hugely popular drive thru coffee spot, we opted to park and go up to the window to order. While we were waiting for our order the line doubled, blocking us in- no worries- they have staff out there in the drive through line taking orders and I had asked if they could hold traffic and help us out- and wow did they! Service- 5 stars! Coffee was more 4 stars, but my daughter loves the breakfast sandwich she got! Other than the line, I would totally try them again.

Finally tried Dutch Bros Coffee. This is a new location & around it you can tell they are still building up. It took me a bit to find the entrance to the drive through here. It's next to the McDonald's and on the other side will be the new Bojangles. Went through the drive through and honestly two people working ignored me and kept walking w/ no acknowledgement. They weren't going to any cars. Then one walked ahead and stopped so I opened my window and she took my order. She didn't really greet me. I let her know I had a bday offer which is a free drink, and she let me know I can order anything. Good thing I looked over the app. There's more options listed there including what they call their secret menu. The menu in drive through seems small. I ordered an iced Black Forest latte and a pup cup with her and drove through. When I picked up my order at the actual window, the girl working was much nicer. She gave me the pup cup and the drink and was def merrier. My drink was alright after mixing it a bit. Mocha Coconut my pup loved his pup cup and licked it up right away. This drive through coffee spot also has a walk up window if you would rather do that.

I absolutely love stopping by Dutch Bros! The crew always brings great energy and friendly service that makes your coffee run feel like someone genuinely wanted to brighten your day. The drinks are solid. Try the Golden Eagle

We were so excited for this new location to open up close to home, and we were not disappointed! The line was long but it honestly didn't take much time to get through. The staff was friendly, from the girl who took our order to the person who gave us our coffee and chatted us up about the grand opening - super friendly and welcoming and that's the kind of vibe we like. I ordered a medium iced caramel pumpkin brûlée latte - the perfect blend of pumpkin and caramel and not overly sweet. My husband ordered a medium iced golden eagle and that's usually our go-to drink, it was spot on as always. Perfect amount of caramel flavor and sweet, but not too sweet for our taste. Overall a great experience, we can't wait to go back!

Good coffee and quick service when we went up to the window both times. Maybe because they are very new, employees could be a little more well trained on proper etiquette with customers. No seating indoors, just drive thru and walk up window. Download the app for offers/points system.

A very long line, very long wait. Employees were super nice and working hard. When ordering by young lady in line, not enough information on the drink. Got a hot mocha coffee. It needed sweetener in it but did not know that. I asked for stirrer. None but given a straw. Asked for napkin, given wad of paper towels. I understand. Just giving a review of how it was. Expected it to be more like Star mochas, will know better next time as I saved it until I came home and added sugar, warmed I and it was good.

Wife and I decided to stop by Dutch Bros this morning to see what all the fuss is about. We arrived to a fairly large crowd waiting on the drive thru. Took about 30 minutes or so to get through the line, which wasn't too long. All things considered with the hype. We decided to try a few of their drinks since this is our first experience. My wife ordered the iced pumpkin brulee chai. I ordered an iced golden eagle, and an iced abolisher l annihilator. The pumpkin brulee chai was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but overall had a good taste. Both the golden eagle, and the annihilator had very little sweetness. Which I don't need overly sweet drinks but honestly I couldn't tell what type of coffee I even had as it had no flavor. Just tasted like milk and coffee. Bottom line, if this is the type of coffee that's served I don't think you're going to win over many people new to Dutch Bros. With all the options Florida has, there's way better options. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

    Large iced Cold Brew

Visited this location two times before writing a review. I'll start by saying the coffee isn't "bad", it just isn't great. In comparison to Starbucks I would say it's marginally better flavor for their espresso based drinks. Their cold brew is watery - probably because it's over 50% ice. I was very impressed by how quickly the line moves considering how busy this place is. Couple people have complained about the customer service but everyone that I had interacted with during both visits was very kind. The two star rating really just boils down to value. If I'm going to spend over $6-7 dollars on a coffee it needs to be good. Most recent visit I tried to order a large iced cold brew with no ice. They told me there is an up-charge if I want the "cup full". Excuse me? I'm already paying $7 for the drink. I said forget it just give me the ice. What a joke. 32oz cup you barely get 16oz of coffee. I can go across the street to Starbucks and get (marginally) better cold brew for less money. It's really as simple as that. Wont be back.

This is our first local Dutch Bros and I was excited to try a new coffee place I've heard so much about. The line was long in the drive thru so I decided to park and walk up to order. I downloaded the app previously and received a free drink for my first visit! Ordering was easy and even though it was busy, they did a great job getting drinks made fast and out the window. The iced coffee I ordered was the zero sugar and it was very delicious. I would ask for not so much cream next time though. I will be back!

The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!

It's run by a group of women who feel welcoming & happy to see you, in the way they greet you and move with purpose behind the counter. Service is fast, friendly, and they make it look effortless. Their drinks? Always on point. They made me a cookie butter latte -- iced, hot, whatever it technically was -- and it was ridiculously good. Their breakfast-style bites hit the spot too. The muffins, the bagels... I can't even remember everything I've tried, but I remember it all being delicious. That's the important part. The space has this inviting brick-and-wood vibe that gives it a little "up north" feel. Comfortable seating, pleasant atmosphere, the kind of place you can sit with your thoughts or escape the house for a bit. They've also got juices and boba teas, and honestly, I haven't had a single thing from their menu that missed. If you live in the area and want a spot that feels like your spot -- freshly brewed coffee, good food, good people -- Grind Haus is it.
