy time on a Sunday... but 25 minute wait time was a bit much imo... The clincher for me to write this review was the new additional seating area is nice.... We were going to sit in there but room temp was 15 degrees cooler...So, we chose the corner near the door nice table and spacious...But the flies which we had 25 minutes to distract us was a bit much... I counted 9 or ten that buzzed around from the windows, the table and occasionally landing on us...management...please take a look on the window sills, window and floor and sit there for 10 minutes and see if this would make your dining experience less than desirable...almost considered asking staff if they had a fly shatter I could borrow... just my two cents worth Regards Steve M read more

This is a coffee shop/sandwich shop that I have been going to for more than a decade. It's had a few owners over the years, but they've always held onto the original Amazing sandwich recipes. The coffee is excellent, the ambiance is cute, servers are friendly. It's truly a neighborhood place, and they are an important fixture in this community. I like to bring visitors to this place, and there's sobering for everyone. As a vegetarian, I really enjoy all the delicious vegetarian sandwich choices. We really wanted a great cup of coffee and we found Studebaker's on Main Street in Kelseyville. It was so crowded and the waiters were very kind there. We ended up ordering a flat white and an apricot tart which was really tasty. The coffee was good but it didn't really taste like a flat white. It just tasted like a latte but that's OK. Great coffee! Found this hidden gem on Yelp. I drove over to Main Street and right on the corner is Studebakers. Walked in. Had a cool breeze going. The two girls working we're REALLY nice. Love that. Ordered an iced Mexican mocha. WOW. Best iced coffee in the area. Creamy, chocolatey, perfect spices. All around solid iced coffee. Ordered a sandwich and chocolate chip cookie for hubby. He enjoyed the sandwich. Smelled good while she was making it. They have an abundance of beverages and hipster drinks if you're into that sorta thing. Truly, I will be back for that iced Mexican mocha. I really should have taken photos of all their coffee options because they have LOTS. Hot coffees, espresso drinks, iced coffees, blended coffees. If you enjoy coffee you gotta come to Studebakers. After I found out about this place I've been back a few times since and it's consistently amazing. Pastries are yummy, too. Really want to like this place but they just can't quite get it together. The service is always incredibly slow and just inefficient. I came in just for a coffee and a breakfast item and they literally have a sign just for ordering those two items since it's separate from ordering a sandwich which makes sense for efficiency- but not if you ignore people in that line and take multiple sandwich orders from people that came in behind them. The coffee is also just not great but they do good sandwiches and should consider just sticking to that. Really wish I could like this spot. Also, would be nice to see some environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic straws. read more

We usually stop by when running errands and grab a quick sandwich. One can order a custom sandwich or salad but these have their own list. Snacks, chips, cookies, coffees, breakfast menu, smoothies, and other beverages like infusions available. It's family owned by local residents who are very nice and younger kids work there too. It has never taken incredibly long even with a line of people. Stamp cards are available for a future free item. The garden salad with custom add-ons is what I usually get, ordered the Bugatti chicken panini and it was very yummy with the pesto. read more

I tried the English muffin tasty, Croissant tasty w/ turkey & cheese, and finally a bagel with egg, spinach, and tomato. The English muffin and croissant were about a 4/10, and the bagel a 2/10. Their sandwiches are fairly cheap so I guess I shouldn't have expected much quality and tasty ness. My favorite item I got was the strawberry banana smoothie that I give about a 6/10. It takes a certain level of awareness to see and follow the directions of where to order and which way to go when you enter, but once you know how it works it's a great system to organize their flow. I was impressed from the start, The coffee menu exceeded my expectations (and I don't drink much coffee) and the staff were great. Later on moving to Kelseyville, I started stopping by after work (I worked graveyard shift) for some pastries always impressed by the quality. Better than some places in the bay area!.
