This was the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in! Dirt, dust bunnies, and paper products were all over the floor. Not one clean table in the place. The toilet was covered in crap in the unisex bathroom I went into (I told one of the baristas and all she did was nod her head. The trash cans were overflowing. They don't have a trash can large enough to throw away a cardboard cup holder, I had to just place it on the counter. I was there at 10:40am on a Friday. I've lived in this area for 16 years and service has never been this HORRIBLE, I waited 20 minutes for my drink just for them to tell me that their printer wasn't working and that I would have to wait longer to get my order, I had to be at school soon. If you could avoid going to this Starbucks I would 100% in courage it, even though they had 5 workers none of them seemed to care about the business and were not in a rush to get orders out, despite having at least 20 people waiting. All others that ordered when I didn't also had to wait additional time for their drink all because it took them so long to figure out their issue. Not only did I not get my drink, or a refund, I ALSO was late for school. TOTALLY NOT WORTH GOING TO. -based on ALL my morning visits, none this annoying, always boarder line. read more

People working today provided horrible service. I asked for 4 caramel Frappes with extra caramel and I only got it on one. Apparently if you want quick service you've gotta use the drive thru... inside waiting and we got a sorry after 10 minutes and still had another 5 minutes until we got our drinks.... They weren't even busy! I've been in much busier stores, with more complicated drinks ordered and have never waited so long. And that includes stores with busy insides and drive thru. Find another Starbucks if your looking for Cold Foam. It's supposed to sit on top of the drink but if you ask anyone there why it doesn't at this location they say "sometimes the foam doesn't foam up" ‍‍‍ read more

This is the best Starbucks in the area hands down. Great service, great workers, great drinks! When you walk in it truly feels like you're part of a family. I know that at times the lines or long or the wait time is long, but that's what you get when you have all the commuters going to and from work all day. Great place even greater people! read more

Closest Starbucks to my Mom's house. Drive thru can get PACKED but going inside has never proven to be an issue time or service wise.

Ok, I just spilled my drink and Stephanie, the on duty supervisor replaced it'd or no charge and had the area cleaned up promptly. Great customer service. It was all my fault but she was kind enough to fix me up again so I wasn't without a drink. I love this Starbucks. Stephanie is a great example of how great customer service is delivered. Its a typical Starbucks. The drinks are decent and the environment is good. Customer Service here is awful. I came in and wasn't even greeted. The man just stood there looking at me. I order a Venti Dark Roast Coffee and they didn't even ask for my name. I never heard them call it out and waited a full 20 minutes before asking them about my drink. They claimed to have called it out and they offered to make a new one. I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation. They also don't allow you to order a Venti water or even just water and matcha powder. I have been to better Starbucks with better service. I do not recommended this Starbucks. read more

Many may question the good stereotype Starbucks has, but I can confirm the rumors. Starbucks all around is a great business due to their insanely great customer service, clean atmosphere, and the variety of drinks and healthy snacks they sell. For example this last Friday a friend of mine and I drove to Starbucks to get a deal on their drinks, the deal had been buy one get one free. Unfortunately, the drinks we wanted did not fit the deal because the drinks had to be from their holiday collection, but the employee at the cash register still ended up giving us the great deal. My friend and I were very pleased with her kind gesture and gave her a great tip. Every time I have gone to a Starbucks whether it was in Lindsay or Visalia, Starbucks has always been very clean and had a comfy, at home type of atmosphere. Most Starbucks have tables and chairs that are cleaned right away as their customers leave. The cleanliness of their bathrooms is always great. They always seem to be smelling fresh and no matter what wiped down clean, with extra toilet paper and tissues if needed. Drinks are also regularly made fresh right there for you to see. Lastly, there is such a delicious variety of snacks that are indeed healthy and drinks that are so worth the money. Starbucks has freshly brewed coffees, lattes, frappes, and many types of teas. If you do not like regular milk they can substitute it out with soy milk, almond milk, etc. They will even take your preference all the way from what you want and don't want in your drink all the way to how many pumps of caramel, chocolate, etc. you want in your drink. They sell snacks like raw nuts, garden-fresh salads, and healthy breakfast alternatives like an egg sandwich. To sum up my review, Starbucks is definitely my preferred choice coffee shop that continues to always satisfy me with their customer service, cleanliness, and variety of fresh foods and drinks. horrid service, i asked for TOW iced caramel macchiatos and i got ONE HOT caramel macchiato.

This was probably the worst Starbucks experience. To clear things up I would always go to Starbucks every day. I loved Starbucks but when I placed my order for the new Smores frappuccino I NEVER got it. I was just sitting there while other people ordered and got there's. Even if I told them that I had not gotten my order they were joking around. They were saying words like S*** and more and more. One worker even made one of the workers scream. To be honest I probably had waited one hour of my time that I'll never get back no no I ordered my frappuccino at 8:37 and I left at 9:32 and never got my frappuccino. Plus I wasted 5 dollars for nothing. Absolutely Very Dissapointed In Starbucks Hopefully they can fix this. read more

We are a local clinic, in which our drug reps. like to treat us from time to time, especially in the morning, with some Starbucks coffee. We try to place our orders ahead of time to make it more convenient for the Starbucks employees ( we average 10-15 orders). At times they do not answer the phone or are frustrated that we are giving them business. We are doing Starbucks a favor, they are not doing us a favor. I am the customer! They really need to change their attitude towards customers, especially consistent customers like us. Sadly they are the only Starbucks in town! I hope this post reaches Starbucks management because this behavior is against Starbucks corporate culture. read more
