I told her "you forgot my butter" she literally responded with "Because I can't find it" and tossed her hands up. I explained to her that it would've been nice if someone told me that. (I would have asked for a refund) She literally said nothing, and just walked away. I should've definitely asked to speak to the manager because who can eat dry bread without butter? There is a newer Kroger across the street but sometimes you just want something smaller and not have to deal with a crowd of people. This location will be my new go to!
