OK, so I was trying to get a drink with my friend and we pulled up in the drive-through and this man who was new and in training was taking our order. Some woman ( manager maybe?) was "helping" him (green hair) and she was so unbelievably rude to him! Not only that, she was so rude to us! Their intercom wss a tad glitchy so it was hard to hear them speak, and this obviously irritated her, because then we got a passive aggressive lecture. It's a little dangerous that I live so close to this place, lol, since I have quite the sweet tooth, ha. Given its close proximity to me and that they have such good donuts here, I don't go here often, but use it as kind of a place for a "specjal treat" for me. Or sometimes if I'm tired and don't feel like brewing some if my boring coffee at home, i'll get one of their selections. This morning I got a Carmel Craze Latte (or something to that effect) abd it was quite good. I'm a big fan of iced and frozen coffees, so those are what I typically get here and so far every type I've tried has been quite good. The donuts are always great. I had to get a minor surgery yesterday, so wasn't really able to eat much, so I thought...okay, I deserve some deliciousness today and I'm going for Dunkin', ha. My mom had stayed with me (just in case I needed help with anything yesterday) and thia morning when she asked if I needed anything, all I could think was. "I need donuts!" Ha. She ended up getting one of those packs of Munchkins, which are essentially donut holes. The cool thing is you can get an assorted box, which had everything from glazed to blueberry to chocolate to I'm not even sure what the other type was (but it was yummy, nonetheless, ha) and I'm alwaya a fan of novelty or variety mixes. So, for me on this particular day, I feel like this was starting my day right...Sharing donut holes with my mum, along with a carmel crave iced coffee of delight, while laughing together over a terrible reality show, while I try to recover a little and just relax some. I'll take it! Oh, also, right now only the drive thru is open for the time being. I'm not sure when the restuarant area will be open again for people to be able to eat in, but I'm sure they will be when it is recommended safe during this crazy time of quarantine. I always get a medium hazelnut iced coffee. I've never had a bad experience with Dunkin', the workers are always nice and welcoming. I always go through the drive-thru, which is always a quick process. When I want something sweet, I like to get glazed donuts wholes to go with my coffee. I am not sure if they have COVID-19 precautions, but I am sure they allow the customers to decide if they want to wear a mask or not. I like that the prices aren't outrageous and you can get a lot for your money. I've tried other coffee, but that is my favorite. read more

I placed a mobile order here (store #354744). I ended up going inside because the drive through line was backed up to the traffic light and I didn't want to accidentally get hit. I always go to this store and order through the drive through. I guess that was my mistake today. I walked in and let the cashier know that I had placed a mobile order but didn't go through the drive through today because of the traffic being backed up. Several people behind me said they did the same thing. The cashier checked on my order and said they were still waiting on my sandwich. There were 3 rounds of people that came and went. I still never got my food. Almost everyone was frustrated because of the wait time. I didn't say anything, outside of letting them know that I came in due to the back up so they would be aware. A Customer came in and was so frustrated that she asked for her food several times. The last time she turned around looked at me and then expressed to the worker that I had been there longer than everyone and asked that the lady also check on my food. Several orders later the lady says she's finally going to make my sandwich. I placed my order at 7:32am. I received food at 8:08am. I received my food with green stuff on it and some dirt. I was so frustrated that I just asked for my money back. The lady said it was just avocado but that she would get a manager for my refund. (I ordered and egg and cheese croissant). The manager sent her back to me to ask me if I could do it through the app. I told her I didn't know that was possible. So she asked to see my app and I gave her my phone. She tried to help me but should gave my phone back and said she didn't know either. Then another lady came up to the counter and said I have to do it through the app. I told her I didn't know how. She said well that's something I need to figure out... since I downloaded it to my phone, I should know. I told her I absolutely didn't know how to do that and asked for a corporate number. She walked away. As she walked away I told her that this wasn't really fair, as several people has come and gone and I had been in there for 30 minutes for food that came out with green stuff on it. She never responded, so I waited and just asked the next person that came to the counter for the corporate number and the lady that had walked away, responded and yelled "I'm looking for it". Minutes went by and a guy walked out, so I asked him for the corporate number and he said "what's the problem" in a very nasty way. I was shocked because I knew everyone in the store heard the issue. Almost every customer before me was verbally frustrated, so I was shocked at his response. I told him I had been waiting forever, and if it weren't for another customer, I wouldn't have my food. And now I have green stuff on it so I want a refund, but I asked for corporates number. He cut me off to say they didn't have a corporate number. I said excuse me? He repeated himself in a very rude manner. So I asked him why the other employee told me she was looking for it. He said "I don't know why she said that" So I asked for the manager and he said he was. So I asked for his name and he told me it was Damrarious as he was rolling his head. I told him that was ridiculous and he said "ok anyway" and walked away. I left with no food and no refund. I have never experience anything like that. It was extremely wrong. So many customers were rude and I choose not to be, yet I got treated like this. I will never go back. read more

Dunkin Donuts is my favorite brand of coffee. Although I don't always go to their store locations because they're not as rampant as Starbucks, I do stop in occasionally as I have today for breakfast. I had the original Dunkin' Donuts frozen coffee, the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant as well as a chocolate glazed donut. It was adequate for a Sunday breakfast. The frozen coffee was topped with cream and chocolate syrup. The croissant had cheese melted over the egg and sausage, which tasted great and the croissant was nice and moist, I think with butter. The dude at the intercom was super pushy and annoying, however. He would ask if I was done with my order after every item I requested. I think he needs to go back to drive-thru school. read more

Update: 7/17/2019 This location is great if you do not order coffee. It's very hit or miss with the coffee orders. My coffee order is rarely correct, and today it literally tastes like they poured sugar into it, and that's it. Just sugar. So disappointed. The service is still fast, but I'm not sure what is happening with the coffee orders. I really enjoy coming to this location. Fast service, and the employees have always been helpful. Another plus- My order is always correct. The only small downside is- the drive thru is occasionally backed out on goldsmith lane. read more

Their sandwiches are fast food quality breakfast sandwiches. Good but not great. Their coffee is really flavorful and you have a good selection of options. The donuts are really good, I'd say as good as Krispy Cream. I also like to get the bagel with cream cheese. They put the cream cheese on for you which is convenient since you're probably gonna eat it in the car and can't spread it yourself. They do put on a lot though, so you might want to ask for less if you aren't wanting a little bagel with your cream cheese. The drive thru staff is really rude though. I go through here a lot and they are always pushy. Like they are in a hurry for you to finish your order. They do not welcome questions and have an attitude. read more

I've given this place multiple chances, as it used to be the best Dunkin' around. After this past visit, I won't be going back. I ordered a French vanilla coffee with 1 skim only, and it came out extremely light. I said "I'm sorry this is cream not skim" and the manager argues saying "no this is skim". Which it was not since there is an obvious difference. After back and forth of them trying to give me the coffee that looked like straight milk on ice, I just gave up and said I like it dark. They finally began making me a new one but they just gave me a black coffee with no flavor. I just gave up and thought it was better than the first one they tried to give me anyway. I also ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, and extra cream cheese on the side (because they don't put enough on to begin with) but they do charge $1+ extra for it. I got my bagel. I have been coming here since they first opened. I usually come in the morning & am glad to see Amanda, Cindy & Chantel greeting me at the drive thru. Last Sunday night my son asked if we could go get donuts around 7pm. Mind you I had never come to this DD location at night so hadn't met any night crew members. Must I say this visit exceeded my expectations. I was immediately greeted by Emma & Aba. It was a very uplifting visit & will definatley return more at night with my son. Since then i have also met another pleasant member Carter. I love the whole Dunkin staff & think they have made amazing progress since they first opened.
