I accidentally thought it was Monday and I ordered and tried to use my 'Free Mod Monday' reward. She, Nevah, was so sweet reminding me it was Sunday LOL I laughed and apologized. She asked if I wanted to change my order so I asked to forget the extra espresso shot. She removed the charge. She brought my latte to the window and said 'we went ahead and gave you the extra shot anyway'. It was very appreciated!! My husband and I continually choose to go to this Starbucks. There are a few other Starbucks located in the areas around us. But this Starbucks always gets our coffee order right. Today my husband tried the gingerbread holiday drink. He loved it. I tried it and loved it. We don't usually venture out of original coffee orders, but I am glad he did. I'm definitely going to order it the next time I go. Customer service is always nice and patient to us. We always go through the drive-through, because parking is very clustered. It's difficult for people to leave their parking spot because it merges into the drive-through line. read more

It's taken me so long to remember to write this. A decent amount of months ago, in the morning, I had discovered a long term emotional battle of mine was over. I spent the morning crying tears of joy and decided to go to this Starbucks as a treat. I pulled into the drive thru and was greeted by an older woman (~50?) with a blonde pixie cut type hair style. She noticed i was crying previously and asked if im ok. I said very briefly that an ongoing emotional battle for me was coming to a close and i was crying tears of joy. She told me she was so proud of me and to break the toxic cycle, no matter what it was. That led me to cry more, but tears of joy! If she still works here, please give her a bonus or something. Her words changed the trajectory of my emotions that day and made it a tiny bit easier to start healing. The food and refresher was also perfect!! read more

I tried a new location and will not be back. The cars were wrapped around the building which is not unusual. Then when I walked in it was packed like Black Friday. This too is not unusual for the time period. Still not worried. Well, angry customers fussing about missing orders, incomplete orders, and orders taking over 35 minutes to complete when the car line is moving fast and emptying. My order took forever and they made it incorrectly the first time which I was not the only one. The staff was just laughing and joking around. The ones making the drinks were answering the phone which made them stop working. This is primarily the Starbucks that I go to when I drink Starbucks. I have been going to this location for over two years and every time I go I received excellent service. The staff is nice and welcoming and always offers you options if you don't know what you want. The drinks are cool and refreshing and I always get a double shot of espresso over ice or a latte on my way to work for a little pick me up. This Starbucks is hit or miss. The drinks are not very consistent (taste/strength of coffee) and I have been charged extra for things at this location that I have not at others (ex. Replacing pumps for sugar free, etc) but it's close to home and convenient. I'd prefer to have the inconsistencies than no Starbucks close at all. The wait is typically longer than other locations here, and the parking is not awesome, but the location of this store itself is just a busy one and attached to a bank. Good thing, as with any Starbucks, is they will remake your drink if you are not completely satisfied. It's rare I ever leave here without a drink I like but don't really like to have to wait longer for the remake. Overall it's convenient and A-OK! read more

Went inside this location and the drive thru would've been three times faster. Not sure if the guy inside running the register was having problems or because they had only one barista working. Ordered an ice coffee and two frappuccinos it took them over 20 minutes. Inside of the store is nice clean and has comfortable chairs to sit and its has free WiFi. However....stick to the drive thru... the barista is cranking out orders super fast. Update: went through Drive Thru today thinking it might be faster this time. ....wrong. Ordered two cake pops for my daughter. Sorry they are still frozen...wait no there not? Vanilla Bean Frappuccino did not have lid on securely. . .yep, it flipped over onto my cup holder and all over my daughters leg and carpet.....Napkins Ma'am? I get the drink and tell the attendant that it's missing the correct tea and she very rudely explained that they changed the drink and this is how it is now.
