We got there at 1:31 and ordered 2 drinks. We left at about 1:50! For two drinks! I understand things happen and stores get busy but there was no sense of urgency at all. read more

This weekend I waited almost an hour for my mobile order coffees. The first one came out within 15-20 minutes of me ordering from my phone. Where as the second coffee took so long, at the 45 minute point I asked about it for the worker to realize it had been sitting on the counter this whole time. The wait at this location was atrocious. I waited for 40 minutes in line at this Starbucks. I know Starbucks is generally busy, but this wait time is unacceptable. My tea and pastry were made well and the customer service is always top notch so it pains me to rate Starbucks this low. read more

A small Starbucks, but props to them for being open regular hours on New Years Eve. The employees handled it all with a smile and I sat here doing some reading and reflection for a few hours. There's some comfortable seating, although only a few couches in the corner by the window (a little drafty). The Starbucks menu is what you'd expect. No surprises there. Staff is super friendly and offer samples, etc for those that not well versed in Starbucks - so great customer service. The service is not good at all. You want to wait for a mobile order 20 minutes after ordering it then this is your place! I watched my order made then sat on the counter behind the bar almost ten minutes before being moved to the table for pickup, completely unacceptable. I stopped into this Starbucks on a road trip through upstate New York. Liverpool is near Syracuse if you are visiting anyone in the university area. The coffee shop has ample seating and was clean. The staff were very friendly and they made me a mean White Chocolate Mocha :) read more

So while we all love our local coffee shops, I have to admit Starbucks has quite a few things to offer that other places do not. Now I'm not just saying this cause I'm not a huge fan of DD(their tots are amazing though), there are just so many things at SB. First and foremost they have pretty much any drink you can think up, as well as any that will work with your diet. We have been doing a Keto diet for a while and are able to get super delicious teas and coffees that can be quite sweet, without having any sugar in them at all! They also have the egg sousvide bites that taste so delicious you will want extra! Their prices while a tad bit higher, are not overpriced at all. They are usually pretty quick too, which is definitely nice! If you ever have a weird drink idea you want to try, make sure you come here. You won't get judged and most of the time they will compliment you on it. read more

Lost a star because the drive through can be extremely slow at times, but other than that my one visit to the inside of the Starbucks was awesome. So much seating, outlets everywhere, friendly staff, my usual caramel macchiato was awesome. I appreciate the consistency between the various Starbucks locations, something that's lacking at other coffee chains. Also, parking is great at this location as its situation in a plaza type area so there is a nice sized parking lot, highly recommend if you live in between this and the Fayetteville Starbucks, come to this one. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. A couple weeks ago told me the caramel cloud macchiato had been discontinued only to find every other Starbucks still has it. Today their nitro machine isn't working. Drinks are very inconsistent and often made improperly. The drive through is super slow. Never had a problem with the employees or received a wrong order but the issue at this Starbucks is definitely the drive-thru. It's just way too slow. This is right down the street from me so I frequent this Starbucks often. They have the friendliest staff. Everyone that has ever waited on me has been very pleasant. The staff at this Starbucks really makes the experience. They make a real effort to get to know their regulars. Often they are able to anticipate your order ahead of you ordering. The recent remodel has made ordering and picking up mobile orders much more efficient. We frequent this location regularly. My son loves the outdoor seating. read more

This Starbuck's used to be pretty run of the mill--acceptable, but nothing to write home about. But in the last few months or so I've really noticed an improvement in how fast they make me my drink, and the people that work there seem to enjoy their jobs more. I have a coffee addiction and drink way too much. I have been to many local and chain coffee places around the country so I know my way around them. That includes going to a lot of Starbucks.....no seriously a LOT of Starbucks....and I'm so glad this one is my local store. The staff are awesome! They are very friendly and always remember me, my wife, and even our kids. I have even run into them out and about when they aren't working and they always remember me and are very nice. Maybe that just goes to show I'm in there too much, but that's fine. :) They are fast and do a great job! Like any place there are the new people and the short termers, but the long term folks know their stuff. I frequently have discussions about the different blends/roasts with the in house experts. They all know a little, but a couple know a lot. They will help you explore the different tastes and preparation methods. read more

The Starbucks on 57 in Liverpool is a great spot to relax and unwind or socialize with a few friends. This place holds alot of fun memories for me and my friends! The employees from the cashier to the barista are all friendly, professional, and thoughtful! Grace is one of the sweetest people anyone could ever hope to meet.
