I'm a Lebanon local, and i frequent this place every now and then. They are a big hit to our city, and I am grateful they are so close to where I live. I usually rock one of their brewed coffees or a decaf pour-over. I'm also a Starbucks Gold Member. I have noticed some of the younger staff are so-so in their ability to be polite and friendly, but customer service is something that's learned, too. I've not had any issues when I've done mobile orders, but in a lot of ways I'm not exactly Starbuck's typical customer ordering half-whip-soy-mocha-toffee drinks. I will also say this is a location that can get rather noisy, especially on weekend days. Check them out. read more

Do not come to this Starbucks. Very poor management to have inexperienced cashier taking order yet she kept walked away for chores and let customers waiting in line forever. Had to wait for 20 minutes for my coffee. We stopped here on a road trip since it is conveniently located along the interstate. The staff was horribly rude for no apparent reason. We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for two drinks. Many people (regular locals) who came in after us got their drinks quickly while we were forgotten. After about 10 minutes of watching everyone else receive their drinks quickly, I reminded the employee who took our order that we were still waiting. We continued to wait anyway. I'm glad these loser employees live in a small town in the middle of nowhere so that they never have to encounter new people, but why work at a coffee shop right of a major highway if you don't want to be nice to travelers? read more

We always stop by when leaving Indianapolis and heading north on 65. The drive-thru is quick, but I often times find myself going inside. This location is also a good alternative to truck stop bathrooms. read more

Stopped here on my way back from Cincinnati after getting gas. The wifey had to use the washroom. The one good thing about not being in Chicago is that you don't have trouble finding a public bathroom. In Chicago you have to either buy something, ask for a code, get a key, or beg someone to get into the washroom. But anywhere else you can simply walk in, drop a load, and go. Nice. read more

We stopped in for a treat with my teen daughter early in the morning to get coffee then on to Titus to get donuts in Lebanon, then to take stroll downtown. I was feeling really good and purchased the client's behind us in line's order, as well... so roughly about $25 for our two drinks and whatever they ordered!!! 1) Our order was wrong. (Okay... so my kid's frap was a Vente instead of a Grande... not a big thing, roll with it. 2) My Chai Tea Latte Vente tasted like dishwater!!! It was terrible. No flavor, not even skim milk, possibly half skim half WATER. I don't normally return when products are bad, but this morning was special for us and I wanted a good drink. I asked for a Flat White instead. The kids at the window wouldn't take back the horrible drink and it wouldn't fit in any of our other cup holders, so we had no where to go with it. My kid tries to put it in the door cupholder and it SPILLS in my car thus RUINING OUR MORNING. I could not take the Flat White replacement, as I had nowhere to put it while driving and now the interior of my car has to be scrubbed from the #@%% drink. I get COVID.... yeah, I get it (let's play THAT UP to the hilt!!!), but this was poor quality, poor service, erroneous order, and an all out garbage experience. Thanks, Starbucks. We won't be back!!! So much for my nice "paying it forward" day. Hope you didn't screw up the person's order behind me, too. Good thing it was FREE FOR THEM!!! read more

Made coffee when I asked with a smile when Zionsville at previous exit refused. At home I always get a Frappuccino with a few ground espresso beans in it. They refused. What they meant was it may take 2 minutes to wash out the blender than 30 seconds. When I pay Starbuck prices it's for the service, not because the coffee is the best in the world. read more

I go to Starbucks every day and have a super detailed drink a venti caramel frap with 7 pumps of caramel, extra whip and caramel drizzle it's all done to perfection and tastes awwwmazing. No one ever complains and they are the sweet and kindest staff I have seen at a Starbucks. I love love this staff and so blessed that they are at MY Starbucks!! this is one of the few places unaffected by local working here. lebanon is cursed with establishments with idiot locals working on board and the service is always terrible, but the Lebanon sbux is a rare exclusion. friendly and fast service. my drink isn't complicated, so I don't know if they can handle that, but I do know it was quick and friendly, and for the most part, that's what matters most. read more
