It is very good. 17 locations across the Kentucky in Indiana area very friendly staff. The dining room is very well decorated and very welcoming quiet atmosphere. Cute coffee shop with a private parking lot and drive through. Highly recommend going inside, they had it decorated for Halloween. Friendly staff, we ordered the Salted Turtle & Creme Brulatte Espresso Drinks. Does take a couple minutes to make but both were super delicious. Loved stopping here & definitely recommend! read more

Seriously, Yelp, start giving us 1/2 star options! This place is super cute and the staff was SO friendly! I ordered a white mocha with oat milk (my ol' reliable), which was one of the most delicious I've ever had! I would've given this 3.5, but opted down to 3 from 4 because it took a really long time, and while I ordered a breakfast wrap, whatever I got was certainly not that. We love to try new coffee spots, especially somewhat local ones, and this one was on our list. The drive thru location on the way out of the city was perfect! This spot was super quick, I mean pretty much had drinks ready as we were pulling up. My fiancé got the white mocha and he said it was really great, I got a lavender vanilla and the lavender was VERY earthy, my only complaint is they didn't add enough it was really great flavor! We didn't try any food, but the lattes are very good and would definitely try them again next time we're in the area. read more

The menu is BIG- it's full of many different lemonades and iced lattes, and every single item is amazing. I meant to write a review sooner but I have been busy. M wife is a big Starbucks fan. As for me I can take or leave any coffee house. It not a drink of choice and one I can take or leave. Yet when I want coffee, I want coffee. This past Sunday was a case of I wanted some. She pulls up to Starbucks and orders her and my daughter thier usual, I told her what I wanted. A simple blond roasted with honey. I threw in honey because I never tried it. They didn't have the blond and then processed to rattle off an alternative which I could not comprehend what they were saying. Besides I secretly wanted to try this place, this was my opportunity and said never mind. I told my wife what I really wanted. She was not to happy but since it was just down the street, we went. Here I tried the coffee of the day which was a dark roast, and pardon me for forgetting the exact name, but I had honey with it. OMG I fell in love with it. I may not know the name, but I will try all of them till I find it again or find something else! I even had a cake pop. It was oreo! Yep leave it to a fat guy to remember his cake pop!. It was a nice size pop, but a little underwhelming and not my favorite. Over all I was impressedwith the speed of the store and the service. I now have a very favorite coffee house. So, now we may be a divided house and well may I win every time. Lol! read more

It's unfortunate because I've never had anything negative to say about Heine brothers and I was so excited to get one so close to me but I'm not sure where my visits go wrong. I have gone to this Heine brothers probably about 5 times now and every time my drink isn't that good.. I'm not huge on sweet drinks(I like my coffee to taste like coffee) but every time I get either iced coffee with coconut or nitro cold brew with coconut and it's bitter with almost no flavor. This time I got it with vanilla coconut and cream in hopes that I could taste it and still bitter with next to no flavor which is upsetting because it was a 7 dollar cup of coffee that I had to bring home and sweeten. It's upsetting because I've always loved Heine brothers but I'm not sure if over the years that have changed their syrup or they use less but it's not how it used to be. read more

I love Heine bros, I'm from Seattle and have been committed to Starbucks for a long time, when Heine bros opened on State street I tried it and never went back!!! Their coffee is so yummy and the staff is super friendly. I had to take off one star because on two different occasions I ordered a cheddar and chive scone and was given a scone with bacon (I'm vegetarian). I didn't realize until I was on the highway to work so was unable to fix the mistake, but I guess that's partly my fault for not checking before driving away. Only thing I would really change is their app, it reloads my account with $25 dollars automatically almost every other time I go here even if my account has over $10 left after purchase, I once asked the staff if there was a way around it and the only solution was to use my debit card instead of the app but then I miss out on the rewards.... read more

Throughout this "crisis" period, we started visiting (via drive thru) a relatively new location of Heine brothers near our home. We pretty much order the same things here - most but not every day (we are exciting that way....!) and without fail, the service and attitude of the employees at this location was warm, friendly and exemplary. Always friendly, not at all fussy if we ask for a little more X or a little less Y - regardless of the climate - they were upbeat and friendly, and at some point they even started recognizing my husband's voice and asking "are you having your breakfast wraps today?" - seems like a small thing, but it shows they are paying attention and recognize us as humans. Keep up the good work! We are officially 100% converted to Heine from the "other coffee place" which closed up their drive through a week or so into this mess. We truly appreciate you and admire your professionalism!! As an aside note, Heine corporate office also supported our local small business during a charity fundraiser in the fall of last year - a great family-owned company that deserves ALL of our support. Much better place for my money than the overblown, highly political, corporate machine alternative. Just my 4 cents...... read more

I rarely leave any type of reviews on yelp, but this one is a must! I have been searching for some really good coffee since I've moved here from Atlanta, and as a coffee lover, this is by far some really good coffee. Not your typical Starbucks, nor Dunkin, or etc. But just some good ol strong organic coffee. Unlike other places that like to make theirs sweet and extra flavors, Hein's Brother still has that strong coffee flavor when getting their blended coffee. I love it, my new favorite spot. read more

The service is also superior to that of other coffee shops. Every time I've been to Heine Brothers, the staff are always friendly and helpful.
