This was my first time at this location. I think the store itself looked beautiful, spacious and immaculate. However, I was disappointed in my Venti Matcha Latte. It was only half full of liquid then from 1/2 of the cup to the 3/4 of the top was foam. Whenever I got to my usual store it's 3/4 full off liquid then foam to the top. The we're very friendly though and wished me a nice day so I appreciated that. read more

Sat in here to have my coffee, and my daughter her pink drink. Let's start off with the pink drink. 90% ice 10% actual drink. How is this common practice and acceptable?? Now let's move on to the staff. Seemingly nice upon first interaction. As we sat here longer, I experienced one worker give away NUMEROUS food items and drinks to her 2 friends that were sitting just to the side of the food display. Free item after free item just handed away. She also spent majority of her time chatting with them and not actually working. Never washed her hands or put on gloves. The cashier was popping bubbles with her gum so loud I could hear it across the room. Very unprofessional. Then 2 girls came in, regular clothing, that looked like customers. Yet they went behind the counter, grabbed their own food, and drinks, then walked out. Ummmm, were their hands clean?? Did they pay? The 2 boys doing the coffee order making were the only 2 that were diligently working the entire time. Great job boys! read more

Music is way too loud. Between masks and the music, they can't hear you. They never have my order ready. When I ask for a little extra cream, every server pours way too much. They can't get it right. Regular cream order, the coffee is still black. They all seem unhappy most of the time. It's unfortunate. Not sure if it's management or what but it's a shame. read more

I visit this Starbucks the most. Almost every barista has been nice and I can't remember a time in recent memory when I've had a bad drink.

This place has so much potential. But unfortunately it just doesn't shine through. The location itself is in an extremely busy small strip mall in a corner location with very little parking. There is limited seating and even less room to wait in line. Thankfully I haven't been inside this location during a rush but can't imagine how cramped and uncomfortable it is. The staff is really nice but seems like on off times they are the only ones there and tend to only serve each other like when one staff members mother comes in and they focus all of their attention on her. I owe this Starbucks a big thank you. They just saved me a hundred dollars a month! I went and during Covid there is a limit to how many people can go inside and I support and understand that. Unfortunately they haven't figured out a system that works with on the go ordering. They had four people sitting and waiting inside while people whose orders were ready had to wait outside. I time the pickup of my order so I can grab it and go to work. I order in advance to avoid having to stand around. I also have to pay a sitter when I leave the house and I'm not going to pay that person to come fifteen minutes earlier so I can stand outside of Starbucks while my food/drink get cold. I opened the door and asked if I could please grab my order quickly because it was ready and I had to get to work and she said no. If I hadn't already paid for it I would've just left. read more

The mobile ordering function of the Starbucks app is something I use routinely. This location is in a particularly difficult parking lot, and doesn't have a drive thru option. So today, I placed my mobile order for my beverage when I was about six minutes away. When I got there, one of th baristas stared out loud that she was going to stop making the mobile orders since "nobody is picking theirs up", as I was standing waiting for my mobile order...I proceeded to wait about ten more minutes for my cold foam. Just hoping this issue can be resolved moving forward because when there is a rush of customers along with a high volume of mobile orders, deciding to stop working on filling the mobile orders sort of defeats the purpose of customers ordering ahead of time. The staff at this location is absolutely incredible!! Today, I went to order on my app and it said nitro cold brew was sold out. I picked my second choice, which I was fine with. When I went to pick up my order, they recognized I usually get nitro, so they asked why I didn't get one. When I told them about the app, they said there must have been a glitch because they do have it. They gave me a nitro as well as let me keep my other coffee! Their customer service is impeccable and they are always so friendly! read more

I'd like to know what days and times some other reviewers are coming to this Starbucks and having it not be busy, because I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Lots of carryout orders, but quite a few families and people trying to do study / work. Might have to fight for some parking spots too. This Starbucks is not big by any means. The middle of the store is designed for lines to wraparound, and two sides of the store have a handful of tables. One plus is that there are plenty of outlets. The counter facing the window is difficult to work at in the afternoon because the sun shines through quite harshly. There are window shades that help, but it does get a bit warm. Other than that, friendly staff, free wifi, late hours (until 8pm on Sunday), and fattening concoctions! read more

This is probably one of the most inefficient Starbucks locations I have seen. It's pretty small and everything is super cramped. There's barely any space to wait for drinks at the counter. The staff is nice - not as friendly as other locations - but still nice. But service is really slow - I have come here between 5-10 times and it always takes awhile to get a simple iced coffee or misto. It doesn't help that you're pressed against the wall waiting for coffee bc there's no room to breathe when it gets busy. read more

Ok location. Staff always overwhelmed. Always running out of items in their menu like most Starbucks. They got the slowest service.

Where is Ryan and the gang? They were awesome! Unfortunately the current team can't handle the pace of a Starbucks. There was no line today and it still took ten minutes to get a regular latte. Lots of chit chat among the employees which is fine if customers weren't waiting, or the place wasn't packed or the shop wasn't a mess which it usually is no matter what time of day. I come here way too much but I wouldn't if it wasn't worth it. That being said, my coffee or other drink is always well made. I appreciate the soy, almond, and coconut milk options but I hate that you have to pay extra for them. Solid service and really pleasant staff. I love this store and the people who work there. They get a ton of orders and they really do work hard to get them out quickly and correctly. They make an effort to learn everyone's names and are always quick with a hello and a goodbye. They keep trying different configurations to get through rush times so they are listening and really trying. Unfortunately the space is small and parking can be difficult if Orange Theory has a class going on. All in all, I love the crew at this location. They are professional and will always work to ensure the order is right the first time. When a mistake happens my experience has been that they apologize and move to correct immediately. My closest Starbucks so I come here a lot but the service is always lacking. Mobile orders are down every couple weeks and it causes chaos. The counter is usually understaffed in the morning with long lines. Even when things go wrong the staff usually tries to ignore you instead of apologizing. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is very fast, there is little or no wait. I've been here many times and they've have yet to disappoint me by messing up any part of my order. First time at this Starbucks, but impressed enough to write a five star review. I came here, ordered my drink and a savory wrap and sat down to wait for them to call my name for me to retrieve my drink. Justin, working behind the counter, came over to bring me my heated up sandwich, and when I apologized for interrupting his work for a fork, he said it wasn't a bother. Not just that, but he offers a lady who comes in later to by four drinks to help her carry it to her car. What a professional employee who goes above and beyond!! Worst Starbucks store hands down. Please, Please, Please, open another location in this area of 114 and trash every last remnant of this filthy store. First of all, its the worst possible location. Everything from the lack of parking and no drive thru, to the configuration of the store layout, to the piss poor management and staff. I'm tired of the excessive waits, and incorrect orders. Every time I regretfully attempt to get a coffee, there is only one overwhelmed teenager at the register, and one barista serving a line of twenty pretentious customers and a steady stream of mobile orders. All the while, the manager is routinely doing nothing to help the situation. Get off the cell phone, stop distracting the staff by your nonsense and contribute to your operation. read more

I love Starbucks it's nice and refreshing on a summer day. My favorite drink is there shaken iced green tea with 2 pumped of sweetener. I think the coffe cake is the best pastry in there. The caramel Frapuccino is Probably on of my least favorite drinks in there surprisingly. It's way to sweat for me. The Starbucks in North Andover on Turnpike Street has really gone down hill. The last 6 months in particular has been real bad. Sometimes a mobile order takes 30 minutes or more. Often times the order is wrong in inconsistent. I have received so many of those "service recovery cards" in the last couple months, its really sad. I don't want those cards, I just want my order to be correct. The other part of equation that is really lacking is the service. The barista's are soooo busy and so hyper focused on making the beverages that they refuse to provide any service to people waiting. If you've been there for 40 minutes, it doesn't matter. They wont look at you. They wont talk to you. When they do they are rude. The place needs some serious leadership. I will not be going there anymore. read more

Recently moved near this Starbucks and have come over a dozen times. The set up is awful, more than 10 people in line and it's out the door. Once you do order and pay you have to fight back through the line to pick up hot food and then grab your coffee on the opposite corner of the store. Twice I've asked for food warmed up and it was served cold. Staff is pretty friendly, expect for one older woman who works behind the counter- what a grouch. Thankfully, I've discovered a closer and more efficient Starbucks on Main St in Andover. read more
