First time trying Dutch Bros this Sunday. They have a very long drive-through that fills up but the workers are pretty efficient so it moves quickly. As most Dutch Bros locations you can only walk up or drive through (no indoor dining options). They had two employees outside taking orders instead of using the drive thru speaker. They have an Expansive drink menu with limited food options. The chorizo wrap on the menu looked good though I didn't order food this trip. Medium iced nonfat caramel latte came to $5.83 and I tipped a dollar since the employee was out in the blazing sun taking orders. I let the employee know that it was my first time being there and since I was unable to see the menu I asked a couple of questions. Caramel latte is pretty good. It's not very sweet, but most of the caramel is on the bottom of the cup. Overall, their drinks are priced pretty closely to Starbucks. They've become popular in the area so I will definitely return and likely download the app to start earning rewards. read more

AMAZING!! My first visit to Dutch Bros and I'm officially hooked! Ordering in person was surprisingly easy, even for a first-timer, and the service was insanely fast--I'm pretty sure I waited all of 60 seconds for my drink. The menu is definitely overwhelming at first (I studied it beforehand and I'm glad I did), but it's worth it because there are so many great options. I ended up getting the Golden Eagle with zero sugar added and subbed almond milk, and WOW--it did not disappoint. It was smooth, flavorful, and the perfect balance without being overly sweet. I really wanted to enjoy this place considering the hype that is around it. They have a pretty extensive menu full of options, but the coffee just wasn't good in my opinion. So I'm a huge coffee drinker but usually just at home. But I stumbled on Dutch bros in Utah needing a coffee fix on vacation. Loved the vibe and it's one of the only coffee places that sells and XL sized coffee. They also do loaded sodas and other drinks. I was super excited when I saw they were building one not far from my house! The rewards program is great! Free coffee when you sign up and on your birthday. The staff is friendly and they are pretty quick making drinks so the togo line moves quickly. They also have a walk up window if you're in a rush or want to sit and have a coffee date. My daughter and I decided to try this place to see what the hype was about. She found a drink that she absolutely loved and now orders all the time. It's the Hopscotch zero sugar protein latte. Me on the other hand have not been able to really find anything that I like and I've tried 4 different ones now. I've had the holiday mistletoe rebel drink (bleh, too sweet), the grapefruit green tea blended (didn't taste any grapefruit- and it was a lime green color and had an odd taste), hopscotch latte (eh it's ok but I'm also not a fan of coffee really) and the midnight rebel (bleh, sour and too sweet). Finally tried Dutch Bros Coffee. This is a new location & around it you can tell they are still building up. It took me a bit to find the entrance to the drive through here. It's next to the McDonald's and on the other side will be the new Bojangles. Went through the drive through and honestly two people working ignored me and kept walking w/ no acknowledgement. They weren't going to any cars. Then one walked ahead and stopped so I opened my window and she took my order. She didn't really greet me. I let her know I had a bday offer which is a free drink, and she let me know I can order anything. Good thing I looked over the app. There's more options listed there including what they call their secret menu. The menu in drive through seems small. I ordered an iced Black Forest latte and a pup cup with her and drove through. When I picked up my order at the actual window, the girl working was much nicer. She gave me the pup cup and the drink and was def merrier. My drink was alright after mixing it a bit. Mocha Coconut my pup loved his pup cup and licked it up right away. Wife and I decided to stop by Dutch Bros this morning to see what all the fuss is about. We arrived to a fairly large crowd waiting on the drive thru. Took about 30 minutes or so to get through the line, which wasn't too long. All things considered with the hype. We decided to try a few of their drinks since this is our first experience. My wife ordered the iced pumpkin brulee chai. I ordered an iced golden eagle, and an iced abolisher l annihilator. The pumpkin brulee chai was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but overall had a good taste. Both the golden eagle, and the annihilator had very little sweetness. Which I don't need overly sweet drinks but honestly I couldn't tell what type of coffee I even had as it had no flavor. Just tasted like milk and coffee. Bottom line, if this is the type of coffee that's served I don't think you're going to win over many people new to Dutch Bros. With all the options Florida has, there's way better options. Visited this location two times before writing a review. I'll start by saying the coffee isn't "bad", it just isn't great. In comparison to Starbucks I would say it's marginally better flavor for their espresso based drinks. Their cold brew is watery - probably because it's over 50% ice. I was very impressed by how quickly the line moves considering how busy this place is. Couple people have complained about the customer service but everyone that I had interacted with during both visits was very kind. The two star rating really just boils down to value. If I'm going to spend over $6-7 dollars on a coffee it needs to be good. Most recent visit I tried to order a large iced cold brew with no ice. They told me there is an up-charge if I want the "cup full". Excuse me? I'm already paying $7 for the drink. I said forget it just give me the ice. What a joke. 32oz cup you barely get 16oz of coffee. I can go across the street to Starbucks and get (marginally) better cold brew for less money. It's really as simple as that. I love Dutch Bros coffee and couldn't wait for them to open in the Lutz area. Today 11/03/25, there were about 26 cars in front of me in the drive through at 8:15 am. Jessalyn who was taking orders is a total ROCK STAR. She handled all the cars alone and did it with a smile on her face! She deserves a raise! On the downside, it took 40+ min to get through the drive through and get my drink.. For someone who needed to get to work, this is way to long of a process! More help is needed to push cars through. My drink was amazing and the young lady who was at the window was sweet. I know in time, this place will be humming and getting cars through quickly with quality drinks in hand. read more
