Literally the worst donut shop ever. I live 3-5 minutes from this Dunkin, It doesn't matter what time or day you go. It could be 6am, 8am, 10am, 4pm it does not matter. Well folks, I stopped going to DD when they took the blueberry bagel off the menu. So, it's been a while! I stopped this morning for coffee (black) and a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. I frequent this location on my way to work as it's the only drive thru coffee option on my route. I typically order an iced Caramel Macchiato with soy milk and every time it tastes a little bit different and I do not understand why. I arrive usually around 6:10-6:15. I've both walked inside and used the drive thru. On several occasions only one worker is inside managing both drive thru and dine in, and making the coffee which leads to a longer wait time. I'm aware this isn't "fast food" but a 10-15 minute wait for an iced coffee due to a lack of staffing is a bit much. Whenever I (or my husband when he goes) order two donuts we get the Boston Creme. One donut is placed in the bag and the other is just tossed on top. Thus the chocolate icing sticks together and all of the icing gets pulled off onto one doughnut. Upon our last visit when this happened we called and talked to the store manager who said that we needed to be requesting a box in the future with no apology or resolution. We will not go back. I understand mistakes happen but when 9 out of 10 times our doughnuts are carelessly thrown into a bag, there's an underlying issue. It is not my responsibility to ensure that the product I'm paying for is given to me in an appropriate manner. read more

This location is very convenient for me and I stop by almost every morning to get a French vanilla latte. I've tried their wake-up wraps and they are hit or miss. Despite what the other reviews say, we had a good experience. Donut was soft and fresh. If they didn't have what you were looking for in the front they had more donuts in the back. They made dark roast fresh when asked. Great friendly staff, the condiments were stocked, store was clean and communication was wonderful. We DO recommend this location. I was just as excited as everyone else when they first opened this location, but every experience has been exceedingly worse than the last. There have been multiple occasions where I have pulled into the drive-thru to be ignored for over 10 minutes by the drive-thru attendant. So it's obviously not convenient. My last visit resulted in a large cup of iced coffee that was undrinkable. My fiancé couldn't stomach her's either. So their training is either inconsistent or nonexistent. I truly wish this location would get it together, and improve the overall experience. I want to give them another shot, and in writing this review I urge Dunkin's management team to take an honest look at this location and invest some time to make it, at the very least, a convenient drive-thru with drinkable coffee. Don't bother. This location doesn't prepare well for weekend mornings. It's under new mgmt but it's the same as before or worse. I went in for a couple of donuts this morning and they had nothing so I asked if they were making more. They said yes so I ordered and said I'd wait. 15 minutes later, I see them give a customer who came in after me get what I asked for. Then they tell me it'll be as least 10 more minutes.I asked for a refund and got it but the people working there barely apologized or cared that I was unhappy. If you don't get here early (like 9 or before) there's almost no donuts available despite a ten car drive thru line and several folks inside. I haven't been here early in the morning so not sure how that goes. I love the coffee here. The service is excellent (it's not usually busy when I come). I always get munchkins and as good as they taste, I wish they were a little more fresh. It's like they have a crispy shell. And the powdered donuts look old. Or like they've been touched by moisture. This place is my substitute for Tim Hortons since one does not exist here (WHY!?). Another thing, getting in here is so awkward. Let me just start off by saying that they try really really hard here. The ladies that work here are so very sweet and want to make your coffee right. Now let me explain Dunkin Donuts versus Starbucks. Starbucks wants to give you a hint of something like a hint of flavor. Apparently there's so damned afraid of over doing something but actually making it taste like what they say it is ie pumpkin spice actually tasting like pumpkin spice that they miss the mark by falling so short of it that you're like I think it tastes like pumpkin spice but I'm not really sure there's not enough there to tell... On the other hand there's Dunkin Donuts. And they're so concerned that to make sure you get the flavor you are asking for that they practically drown you in it. So ask for pumpkin spice and then watch out that you don't get a bucket of it poured over your head LOL! I'm just kidding about this of course but they do go a little overboard on the flavors sometimes to the point that their sickeningly sweet. I would rather I believe have someone that is trying so hard to get it right for you then the disinterested Baristas that I find it most of the Starbucks these days. My go to Starbucks drink is a venti chai tea latte with soy and 5 to 7 extra pumps. Yes damn it that's what I said 5 to 7 extra pumps. And I usually have to repeat myself 3 to 4 times to get them to do this. Which is quite annoying when that's what you get every single time. I like it spicy. If I don't ask for the extra it doesn't taste like chai. As for Dunkin Donuts I really like their job but it comes with milk only product. So your option other than milk is not solely or coconut milk but very watery almond milk which would be okay if they would add enough in there but they don't so you have to tell them to go heavy on the almond milk. Also another great thing is that Dunkin Donuts has a happy hour where you get any medium coffee drink for $0.99 between 2 and 6 p.m. now that's a way to win people over! So there you have it my review on Dunkin Donuts and you get a comparison with the Starbucks. Lucky you! read more
