Grabbed two coffees via their mobile app. I got their brown sugar shaken expresso and medium hot coffee. My expresso was ready but turns out their coffee machine was down so they offered to make a hot americano instead. My mom said she didn't really notice a difference so hopefully they'll fix their machine soon! Staff were pleasant and coffee was decent. read more

I'm usually pretty mellow nd chill. Today was not a good day on the customer service for Ivan. There's was no one in line so I proceeded to order in beginning of order walks a well known person to this employee ivan. He totally was not paying attention to my order. I even heard the whole conversation about a night at the club sooo unprofessional. I would make a comment to him but I figured why not make a yelp review help. I felt like saying do you want to go aside and continue your conversation and someone else takes my order cause it very clear you are in the midst of your gossip. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before somebody came to serve me. The drive-thru wasn't crazy busy and I was the only customer in the store. Granted, the way the store is structured makes it difficult for employees in who are away from the register to see if there are any customers. However, it was kind of a long wait considering that there were 4 employees in the store. On another note, I was informed by the staff that they close the cafe around 9-9:30pm. This information isn't on the Yelp or the website, so if you're thinking of coming to get some work done in the evening, it's something to keep in mind. read more

Up front I'm not much of a Starbucks type person. I do have to admit that when I go, the coffee is Dam Good. I only drink Iced Coffee with a little 2% milk and no sugar or as they say no sweets...lol. The location is very pleasing on the inside with big comfy chairs and a fire place also a long high table and miscellaneous seating throughout. It appears to be well kept and clean. The staff are always pleasant. This location has a small lot which is not large enough for the traffic. There is also a drive thru, but again, the line is so long that on many occasions the line is backed out onto Route 1A, (Very Dangerous) I find Starbucks to be a bit pricey for that reason I give Starbucks a Solid 3 Stars. read more

The BEST Starbucks location. Before my work shift, my partner and I get coffee. The staff is always so personal and extremely lovely. The customer service is top-tier, and my coffee tastes delicious. Always have to have Starbucks everywhere I go. Location was on a one way street so if you miss the turn you'll have to make a u-turn to come back around. Staff was nice & prompt. No complaints. read more

I always ordered starbuck ice coffee ahead of time so i wouldnt be late to work but today May 25th 2022 at 1:35pm they made my drink wrong so i have to turned back to ask if i can get some white mocha chocolate he said : i got you" grapped new cup and put 5 heavily white chocolate mocha pumps and grap my wrong order drink dumped into the sink so hard like i did something wrong to pissed him off and then filled up my coffee full vanilla cold foam that made it so sweet that i had to throw it away and no time to wait for another drink...i thought starbuck was all about nice customer service...unfortunately...not today read more

I'm over this Starbucks. I'm almost 100% sure they add like 7 pumps of whatever flavor you ask for. Every time I order a toffee nut latte or any other latte it tastes like STRAIGHT SYRUP. I'm done giving this Starbucks a try when passing through Lynn. Bad enough there isn't much healthy options in Lynn then you grab a coffee and they drown it in syrup. What ever happened to plain ole 3 pumps? Or allowing the customer to decide? Go to another Starbucks until they can get this right. read more

This is the most inviting Starbucks I have ever been in. There is a nice seating area with comfortable couches and fireplace. There is a work space in addition to table tops that are in a separate divided section and also low tables. The place is always very clean. The staff is polite remembers your order if your a regular. The pastries are always fresh. I can not say enough good things about this place and I have been to many Starbucks. They can take some notes read more

Lynn got this Starbucks fairly recently but the drive through is killing it! I live in Swampscott and choose to go here on my commute instead. Every latte is perfect and the kid that works the drive thru window most days sincerely brightens my day. He asks how your morning is like he actually wants to know and tells you to have a good day like he means it every time. I enjoy going here when I have a million choices between my home and my office in Boston. Worth every $8 each time! read more

Pleasant and efficient service at this location during my AM commute. I drive by two other Starbucks on the way to work: Swampscott/Paradise Rd. (Miserable staff, epic lines, terrible baristas) and Logan/East Boston (Disney World lines that stretch onto the highway). This new location is staffed by very pleasant folks who are consistently pleasant and upbeat- even in the drive-thru! Coffee is always on point and never tastes burned (looking at you, sad Swampscott baristas). If you're a North Shore commuter, skip the misery and the line and hit up this location! read more

My boyfriend and I usually don't go to this Starbucks because there's one closer by but we stopped by Walmart and then decided to stop by the closest Starbucks which was on Lynnway. We saw a cool drink we wanted to try out that we found on TikTok. When we went to the cash register the guy working there had glasses and was Hispanic. We had showed him a drink on the phone because we weren't sure on how to say the order. He then sighed loudly and hit his head against the tablet they use to take our orders. There wasn't anymore raspberry, strawberry, or dragon fruit. Which we said we were fine with and didn't make a big fuss. We understood that there was probably many people that came by that ordered drinks with these necessities. We thought he was trying to make a joke by hitting his head against the tablet but he just had a straight face while taking our order. We ordered two drinks and two breakfast croissants. We got everything except one of our drinks. we tried to go to the cash register and ask about the drink but we see the same guy at the register sighing loudly and hitting his head once again on the tablet with a different customer. My boyfriend and I understand how it feels o work at a cash register but we felt he could've been more professional as we get he was being rude and tired of us. We hope that we don't see this again at any other Starbucks. we usually don't have any complaints at all but this one just got us a little upset. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Always wait about 20 mins in drive thru line even if there are only a few cars ahead of me. I started going inside to see if it would make a difference... nope even longer! Also they are always running out of stuff and messing up. It's the closest Starbucks near me so I wanna like it but for now I guess I will stick to dunks. They've been open for a while now, they should have it together by now. Everyone's always friendly whether I go in or drive through and knowledgeable on the drinks. I went through drive through and was short a penny and the guy told me it was no big deal. (: If you fear for the wait time just get the app and order ahead before you leave. I've not had any issues of waiting too long. Plus downloading the app you get a free drink on your birthday which I've gotten last year. read more

Did a mobile order today, barista made my drink wrong, when I asked her to please make it the correct way she grabbed the drink, dumped it out and remade the drink the way I had ordered it, all the while with no words or eye contact. when I thanked her for redoing the order, she again said nothing, just a scowl on her face. The line was 7 cars long so I went inside, because I was in a little rush for work. The cashier took a minute and a half to take my order, thats fine because she said she needed a minute to do whatever she was doing. I placed my order and waited 13 minutes for just an iced coffee black with one espresso shot. I asked after 13 minutes if my order was coming up, the gentleman asked what the order was and I told him. 3 minutes later I asked if they had the order and he then said "were behind on mobile orders" and I walked out. I use to come here all the time because they always had fast service and the quality was spot on. I came here yesterday December 4th, a little after 6pm. My g/f entered an online order for 2 drinks. The drinks would be ready at 6:05pm, awesome nice and quick. My G/f goes in at 6:10pm while I'm parked, comes out at 6:22pm asking if she put the drink order in at the correct Starbucks. We check the app and it is the correct Starbucks on the Lynnway. I proceed to go in. I see multiple people walking around behind the counter just doing whatever they like. I see my drinks sitting near the espresso machine and people walking by it, the manager on duty obviously sees me waiting there with 2 straws with a pissed look on my face and proceeds to bullshit around. Finally one girl goes to get my drinks, pours the cold brew but obviously doesn't have the 2% milk I wanted so just pours another kind.( I don't really care too much about the milk but I'm sure other people would). She goes to pour the next drink with milk without reading the label of course because well you can't even do your job right might as well keep doing it wrong. I have to say there is almond milk in there, she said it is supposed to be regular milk. I tell her the label is almond milk and she finally looks at the other label and goes to get the almond milk to finish the drink. Literally this place is trash, a drink order that should of been done at 6:05pm was done more near 6:30pm because the employees who were on the shift couldn't care less and the manager was on his phone outside smoking. This has been a great discovery for my morning commutes. The staff are upbeat and friendly, and the pace relatively quick. Recently, I received my drive-thru order and sadly ended up with someone's cheese Danish (a more adventuresome baked good than I dare order)- the tough part, I discovered this as I was on my commute. Needless to say, upon contacting them- they were responsive and comp'd my next order without hesitation. Simply lovely! read more
