Love this store for its dedication to its regulars. While I visit this location on a regularly basis, I (foolishly) accidentally placed an order for the wrong Starbucks location. Like a doofus, I showed up to the 589 spot expecting to find my perfectly prepared drink. Talk about a nice feel-good, light and positive atmosphere with nice comfy chairs. We stepped in at 7pm for a nice evening coffee and dessert which they had available and hit the spot. Last weekend, we went to the Trinity Lakes Crossing Starbucks location, at the same time, and we were told they were no longer serving coffee cause they were in the process of cleaning up an hour prior to closing. So yea, even with the store vibes, you can really feel the difference between the two. We were so happy with the Suncoast Crossing store that we'll drive the extra miles to there. They're more personable and the coffee was delicious. We appreciate Brandon, the store supervisor, for hospitality and the crew's great customer service. Even the layout is more uplifting at the Suncoast Crossing (this location). It seems more depressing at the new store location at Trinity Lakes Crossing, uptight and indifferent. I've lived and used this Starbucks since they opened (I live right behind in Tuscano). For the first few years, this place was the BEST. Fast, always correct orders, and the staff was awesome. Today - it's different. ALWAYS a line - even at the slowest times. Staff is not friendly, even seems to go out of their way to ignore and avoid customers, and the drinks usually tastes subpar. I don't know what happened. I used to be a daily customer, but not I stop in every few months (always a bad experience too). Sad. Wish they could get it back to how it used to be. :( read more

Hands down, the friendliest Starbucks I've visited. I'm proud to call this place my neighborhood coffee spot. The drivethru is my go-to for extra tough mornings. It's like the staff knows that mornings are rough and they are extra nice because of it. The patio is big with quite a few tables. Inside there's plenty of space for everyone. Don't forget to check out the sale table near the bathroom. I love unique coffee mugs! My favorite drinks are the white mocha latte and pumpkin spice latte (always with an extra shot to balance out the sweetness), and the passion tea, iced and sweetened. I am a huge starbucks customer and I have to say that this is my all-time favorite Starbucks location. I've gone to this Starbucks location for probably four years now and have never been disappointed or had any issues with the service. All of the employees are extremely kind and welcoming, the space is always very clean and well-kept, there is plenty of space, & the service is superb. Joey, who I am assuming is a manager, does an amazing job of ensuring that the customers are taken care of and leave satisfied with their visit. When I do come to this specific Starbucks location I am usually there for multiple hours doing work and I find myself choosing to come to this specific location over any others, even if it is 15 minutes away while a Starbucks is right next-door to me, just because I enjoy this location that much more.
