I really put off writing this review for a while. I just had nothing to say about it. And honestly, I still don't. As far as Starbucks go, this is the Starbucksiest. It's on Wash, so I'm guessing most of their traffic is like me: passerbyers out doing shopping, etc. (I'm usually hitting this one on the way to church). As such, I really haven't formed a, "Heyyy, Aaron! Iced americano today?"-relationship with them. But I've been here so many times. But they've all been forgettable. I love this Starbucks, especially in contrast to the Sun Prairie one. There's been a few occasions where the people working the window went to hand me my drink and realized it was made incorrectly, and had it fixed, unlike the workers at Sun Prairie who just seem to pretend they hadn't seen the mistake. I am very disappointed in this Starbucks. The drive-through line was very long and it was not going by quickly. I asked for a dragon drink, and was given the wrong refresher. My friend that was with me got a pink drink and there was chunks in it. And our iced caramel macchiato was very very sticky. I've never had such a bad experience here. read more

So I normally won't compose a review for chain stores, but this one time I'll make an exception. Coffee is good as usual, but I have to honestly complain about one of the staff members. In my view you can have an excellent product but rude staff can drastically reduce your rating. I had just came into the store and ordered. The young lady at the counter was very nice and completely professional to customers (sorry I'd mention you but there was no name badge seen). Another team member, who appeared to have just arrived for her shift (name begins with a M) took over at the bar making drinks. At first everything was seemed fine but busy but then the sarcasm and unprofessionalism came through. Not even 30 mins into her shift and the verbal complaining started in front of customers. Fine, we all have bad days, probably better not to announce it to everyone. Called a drink out for a customer and the customer wasn't sure if it was hers. Name had coconut in it and she didn't ask for anything with coconut in it. Instead of explaining that it was her drink, they had just changed the name she passed her off to another team member who began to explain, but then she promptly cut in and spoke to the customer herself in a harsh tone. Truthfully surprised the customer didn't snap at her. Work can suck sometimes M. Don't take it out on customers. read more

Normally this Starbucks is great and their customer service is amazing, but I was just in there and ordered a Dragon Fruit Refresher, received it and it didn't have the Dragon Fruit in it. When I asked the barista about it she said they were out, I then said I wouldn't have ordered the drink if that was the case. She then she changed her answer saying there was a little and annoyed took my drink back...she then asked another barista to grab more Dragon Fruit right in front of me and they had a whole bag full of it. I'm not sure why I was lied to about this, but I found the whole experience very rude. I understand being busy(no one was in line behind me but the drive thru did have a line), but you shouldn't lie to your customers if you can make the drink requested correctly. I stop here often for freshly brewed decaf coffee. It's always on pour-over so I have to wait a few minutes, but, hey, it's fresh. Sometimes I splurge on a seasonal latte or a flat white, but generally speaking, it's the best tasting coffee within walking distance to my house, so they get my business. This was my first time at this location. Both drinks I tried to ordered, they were out of 1 or more ingredients.. so finally I just ordered the foam macchiato. I ordered a Venti and it wasn't nearly close to being full and there was hardly no coffee in it. I also asked for coconut milk and got almond milk. Great service, they were pretty fast on my order on a busy Easter morning. I like that they keep the store and BATHROOMS clean. Almost every Starbucks I go there restrooms are trash and the whole store is just a mess. I get it there busy all the time, but take care of your property. This Starbucks is 2 minutes from my house.It is on my way to work. I am sad to say it is not such a great place.The staff is not super friendly, barely smile when waiting on you. This was my first time going to this location of starbucks. I decided to go through drive-thru(since its supposed to be fast and convenient). I regret doing that. The guy did not greet me, and asked straight up, "what can i get for you today?" I told him, "2 tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch" He asked me "what? Can u repeat please?" I said "sure, I said 2 tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch". He said "alright, pull up to first window, we'll have it ready for ya" I pulled up to the window, it took him about 2-3 minutes to finish the conversation he was having with his co-worker. Then he finally decided to talk to me by saying,"ma'am, can you please repeat your order, what was it?" I kindly repeated it again. He said alright, and it literally took him 7 minutes. I could see from the window there was only ONE guest upfront(it was 9:38pm) it wasn't busy at all. While he was chatting with his female co-worker and trying to figure out how to put the lid on. When he turned to me with my order. The co-worker took it from him and said oh i made the wrong one. Then she took extra started making another one(i assumed) it took her ADDITIONAL 4 minutes!!! i drove away and pulled into the parking lot, got in there and asked the girl upfront "what is the point of Drive-thru?" I told her i had been waiting THAT long. She said "Oh it doesnt happen that often, this guy is on training, what do you want me to do?" I told her "nothing, but this new gentlemen should have told me that 'ma'am, it will take couple minutes, sorry for the inconvenience' " During my conversation with the cashier, the young girl who made my order turned around and rolled her eyes at me and raised her eyebrow then said to the new guy"seriously? The order didnt take that long" i ignored that because i didnt wanted to deal with all that and cause a drama in there so I got my order and went home. Turns out to be that the young girl made my order totally wrong and made Caramel Frappe instead of Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I'm so disappointed with their service and I will never go there again, ever!
