It's a convenient location most baristas are nice however the last time I came my grande iced Green tea lemonade was watered down . Flavor was super weak . Basically tasted like water with something mixed in dull . Today I was given a venti which kinda seemed off to me until I confirmed with my barista brother and he said it is supposed to be filled up to the brim this is no where near the brim

Talk about a nice feel-good, light and positive atmosphere with nice comfy chairs. We stepped in at 7pm for a nice evening coffee and dessert which they had available and hit the spot. Last weekend, we went to the Trinity Lakes Crossing Starbucks location, at the same time, and we were told they were no longer serving coffee cause they were in the process of cleaning up an hour prior to closing. So yea, even with the store vibes, you can really feel the difference between the two. We were so happy with the Suncoast Crossing store that we'll drive the extra miles to there. They're more personable and the coffee was delicious. We appreciate Brandon, the store supervisor, for hospitality and the crew's great customer service. Even the layout is more uplifting at the Suncoast Crossing (this location). It seems more depressing at the new store location at Trinity Lakes Crossing, uptight and indifferent. I can see why overall this store is a 4 star and I am giving it 5 stars.

Always great service, have came to this Starbucks plenty of times. Overall just a great local Starbucks.

This is an small Starbucks in Odessa but the close one to the Lutz Area. I am very excited about the service and attention today. My coffee was prepared to perfection. Joe, the manager was talking with the customers today about the remodeling of the store and what we will expecting at the end of May. He graciously passed out some samples of sconces to all the guests. I can see how hard he is working to make sure that are employees are nice and attentive to customers. Keep the hard work!!!

I come here almost daily and enjoy my very consistent iced chai tea latte! With that ring said, most-to-all the staff is very friendly. The only negative thing I can say about this specific location is the dining area is almost always dirty and the trash is always full to the point things are sticking out. I can only blame this on small amount of staff on.

    Clean and organized location!

By far the best Starbucks in Florida! I travel a lot and there are good and bad Starbucks...... and then there is Starbucks at Suncoast and 54. The employees are friendly and hold conversations. The bar moves much faster than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. Thank you Joey, Christine, Sherry, Demi, Just Jake, Phoebe, Kevin, Chelsea , Sania and anyone I missed!

The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!
